بیانیه جمعی از دانشجویان دانشگاه «علامه» در حمایت از یلوفر حامدی و الهه محمدی

نیلوفر حامدی و الهه محمدی که بیش از یک سال است در بازداشت غیرقانونی بسر می‌برند، امروز روی هم به ۲۵ سال زندان محکوم شدند که ۱۳ سال آن قابلیت اجرا دارد؛ ۶ سال الهه و ۷ سال نیلوفر.

کیهان نوین: ما می‌دانیم برای گفتن حقیقت و پایبندی به اصول روزنامه‌نگاری عنوان اتهامی‌ای تعریف نشده است و هیچ مدرک و مدعایی نیز، دال بر ضرورت یک سال بازداشت آنان وجود ندارد؛ اما مسئله تنها این نیست.

اراده سیاسی پشت این قواعد نوشته یا نانوشته است که حکم می‌دهد و اجرا می‌کند. قاضی صلواتی نه علت بلکه خود معلولی از یک واقعیت هولناک‌تر است و این واقعیت چیزی نیست جز نظام سیاسی‌ای که آکنده از رویه‌های غیرحقوقی و انسانی است و چون ضد زندگی‌ست، ضد حقیقت و ضد جامعه است و تمامی اجزایش این ضدیت را آشکارا نشان می‌دهد؛ از دستان قاضی صلواتی هنگام امضای احکام تا سیمای دانشگاه و شهر.

به دانشگاه می‌نگریم، جایی که پرشده است از نمادهایی که می‌خواهد حقیقت را به محاق ببرد. تصاویری می‌بینیم که می‌گوید: «به دانشگاهِ جمهوری اسلامی خوش آمدید». تصاویر دیگری در شهر با مضامین مشترک در پل‌های عابر و ساختمان‌های حکومتی نقش می‌بندد که همه بر محاق بردن عامدانه حقیقت و تحریف آن دلالت دارد.

در میانه شهر اما، زنان و مردان بسیاری دوشادوش یکدیگر مقاومت را زندگی می کنند و امروز الهه محمدی و نیلوفر حامدی به ما یادآور می‌شوند که حقیقت پنهان نمی‌ماند و نمی‌توان آن را از بین برد. تصویر نیلوفر و الهه با لبخندها‌یشان می‌رود تا بنیانِ آنچه که می‌گوید به شهر و دانشگاهِ ایدئولوژی زده جمهوری اسلامی خوش آمدید را، بلرزاند.

حکومت تلاش می‌کند تا با به بند کشیدن راویانی چون الهه و نیلوفر، حذفشان از حرفه روزنامه‌نگاری و متهم کردنشان به اتهاماتی مضحک، روایت‌های دروغین خود را جایگزین حقیقتی کند که با قلم این روزنامه‌نگاران افشا شد. در این جنبش، روایتگری سلاحی شد که ساختار دروغینشان توان ایستادگی دربرابر آن را نداشت.

تلاش‌های استبداد در جهت ساخت ضد روایت‌ها، نتیجه‌ عکس داشت؛ نیلوفر و الهه تن بی‌جان روزنامه‌نگاری را با شجاعت خود دوباره احیا کردند و نشان دادند که راویان حقیقت هنوز می‌نویسند و سرکوب و هجمه به این حرفه نمی‌تواند رسالت آن را که بیان حقیقت است تخریب کند؛ بلکه تخریبگر، خود در این مسیر تخریب خواهد شد.

با این احکامی که امروز برای این دو روزنامه‌نگار صادر شد، سرکوبی که هر جمعه بر زاهدان تحمیل می‌شود، بازداشت روزنامه‌نگاری که رفت تا از آرمیتا گرواند خبر تهیه کند، همچنین شواهد دیگری که هرروز لمس و تجربه می‌کنیم؛ می‌توانیم بگوییم تقابل با جامعه که از چند دهه پیش شروع شد، امروز به اوج خود رسیده است.

از طرف دیگر شاهد ظهور نوکنشگرانی هستیم که با استفاده از فضای مدیا در تلاش هستند جریان حقیقی اخبار را به حاشیه ببرند. در چنین فضایی قدر و اهمیت کنشگرانی همچون الهه و نیلوفر درک می‌شود و با یأسی که این احکام و بازداشت‌های فعالین روزنامه‌نگار، معلم، کارگر و دانشجو بر سایرین می‌گذارد، لزوم همبسته‌تر شدن بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود.

در اوج فجایعی که مستبدین رقم می‌زنند، الگوهایی مانند این دو روزنامه‌نگار، ماندگار و تکثیر می‌شود، از طرفی گواه این می‌شوند که ثبت و ضبط حقیقت در این زمانه کاری بزرگ و انسانی است و هزینه‌هایش نامعلوم؛ آن هم در زندان‌ها و بازداشتگاه‌هایی که بیشتر به قتلگاه می‌ماند. قتلگاهی که روح و جان جواد روحی را گرفت و در تلاش بود تا صدای ستار بهشتی را نهان نگاه دارد.

اکنون با تمام روزها و سال‌هایی که به نیلوفر حامدی و الهه محمدی تحمیل شده، زندگی‌هایی که سلب شده و بیدادگاه‌هایی که برپا شده است، راهِ آزادی با وجود چنین کنشگرانی از بیراهه‌ها عیان‌تر شده است.

We look at the university, where it is filled with symbols that want to push the truth. We see pictures that say: “Welcome to the University of the Islamic Republic of Iran”. There are other images in the city with common themes in overpasses and government buildings, all of which indicate the deliberate misrepresentation of the truth and its distortion.

In the middle of the city, however, many women and men are living the resistance side by side, and today Elaha Mohammadi and Niloufer Hamedi remind us that the truth cannot be hidden and cannot be destroyed. The image of the lotus and the goddess with their smiles shakes the foundation of what it says, welcome to the city and university of the Islamic Republic.

By imprisoning narrators such as Elaha and Nilofar, removing them from the profession of journalism and accusing them of ridiculous accusations, the government is trying to replace its false narratives with the truth that was exposed by the pen of these journalists. In this movement, narration became a weapon that their false structure could not withstand.

Tyranny’s efforts to create counter-narratives had the opposite result; Niloufar and Elaheh Tan Bijian revived journalism with their courage and showed that the tellers of truth still write and that repression and attacks on this profession cannot destroy its mission, which is to express the truth; Rather, the destroyer will be destroyed in this way.

With these sentences issued today for these two journalists, the repression that is imposed on Zahedan every Friday, the arrest of the journalist who went to get news from Armita Gerwand, as well as other evidences that we touch and experience every day; We can say that the confrontation with society, which started a few decades ago, has reached its peak today.

On the other hand, we are witnessing the emergence of innovators who are trying to marginalize the real flow of news by using the media space. In such an environment, the value and importance of activists such as Elaha and Niloufer are understood, and with the despair that these rulings and arrests of journalists, teachers, workers, and students put on others, the need to be more connected is felt.

At the height of the tragedies created by the autocrats, examples like these two journalists are lasting and multiplying. And that is in prisons and detention centers that are more likely to be slaughtered. The slaughterhouse that took the soul and life of Javad Rouhi and was trying to hide the sound of Beheshti’s satar.

Now, with all the days and years that have been imposed on Niloufer Hamidi and Elaha Mohammadi, the lives that have been taken away and the courts that have been set up, the way to freedom has become clearer with the existence of such activists.
