یک کشته در حمله مسلحانه به سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در تهران؛ وزیر خارجه ترکیه: این اقدام تروریستی بود

یک فرد مسلح صبح جمعه هفتم بهمن‌ماه با یک اسلحه کلاشنیکوف به سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در تهران حمله کرد. در این اقدام یک نفر که گفته شد رئیس حراست سفارت بود کشته و دو محافظ سفارت نیز زخمی شدند که حالشان وخیم نیست.

An armed person attacked the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Tehran with a Kalashnikov rifle on the morning of Friday, the 7th of February. In this action, one person, who was said to be the head of the embassy’s security, was killed and two embassy guards were injured, but their condition is not serious.

آنطور که رسانه‌ها و مقامات قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ادعا می‌کنند فرد مهاجم در بازجویی در مورد انگیزه خود گفته «فروردین ماه امسال همسرم به سفارت آذربایجان در تهران مراجعه کرده و دیگر به منزل مراجعه نکرده است».

خبرگزاری ایسنا گزارش داد پلیس فرد مهاجم را دستگیر کرده است. طبق گزارش‌ها فرد مهاجم به همراه دو فرزند خردسال خود وارد سفارت شده است. هرچند در ویدیوی مداربسته که از این حمله منتشر شد خبری از بچه‌ها نیست.

محمد شهریاری سرپرست دادسرای امور جنایی تهران مدعی شده که «فرد مهاجم انگیزه خود را مشکلات شخصی و خانوادگی اعلام کرده است.»

مشخص نیست با وجود استقرار پلیس دیپلماتیک و مأموران نیروی انتظامی مقابل ورودی سفارت چطور این فرد با اسلحه توانست داخل سفارت وارد شود.

هرچند مقامات قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ادعا می‌کنند فرد مهاجم انگیزه شخصی داشت اما مولود چاوش اوغلو وزیر خارجه ترکیه این اقدام را «تروریستی» خواند و با محکوم کردن آن در توییتی نوشت: «حمله خائنانه به سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در تهران را محکوم می کنم. از خداوند برای برادر شهیدمان رحمت الهی آرزو می‌کنم.»

سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در خیابان «سلطنت آباد» (پاسداران)، خیابان نیستان سوم قرار دارد و یکی از مناطق امنیتی تهران است و منازل بسیاری از مسئولان وزارت اطلاعات و سپاه پاسداران نیز در آن حوالی قرار دارد.

آنطور که رسانه‌ها و مقامات قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ادعا می‌کنند فرد مهاجم در بازجویی در مورد انگیزه خود گفته «فروردین ماه امسال همسرم به سفارت آذربایجان در تهران مراجعه کرده و دیگر به منزل مراجعه نکرده است… در مراجعات مکرر به سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در تهران هیچ پاسخی از آنها دریافت نمی‌کردم و تصور می‌کردم همسرم در سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در تهران حاضر است و حاضر به دیدار با من نیست. تصمیم گرفتم با اسلحه به سفارت مراجعه کنم.»

مشخص نیست فرد مهاجم ایرانی است یا از اهالی جمهوری آذربایجان. اینکه مقامات جمهوری اسلامی اصرار دارند مهاجم «انگیزه شخصی» دارد مشکوک به نظر می‌رسد. همچنین «تروریستی» خواندن این اقدام توسط وزیر خارجه ترکیه نیز عادی نیست. زیرا دو ماه پیش (اواسط آبان ۱۴۰۱) بعد از بمب‌گذاری در خیابان «استقلال» استانبول رجب طیب‌ اردوغان رئیس جمهوری ترکیه در سخنانی محتاطانه گفته بود «اینکه بگوییم این حادثه قطعاً تروریستی است ممکن است اشتباه باشد اما اولین اطلاعاتی که از استاندار دریافت کردیم، این انفجار ظاهرا حمله تروریستی است» اما در جریان حمله یک مهاجم به سفارت جمهوری آذربایجان در تهران وزیر خارجه ترکیه بلافاصله آن را «تروریستی» خواند!

در سال‌های اخیر روابط باکو و تهران پر از نوسان بود. به ویژه آنکه الهام علی‌اف رئیس جمهوری آذربایجان به پشتوانه رجب طیب اردوغان و دولت اسرائیل به ویژه در حوزه امنیتی و تحرکات مرزی با جمهوری اسلامی کشمکش پیدا کرد.

Isna news agency reported that the police arrested the attacker. According to reports, the attacker entered the embassy with his two young children. However, there is no mention of children in the CCTV video released of this attack.

Mohammad Shahriari, head of Tehran’s Criminal Affairs Prosecutor’s Office, claimed that “the attacker stated his motivation as personal and family problems.”

It is not clear how this person was able to enter the embassy with a gun despite the deployment of diplomatic police and law enforcement officers in front of the embassy entrance.

Although the judicial authorities of the Islamic Republic claim that the attacker had a personal motive, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu called this act “terrorist” and condemned it in a tweet, writing: “I condemn the treacherous attack on the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Tehran. I wish God’s mercy for our martyred brother.”

It is not clear whether the attacker is Iranian or from Azerbaijan. It seems suspicious that the authorities of the Islamic Republic insist that the attacker has “personal motivation”. Also, calling this act “terrorist” by the Turkish Foreign Minister is not normal. Because two months ago (mid-November 1401) after the bombing in Istanbul’s “Istiqlal” street, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan cautiously said, “It may be wrong to say that this incident is definitely terrorist, but the first information we received from the governor This explosion is apparently a terrorist attack, but during the attack of an attacker on the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Tehran, the Turkish Foreign Minister immediately called it “terrorist”!
