ادامه «زمستان سخت» در ایران؛ قطع گاز مشترکان خانگی و تعطیلی جایگاه‌های سوخت

در ادامه «زمستان سخت» در ایران، مدارس، ادارات و بانک‌ها در اغلب استان‌ها تعطیل شده؛ کارخانه‌ها سوخت ندارند و تولید با کاهش شدید روبرو شده و در برخی مناطق گاز مناطق مسکونی هم با کاهش فشار و قطع چند ساعته روبروست. تولید برق نیز کاهش یافته و در کنار قطع برق، برخی جایگاه‌های سوخت هم بنزین ندارند و تعطیل شده‌اند.

کیهان نوین:  طی روزهای گذشته در اغلب استان‌ها دانش‌آموزان، دانشجویان و کارمندان دورکار شدند و بانک‌ها و ادارات تعطیل شد و این روند در روزهای آینده نیز ادامه دارد.
در حالی که سوخت مازوت‌ آلودگی شدید هوا را در پی داشته اما باز هم نتوانسته از کاهش تولید برق جلوگیری کند و گزارش‌هایی از قطع برق در مناطق مختلف کشور گزارش شده است.
جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG نیز یکی پس از دیگری تعطیل می‌شوند و رانندگان برای سوخت‌رسانی به اتومبیل‌ها سرگردانند.

جمهوری اسلامی در ماه‌های گذشته با پیش‌بینی «زمستان سخت اروپا» به دلیل حمله روسیه به اوکراین، امیدوار بودند بحران در اروپا راهکاری برای کاهش تحریم‌ها و صادرات سوخت از ایران به اروپا باشد. کشورهای اروپایی اما مشکلات تأمین سوخت را مدیریت کردند و «زمستان سخت» گریبان ایران را گرفته است. کشوری که دارای نخستین ذخائر گازی جهان است قادر به تأمین گاز مصرفی بخش خانگی و صنعتی در درون مرزهایش نیست. بخش صنعت با کاهش تولید روبرو شده و نبود گاز، فلاکت بیشتری را به زندگی شهروندان ایرانی افزوده است.

مدیرعامل شرکت ملی گاز ایران در روزهای گذشته از رکوردشکنی مصرف گاز در کشور خبر داده و گفته بود که در روز پنج‌شنبه، ۲۲ دی، مصرف این نوع از انرژی در بخش‌های تجاری و خانگی به حدود ۷۰۰ میلیون مترمکعب رسیده که نسبت به مدت مشابه پارسال ۱۵۰ میلیون مترمکعب افزایش داشته است.

طی روزهای گذشته در اغلب استان‌ها از جمله مازندران، اصفهان، قزوین، آذربایجان شرقی، البرز، گیلان، قم، خراسان جنوبی و… دانش‌آموزان، دانشجویان و کارمندان دورکار شدند و بانک‌ها و ادارات تعطیل شد.

این روند موقت نبوده و ظاهرا تا پایان فصل سرما ادامه خواهد داشت. ابوطالب جوان فرماندار نیشابور روز شنبه ۲۴ دی اعلام کرد که در پی «اُفت فشار»، گاز مشترکان مسکونی چند منطقه این شهرستان قطع شده است.

گاز مشترکان در سه شهرک اندیشه، «باهنر» شمالی و «واعظی» نیشابور از روز گذشته قطع شده و همچنان وصل نشده است.

مقامات دولتی در هفته‌های گذشته بارها مدعی شدند که گاز مشترکان خانگی به هیچ وجه قطع نخواهد شد اما در اکثر شهرها شهروندان با قطع گاز روبرو هستند. شهروند خبرنگاران از نیشابور خبر داده‌اند که به جز نانوایی‌های این شهر، گاز بقیه مغازه‌ها نیز از روز گذشته قطع شده است.

رئیس اداره گاز شهرستان سبزوار نیز خبر داده که حدود ۱۰۷ هزار مشترک گاز خانگی دارد که از صبح امروز بر اثر افت فشار، گاز ۱۶ هزار مشترک در منطقه توحیدشهر سبزوار قطع شده است.

مدیرعامل شرکت گاز استان گلستان هم گفته که در پنج منطقه گرگان گاز قطع شده است: «فشار گاز در بخشی از مناطق شهر گرگان به شدت اُفت کرده و بخشی قطع شده است. تا کنون مشترکان چاله باغ، گرگانجدید، لادن، گلشهر و مسکن مهر سعدآباد (زیتون) با افت شدید و قطع گاز مواجه شده‌اند و گاز در برخی از مناطق گرگان مانند چشم انداز و صیاد نیز به سبب افت فشار و ضعیف بودن رگلاتور‌ها به صورت موردی قطع شده است.»

جانشین رئیس ستاد مدیریت بحران استان سمنان هم اعلام کرده که تمامی ادارات این استان فردا دورکار خواهند بود: «به‌ علت برودت هوا و شرایط نامساعد جوی و با هدف صرفه‌جویی در مصرف انرژی و تامین گاز طبیعی برای مشترکان خانگی، تمامی ادارات، سازمان‌ها، ارگان‌های دولتی، بانک‌های استان سمنان (به غیر از شعب مرکزی و اصلی) به استثنای ادارات خدمات‌رسان و مراکز بهداشتی روز یکشنبه ۲۵ دی به صورت دورکار فعالیت خواهند کرد.»

رسانه‌های داخلی همچنین از احتمال ادامه تعطیلی پایتخت به دلیل نبود گاز خبر داده و نوشته‌اند که با توجه به بارش برف در روز یکشنبه و با هدف کاهش مصرف گاز، احتمال تعطیلی مجدد تهران در روز یکشنبه وجود دارد. بر این اساس قرار است ساعت ۱۸ امروز قرار است جلسه‌ای در استانداری تهران تشکیل شود و در ارتباط با تعطیلی مجدد تصمیم‌گیری خواهد شد.

مقام وزارت نفت می‌گویند که با ادامه شرایط کنونی، در تأمین سوخت برای مازندران و خراسان رضوی دچار مشکل می‌شویم.

مدیر مرکز راهبری شبکه گاز کشور با حضور در برنامه‌ خبری صداوسیما گفته که «وزارت نفت تمامی امکانات خود را برای تامین گاز کشور پای کار آروده است. شب گذشته شب سختی برای شبکه شمال شرق کشور بود. اگر نحوه مصرف به صورت فعلی ادامه دار باشد دچار چالش تامین سوخت برای خراسان شمالی، جنوبی، رضوی و مازندران خواهیم شد. دو استان پرمصرف ما یعنی مازندران و خراسان رضوی در منطقه سرما قرار گرفتند که کار مارا با چالش روبرو می‌کند.»

در چنین شرایط فاجعه‌باری حسین امیرعبداللهیان وزیر امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی روز جمعه ۲۳ دی در دیدار خود با مقام‌های لبنانی بار دیگر از آمادگی ایران برای ارسال سوخت به لبنان خبر داد و گفت ایران به عراق و برخی از کشورها گاز صادر می‌کند.

کمبود گاز سبب شده نیروگاه‌های برق نیز از مازوت‌ به عنوان سوخت استفاده کنند. در حالی که سوخت مازوت‌ آلودگی شدید هوا را در پی داشته اما باز هم نتوانسته از کاهش تولید برق جلوگیری کند و گزارش‌هایی از قطع برق در کنار کاهش فشار یا قطع گاز در مناطق مختلف کشور گزارش شده است.

در این میان جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG نیز یکی پس از دیگری تعطیل می‌شوند و رانندگان برای سوخت‌رسانی به اتومبیل‌ها سرگردانند.

محمدرضا رضوی‌راد رئیس انجمن صنفی جایگاه‌داران CNG خراسان رضوی دو روز پیش از خارج شدن همه جایگاه‌های سوخت CNG شهر مشهد از مدار خبر داد. در دو روز گذشته شماری از جایگاه‌ها به مدار بازگشتند اما همچنان شماری از آنها قادر به سوخت‌رسانی نیستند.

در دیگر شهرها نیز وضعیت مشابهی حکمفرماست؛ جواد اوجی وزیر نفت جمهوری اسلامی روز گذشته از قطع کامل واردات گاز از ترکمنستان از روز پنج‌شنبه، ۲۲ دی خبر داده و درباره افت فشار گاز در دست‌کم پنج استان از جمله خراسان شمالی، خراسان رضوی، خراسان جنوبی، گلستان و سمنان ابراز نگرانی کرده بود.

علت اصلی کمبود گاز در ایران با وجود ذخایر گسترده، عدم به روزرسانی تجهیزات استخراج و توزیع گاز است و اتلاف گسترده‌ای در روند توزیع صورت می‌گیرد.

مصطفی طاهری رئیس کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس شورای اسلامی، به تازگی اعلام کرد که به ۸۰ میلیارد دلار سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه نفت و گاز نیاز است، اما مجموع سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت‌های داخلی و سایر کشورها از جمله روسیه و چین در حال حاضر تنها به ۲۰ میلیارد دلار می‌رسد.
