تداوم فشارهای امنیتی و قضایی بر شهروندان در آستانه سالروز اعتراضات؛ دایی مهسا امینی بازداشت شد

ظهر امروز سه‌شنبه ۱۴ شهریور ۱۴۰۲ مأموران وزارت اطلاعات صفا عائلی دایی کوچک مهسا امینی را بازداشت کردند.
از ابتدای سال جاری خورشیدی تا پایان امرداد و طی پنج ماه دست‌کم ۷۰ تن از اعضای خانواده‌های دادخواه بازداشت شده‌اند و فشار بر این خانواده‌ها در آستانه سالگرد خیزش ملی شتاب گرفته است.

با نزدیک شدن به سالروز قتل حکومتی مهسا امنیتی و آغاز اعتراضات جنبش ملّی، جمهوری اسلامی با انواع سرکوب و فشارهای قضایی و امنیتی در تلاش است از بروز تجمعات و اعتراضات خیابانی جلوگیری کند. یکی از گروه‌هایی که طی هفته‌های گذشته با سرکوب‌ گسترده‌ و بی‌سابقه‌ای روبرو بودند خانواده‌های دادخواه هستند.

الهام نجف مادر امیرحسین رحیمی نوجوان ۱۵ ساله که در اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت‌ شده بود، در یک استوری اینستاگرامی از فشار روحی و روانی توسط «بسیجی‌ها» به پسرش خبر داده است.

وی در این پست اینستاگرامی نوشته: «با روح و روان بچه من بازی نکنید. خیلی بهتون فشار اومده نتونستید بلایی سر این بچه بیارید هربار جلوشو می‌گیرید زور می‌زنید بترسونیدش. فیلم و عکس‌های شکنجه کردنش رو بهش نشون دادید که ثابت کنید یه مشت حرومزاده‌اید؟ که بترسونیدش امسال بیرون نره، نه نمیره اصلا.»

مادر امیرحسین رحیمی در ادامه نوشته: «همسن‌های اون نباید برن، ما جاشون میریم، من جای بچه‌ام می‌رم زندگی‌ای که از بچه‌های ما تباه کردید رو ما پس می‌گیریم.»

مهرداد آقافضلی پدر یلدا آقافضلی از جانباختگان اعتراضات سال گذشته نیز با انتشار یک ویدئو از دخترش در اینستاگرام نوشته «ببخشید پست استوری زیاد نمی‌ذارم دیگه همه می‌دونید داستان چیه، نمی‌خوام دست کسی الکی بهونه بدم که بیان سراغم هر کاری دوست دارن انجام بدن، من بعد یلدا دیگه ترسی از چیزی ندارم ولی دوست دارم ثمره کار این بچه هارو ببینم، بعدش برم پیش دخترم.»

فشار بر خانواده‌های دادخواه تنها شامل احضار و تهدید و جلوگیری از فعالیت آنها در شبکه‌های اجتماعی نیست و شمار زیادی از اعضای خانواده دادخواهان نیز بازداشت و به اسارت گرفته شده‌اند.

وبسایت حقوق بشری «هه‌نگاو» گزارش داده ظهر امروز سه‌شنبه ۱۴ شهریور ۱۴۰۲ مأموران وزارت اطلاعات صفا عائلی دایی کوچک مهسا (ژینا) امینی را بازداشت کردند. بر اساس این گزارش نیروهای حکومتی با پنج اتومبیل پر از نیرو بدون ارائه هرگونه برگه قضایی به منزل این شهروند در محله «چَم ولی‌خان» هجوم برده و وی را بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل کرده‌اند.

تا زمان تنظیم این خبر اطلاع دقیقی از دلایل بازداشت و اتهامات وارده علیه صفا عائلی و همچنین محل نگهداریش در دسترس نیست.

گزارش منابع حقوق بشری نشان می‌دهد فرزانه برزه‌کار مادر عرفان رضایی از کشته‌شدگان خیزش انقلابی روز ۱۲ شهریور در مراسم بزرگداشت جواد روحی در روستای کلیکان استان مازندران، توسط مأموران امنیتی بازداشت شده و تاکنون خبری از شرایط و محل نگهداری او در دست نیست.

وبسایت حقوق بشری «هه‌نگاو» روز پنجشنبه ۹ شهریور ۱۴۰۲ در گزارشی تحقیقی اعلام کرد از ابتدای سال جاری خورشیدی تا پایان امرداد و طی پنج ماه دست‌کم ۷۰ تن از اعضای خانواده‌های دادخواه بازداشت شده‌اند و فشار بر این خانواده‌ها در آستانه سالگرد خیزش ملی شتاب گرفته است.

گزارش «هه‌نگاو» نشان می‌دهد در این بازه زمانی دست‌کم ٩ کودک زیر ۱۸ ساله و ٣١ عضو زن خانواده‌های دادخواه توسط نهادهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی ایرانبازداشت شدند.

در این گزارش آمده بود که ماشالله کرمی پدر دادخواه سربدار ایران مهدی کرمی در کرج، چهار عضو خانواده دادخواه جانفشان ایران حنانه کیا در نوشهر، دو برادر دادخواه جانفشان ایران میلاد زارع در بابل، مادر دادخواه جانفشان ایران محمدجواد زاهدی در ساری، همسر و خواهر دادخواه جانفشان ایران شیرین علیزاده در اصفهان از جمله اعضای خانواده‌های دادخواه هستند که در روزهای گذشته و با موج جدید فشار بر خانواده‌های دادخواه بازداشت شده‌اند.

در بخشی از این گزارش آمده بود که نهادهای حکومتی به خانواده‌های دادخواه هشدار داده‌اند که از برگزاری مراسم ویژه زادروز و سالگرد جان باختن فرزندانشان خودداری کنند. همچنین ده‌ها تن از خانواده‌های دادخواه طی روزهای اخیر توسط نهادهای امنیتی احضار و مورد بازجویی و تهدید قرار گرفته‌اند که در سالگرد اعتراضات نباید هیچ فعالیتی داشته باشند و مردم را به حضور در خیابان‌ها دعوت کنند. در برخی موارد نیز، تلفن همراه این خانواده‌ها ضبط و حق فعالیت در فضای مجازی از آنها سلب شد.

فاطمه حیدری خواهر جواد حیدری از جانباختگان جنبش ملّی در قزوین نیز از فشار بر خانواده‌اش در آستانه سالگرد جان باختن برادرش خبر داده است. لیلا مهدوی مادر سیاوش محمودی نیز در روز دوم شهریور پس از تفتیش خانه‌اش در تهران و توقیف تلفن همراهش، به دادسرای اوین احضار شد.

خانواده کیان پیرفلک کودک جانباخته در اعتراضات سال گذشته ایذه نیز همگی زیر فشارهای شدید امنیتی هستند. این خانواده از خردادماه امسال و پس از کشته شدن پویا مولایی، پسرعموی مادر کیان پیرفلک، در زادروز کیان به دست نیروهای حکومتی، با حصر کامل روبرو شدند. بطوریکه حساب‌ کاربری پدر و عموی کیان در شبکه‌های اجتماعی به‌ روز نشده و از ماه‌منیر مولایی‌راد مادر کیان نیز هیچ خبری در دست نیست.

بازداشت‌ها در میان فعالان مدنی و سیاسی نیز ادامه دارد برخی آمارها از بازداشت دست‌کم ۲۶۴ شهروند در سراسر ایران توسط نیروهای حکومتی طی ماه آگوست -امرداد- خبر می‌دهند. این آمار نسبت به آمار بازداشت‌ها در ژوئیه – تیرماه- با افزایش ۱۷ درصدی روبرو شده است.

گزارش دیگری از احضار بیش از ۳۰ فعال مدنی در شهرستان شازند و شهر آستانه در استان مرکزی به مراجع قضایی خبر می‌دهند. اتهام برخی از این افراد «تحریک موثر» نیروهای مسلح به «عصیان و فرار» است. پرونده این شهروندان بازداشت‌شده به «شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی دادگستری شهرستان شازند» فرستاده شده و ۹ تن از این افراد روز یک‌شنبه ابلاغیه‌ای دریافت کرده‌اند که بر اساس آن، جلسه رسیدگی به آن «هشت صبح ۱۹ شهریور» در «ساختمان شماره یک دادگستری» این شهرستان برگزار خواهد شد.

در هفته‌های گذشته شمار زیادی از فعالان مدنی و سیاسی در شهرهای مختلف بازداشت شده‌اند. این بازداشت‌ها هر چند اقدامی سرکوبگرانه به شمار می‌روند اما در آنسو نشان از هراس مقامات جمهوری اسلامی از حضور شهروندان در تجمعات اعتراضی طی روزهای آینده و در سالروز اعتراضات است. اینهمه در حالیست که برخی از خانواده‌های دادخواه مربوط به اعتراضات سال‌های گذشته مانند منوچهر بختیاری و ناهید شیر پیشه پدر و مادر پویا بختیاری جانباخته‌ی آبان ۱۳۹۸ از مدت‌ها پیش به زندان افتاده‌اند.

Mehrdad Aghafazli, the father of Yalda Aghafazli, one of the victims of last year’s protests, published a video of his daughter on Instagram and wrote, “I’m sorry, I don’t post many stories, you all know what the story is, I don’t want to give anyone an excuse to tell me to do whatever they want, I’ll do it later. Yalda, I am not afraid of anything anymore, but I would like to see the fruits of these children’s work, then I will go to my daughter.”

The pressure on the families of the plaintiffs does not only include summoning and threatening and preventing their activities on social networks, and a large number of family members of the plaintiffs have also been arrested and taken prisoner.

The human rights website “Heh Ngao” reported that at noon today, Tuesday, September 5, 2023, the officers of the Ministry of Information arrested the family of Safa’s younger uncle Mehsa (Zina) Amini. According to this report, the government forces stormed the house of this citizen in “Cham Wali Khan” neighborhood with five cars full of force without presenting any legal documents and arrested him and transferred him to an unknown place.

Until the time of writing this news, the exact information about the reasons for the arrest and the charges against Safa Aeli, as well as her whereabouts, is not available.

The report of human rights sources shows that Farzane Barzekar, the mother of Erfan Rezaei, who was killed in the revolutionary uprising on September 4, at the commemoration ceremony of Javad Rouhi in Kilikan village of Mazandaran province, was arrested by security officers and there is no information about her condition and whereabouts.

On Thursday, September 1, 2023, the human rights website “Heh Ngao” announced in a research report that from the beginning of this solar year to the end of Amrdad, at least 70 members of the petitioner families have been arrested in five months, and the pressure on these families has accelerated on the eve of the anniversary of the national uprising. .

The report of “Hae-Ngao” shows that at least 9 children under 18 years of age and 31 female members of petitioning families were arrested by the security institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

In this report, it was stated that Mashallah Karmi, the father of Iran’s chief prosecutor Mehdi Karmi in Karaj, four family members of Iran’s chief prosecutor Hanane Kia in Nowshahr, two brothers of Iran’s chief prosecutor Milad Zare in Babol, the mother of Iran’s chief prosecutor Mohammad Javad Zahedi in Sari, his wife and sister. Iran’s Janfashan petitioner Shirin Alizadeh in Isfahan is among the members of the petitioner families who have been arrested in recent days and with the new wave of pressure on the petitioner families.

In a part of this report, it was stated that government institutions have warned the petitioner families to refrain from holding special events for their children’s birthdays and death anniversary. Also, dozens of petitioner families have been summoned and interrogated by the security agencies in recent days and threatened that they should not do any activities on the anniversary of the protests and invite people to be on the streets. In some cases, the mobile phones of these families were confiscated and they were deprived of the right to operate in cyber space.

Fatemeh Heydari, the sister of Javad Heydari, one of the victims of the national movement in Qazvin, has also reported the pressure on her family on the eve of the anniversary of her brother’s death. Leila Mahdavi, Siavash Mahmoudi’s mother, was also summoned to the Evin Prosecutor’s Office on the second day of Shahrivar after her house in Tehran was searched and her cell phone was confiscated.

The family of Kian Pirflek, the child who died in last year’s protests in Izeh, is also under severe security pressure. This family has been under complete siege since June of this year and after the killing of Puya Moulai, the cousin of Kian Pirfalak’s mother, on Kian’s birthday by the government forces. So that the accounts of Kian’s father and uncle have not been updated on social networks, and there is no news about Kian’s mother Mahmounir Molairad.

Arrests among civil and political activists also continue. Some statistics report the arrest of at least 264 citizens throughout Iran by government forces during the month of August. This number has increased by 17% compared to the number of arrests in July.

Another report of the summoning of more than 30 civil activists in Shazand city and Astana city in Central province informs judicial authorities. Some of these people are accused of “effectively inciting” the armed forces to “rebell and escape”. The case of these arrested citizens has been sent to the “First Branch of the Islamic Revolution Court of Justice of Shazand” and 9 of these people have received a notification on Sunday, according to which the hearing will be held at “8:00 AM on September 19” in “Justice Building No. 1”. This city will be held.

In the past weeks, a large number of civil and political activists have been arrested in different cities. Although these arrests are considered a repressive measure, on the other hand, it is a sign of the fear of the authorities of the Islamic Republic of the participation of citizens in protest gatherings in the coming days and on the anniversary of the protests. All this while some of the plaintiff families related to the protests of the past years, such as Manouchehr Bakhtiari and Nahid Shir Piseh, the parents of Puya Bakhtiari, who died in November 2018, have been imprisoned for a long time.
