طرح عجیب و ضدانسانی مجلس شورای اسلامی در مقابله با کشف حجاب زنان: محرومیت از خدمات اجتماعی و انسداد «کارت ملی»!

عضو فراکسیون روحانیت مجلس شورای اسلامی می‌گوید: «نمی‌دانم این طرح قرار است در کدام کمیسیون نهایی شود، ولی فعلاً و در ابتدا در کمیسیون قضایی و حقوقی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. عمده این طرح، رعایت شئون اسلامی است که یکی از این موضوعات، کشف حجاب است.»

غضنفرآبادی در واکنش به اینکه این قانون می‌تواند با مقابله بیشتر کسانی که وی «خاطی» نامیده، روبرو شود ادعا کرد: «در رابطه با بستن کمربند در خودرو، سرپیچی اتفاق نیفتاد و احتمالاً برای این موضوع هم به همین صورت باشد. وقتی طرحی تبدیل به قانون می‌شود، باید اجرا شود. ولی باید بگویم در این رویکرد، برخورد فیزیکی را نخواهیم دید. در مورد اینکه رهبر معظم انقلاب هم گفتند افراد کم‌حجاب نیز فرزندان ما هستند، باید بگویم پیگیری این طرح، هیچ منافاتی با فرمایش ایشان ندارد.»

 روز جمعه هفتم بهمن فرمانده نیروی انتظامی تهران تغییر کرد و سردار عباسعلی محمدیان فرمانده نیروی انتظامی در استان البرز و رییس پیشین پلیس آگاهی تهران به سمت فرماندهی نیروی انتظامی تهران بزرگ بجای سردار حسین رحیمی منصوب شد.

به گفته مهدی حاجیان، پیامک ارسالی بر اساس سامانه «ناظر ۱» پلیس که از قبل فعال بوده و الان هم فعال است انجام شده و مبنای این اقدام هم انجام وظیفه قانونی پلیس بر اساس ماده ۶۳۸ قانون مجازات اسلامی است. وی افزود: «در ماده ۶۳۸ آمده است که رعایت حجاب شرعی الزامی است و عدم تمکین آن را قانونگذار جرم‌انگاری کرده و قاعدتاً برای چگونگی اجرای آن انشاالله در نهادهای بالادستی تصمیم گیری خواهد شد.»

در تبصره ماده ۶۳۸ قانون مجازات اسلامی آمده است: «زنانی که بدون حجاب شرعی در معابر و انظار عمومی ظاهر شوند به حبس از ۱۰ روز تا دو ماه یا از ۵۰ هزار تا ۵۰۰ هزار ریال جزای‌ نقدی محکوم خواهند شد.»

در تیرماه سال ۹۸  خبرگزاری «تسنیم» به نقل از محمدمهدی حاج‌محمدی سرپرست دادسرای ارشاد اسلامی نوشت که وی از شهروندان «دلسوز و اخلاق‌مدار تهرانی» خواسته برای «مقابله با برخی تلاش‌ها جهت ضربه به بنیان خانواده ایرانی، با مشاهده هرگونه کشف حجاب یا اقدامات هنجارشکنانه در خودرو، کشف حجاب یا سرو مشروبات یا برگزاری مراسم مختلط رقص در اماکنی همچون سفره‌خانه، کافه، رستوران، مراکز خرید، باغ تالار و…، اطلاع از برگزاری پارتی‌های شبانه یا خانه‌های فساد و فحشا، انتشار مطالب خلاف عفت در اینستاگرام و دیگر شبکه‌های اجتماعی، موضوع را پس از جمع‌آوری مستندات لازم، به شماره ۰۹۰۵۴۳۰۹۴۸۴ در پیام‌رسان‌های بله، سروش، ایتا و… ارسال کنند.»

یک سال بعد سردار قاسم رضایی جانشین فرمانده نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی از اجرای «طرح ناظر یک و دو» خبر داد که برای مبارزه با عدم رعایت حجاب اجباری در اتومبیل‌ها و فروشگاه‌ها انجام می‌شود». بر اساس این طرح، «برای بار اول پیامک‌هایی به گوشی تلفن همراه فرد ارسال» می‌شود، «در بار دوم احضار و تعهد کتبی» صورت می‌گیرد و «در بار سوم نیز در قانون تعریف‌هایی در نظر گرفته شده است!»

اینهمه در حالیست که پس از قتل حکومتی مهسا امینی در اواخر شهریورماه ۱۴۰۱ نه تنها جنبش اعتراضی جدیدی علیه حکومت و بر زمینه‌ی نقض فاحش حقوق بشر توسط رژیم به ویژه علیه زنان شکل گرفت بلکه جمهوری اسلامی تلاش کرد تا با پخش شایعات و تحریف رویدادها وانمود کند که مردم به دلیل حجاب زیر فشار و سرکوب قرار نمی‌گیرند. اما پس از مدتی تأکید بر غیرقانونی بودن بی‌حجابی و کشف حجاب نشان می‌دهد که درهای سرکوب زنان از جمله در مورد پوشش همچنان بر پاشنه چهار دهه گذشته می‌چرخد و انواع نیروهای سرکوب با پشتیبانی قوه قضائیه و پلیس و بسیج و ارشاد و… در کوچه و خیابان و محل کار و مدرسه و دانشگاه و اتوبوس و مترو و حتی اتومبیل‌های شخصی مزاحم آنان می‌شوند تا آنها را جریمه و مجازات کنند!
