اروپا برای مجازات سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی به همکاری اسرائیل نیاز دارد

آنچه اعضای پارلمان اروپا در جریان نشست بررسی وضعیت سپاه پاسداران در مورد نقش این تشکیلات در سرکوب مردم ایران و گسترش تروریسم در خاورمیانه و همکاری با روسیه در تجاوز به اوکراین بیان کردند، همان مواضع رسمی دولت اسرائیل در تمام سال‌های گذشته است.

-حسین شریعتمداری مدیر مسئول تبهکار روزنامه «کیهان» چاپ تهران هشدار داده در صورتی که شورای وزیران اتحادیه اروپا سپاه را تروریستی اعلام کند «نظامیان کشورهای اروپایی در منطقه در دسترس جمهوری اسلامی قرار دارند و به آنها حمله خواهد شد.» این تهدیدات و عملی شدن آنها سابقه‌دار است.
-میخائیل اولیانوف نماینده روسیه در مذاکرات اتمی می‌گوید «آمریکا و اتحادیه اروپا وسوسه رفتن به طرح B علیه ایران را دارند» و مقامات تهران به این یقین رسیده‌اند که این وضعیت نتیجه فشارهای اسرائیل است.
-در تمام ۳۴ سالی که اروپایی‌ها سرگرم تجارت و معامله با رژیم ایران بودند، اسرائیل برای دفاع از موجودیت خود در برابر تهدیدات جمهوری اسلامی و نیروهای وابسته به آن در منطقه‌ مشغول  برنامه‌ریزی بوده و تجربه لازم برای همکاری با کشورهای عربی و اسلامی را نیز دارد. گذشته از همه اینها، نفوذ سرویس‌های اطلاعات اسرائیل در نهادهای امنیتی و حکومتی ایران بسیار زیاد است و قدرت اجرایی برای عملیات خاص نیز دارند.

در تهران مقامات جمهوری اسلامی می‌گویند «سپاه پاسداران رکن رکین و نقطه قوت جمهوری اسلامی است.» این ادعا کاملاً با واقعیت مطابق است. اگر سپاه نباشد نظام جمهوری اسلامی در مقابل خیزش آزادیخواهانه مردم ایران دوام نمی‌آورد. سپاه پاسداران در کنار بسیج و نیروی انتظامی موتور محرک ماشین سرکوب و تروریسم بین‌المللی است. سوخت این ماشین از طریق دو سوم اقتصاد ایران که زیر سلطه سپاه پاسداران قرار داد تأمین می‌شود.

آنچه اروپایی‌ها از قرار دادن سپاه در فهرست سازمان‌های تروریستی در سر دارند اعمال تحریم‌های شدید بین‌المللی است اما فرماندهان سپاه و همچنین مقامات ارشد نظام جمهوری اسلامی چون می‌دانند برای تلافی زورشان به اروپایی‌ها برای اقدام متقابل اقتصادی ‌نمی‌رسد میدان تهدیدات خود را بیش از پیش امنیتی و نظامی اعلام می‌کنند.

هرچند پهلوان‌پنبه‌های سپاه پاسداران ثابت کردند که این مردم هستند که می‌بایست تاوان اقدامات تلافی‌جویانه آنها علیه غرب را بدهند- مثل سرنگونی هواپیمای مسافربری «اوکراین اینترنشنال» یا سرکوب خشونت‌بار اعتراضات به بهانه توطئه خارجی- اما در مواردی اقدامات ایذایی علیه منافع غربی‌ها و شرکای منطقه‌ای آنها مرتکب شده و می‌شود.

حمله به تأسیسات نفتی و کشتی‌های تجاری در آب‌های آزاد، گروگانگیری خدمه نفتکش‌ها و کشتی‌های تجاری، حملات پهپادی و راکتی به پایگاه‌های نظامی دولت‌های خارجی، گروگانگیری شهروندان خارجی و دوتابعیتی در ایران با اتهامات امنیتی، ارسال سلاح برای شبه نظامیان، ترانزیت مواد مخدر، اقدامات تروریستی علیه شهروندان اروپایی یا مخالفان جمهوری اسلامی در خاک اروپا و آمریکا، برنامه‌ریزی برای قتل یا ربودن شهروندان خارجی در منطقه تنها بخشی از فهرست طولانی اقدامات تروریستی حکومت ایران علیه دولت‌های خارجی است.

اکنون مقامات و رسانه‌های حکومتی برای تکرار این دست اقدامات ایذایی دوباره زمینه‌سازی می‌کنند. حسین شریعتمداری مدیر مسئول تبهکار روزنامه «کیهان» چاپ تهران هشدار داده در صورتی که شورای وزیران اتحادیه اروپا سپاه را تروریستی اعلام کند «نظامیان کشورهای اروپایی در منطقه در دسترس جمهوری اسلامی قرار دارند و به آنها حمله خواهد شد.»

ارتش جمهوری اسلامی نیز در بیانیه‌ای اعلام کرد «منسجم‌تر از گذشته، دست در دست سپاه پاسداران نظام جمهوری اسلامی حراست می‌کند.»

هرچند در روزهای آتی قرار است اروپایی‌ها شمار دیگری از مقامات جمهوری اسلامی را به اتهام نقض حقوق بشر در فهرست تحریم‌ها قرار دهند اما در تهران به این دست فشارها عادت کرده‌اند. آنها متوجه شده‌اند این قبیل تحریم‌ها دست‌کم در کوتاه‌مدت اثر خاصی روی منافع فردی و حتا گروهی سپاه پاسداران یا سایر باندهای امنیتی- اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ندارد.

«خودی‌»های جمهوری اسلامی مرتب هشدار می‌دهند که باید «اقدامات اخیر اروپا را خیلی جدی گرفت.» حسن بهشتی‌پور کارشناس سیاسی معتقد است اروپایی‌ها افکار عمومی دنیا را آماده می‌کنند تا هر اقدامی علیه جمهوری اسلامی مقبولیت داشته باشد. همزمان انتقادات درون نظام به شیوه «حکمرانی» علی خامنه‌ای آشکارتر شده است.

در چنین شرایطی اگر منافع اروپا اقتضاء کند که شدت فشارها علیه رژیم ایران را از طریق شکستن ستون‌های اقتصاد مرتبط با سپاه پاسداران بیشتر کند و همزمان رژیم ایران خود را در داخل و فضای بین‌المللی بی‌دفاع ببیند هرچند که احتمالاً ریزش‌ها و اختلافات آنها بیشتر خواهد شد اما احتمالاً گروه‌هایی در داخل رژیم را وادار به واکنش‌های سخت‌تر برای حفظ موقعیت آن کنند و این همان نقطه‌ای است که اروپا می‌تواند روی همکاری اسرائیل حساب باز کند.

بعد از آنکه پارلمان اروپا قرار دادن سپاه پاسداران در فهرست سازمان‌های تروریستی را تصویب کرد،  جِیک سالیوان مشاور امنیت ملی آمریکا با بنیامین نتانیاهو نخست وزیر اسرائیل و شماری از فرماندهان ارشد ارتش اسرائیل درباره برجام و مقابله با عملیات منطقه‌ای رژیم ایران گفتگو کرد.

تجربه ثابت کرده در مواقع بحرانی جمهوری اسلامی «غرب» و اسرائیل و شرکای عربی آنها در منطقه را در جبهه‌ای واحد می‌بیند که چندان هم اشتباه نیست. بنابراین صرفاً برای «ضربه زدن» و «انتقام» به حرکت می‌افتد. یکی از اقدامات اولیه رژیم اقدام علیه کشتی‌هاست. جمهوری اسلامی خلیج فارس و دریای عمان را کارت برنده خود از نظر ژئوپلیتیک می‌داند. به همین علت سپاه بلافاصله برای انجام رزمایش در آب‌های جنوبی ایران دست به کار شد.

در این میان، هرچند اختلافات میان اسرائیل و اروپایی‌ها بر سر مسائلی مثل فلسطین کم نیست اما تهدیدات رژیم ایران آنقدر اهمیت دارد که آنها را وادار به توسعه همکاری‌های اطلاعاتی و نظامی بیشتر در خاورمیانه کند.

احتمالاً ائتلاف امنیتی- سیاسی اسرائیل و کشورهای عربی منطقه در چارچوب «پیمان ابراهیم» برای هر دو طرف رضایت‌بخش بوده که همچنان به گسترش همکاری‌های خود ادامه می‌دهند.

In the meantime, although the differences between Israel and the Europeans over issues such as Palestine are not few, the threats of the Iranian regime are so important that it forces them to develop more intelligence and military cooperation in the Middle East.
