بازداشت فلّه‌ای شهروندان به دلیل هراس جمهوری اسلامی از اعتراضات؛ ۲۶۰ نفر فقط در ۲۴ ساعت!

روزنامه «شرق» روز یکشنبه ۲۶ شهریور ۱۴۰۲ در گزارشی از شناسایی و بازداشت ۲۶۰ نفر در شهرهای مختلف ایران طی ۲۴ ساعت و در رابطه با سالگرد اعتراضات جنبش ملّی خبر داده است.

بر اساس این گزارش استان آذربایجان غربی با ۱۳۷ بازداشتی و استان اصفهان با ۹۷ بازداشتی در صدر آمار سرکوب شهروندان از طریق بازداشت قرار داشته‌اند. در حالی که بازداشت‌ها در پایتخت نیز گسترده گزارش شده اما هنوز آمار دقیقی از سوی مسئولان اعلام نشده و به نظر می‌رسد شمار بازداشت‌شدگان طی روز شنبه بیش از آمار اعلامی از سوی روزنامه «شرق» باشد که البته نه برای اطلاع‌رسانی بلکه با هدف هراس‌افکنی منتشر می‌شود!

بر همین اساس، بازداشت‌های مورد اشاره روزنامه «شرق» از سوی مقامات قضایی و امنیتی استان‌های مختلف نیز تأیید شده است. مقامات حکومتی از برچسب «عناصر ضدامنیتی» برای بازداشت‌شدگان استفاده کرده و اتهامات آنها را مواردی چون تلاش برای تحریک مردم به اعتراض، تشویش اذهان عمومی، تلاش برای بمب‌گذاری، تلاش برای حمله به تجمع مردم و کشته‌سازی، به همراه داشتن سلاح و خرابکاری عنوان می‌کنند.

سردار رحیم جهانبخش فرمانده نیروی انتظامی آذربایجان غربی روز شنبه ۲۵ شهریورماه از شناسایی و بازداشت ۱۳۷ شهروند در این استان خبر داد که رقمی بی‌سابقه در شرایطی است که هنوز اعتراضاتی در جریان نبوده است.

رحیم جهانبخش با بیان اینکه اتهامات این افراد «تشویش اذهان عمومی» و «تحریک به آشوب» بوده نشان داده که شهروندان بازداشت شده صرفا افرادی بوده‌اند که پتانسیل شرکت در اعتراضات یا میدان‌داری در تجمعات را داشته‌اند!

او گفته است: «تا کنون ۱۳۷ نفر از تشویش‌کنندگاناذهان عمومی در فضای مجازی شناسایی شدند. ۸۵ نفر از کاربران متخلف که با انتشار مطالب، تصاویر و فیلم‌های گوناگون سعی در گمراه کردن افکار عمومی داشته و برخی از آنان تحریک به آشوب را در برنامه خود داشتند، برخورد شد.»

فرمانده نیروی انتظامی آذربایجان غربی افزوده که «همچنین ۵۲ صفحه اینستاگرامی مسدودسازی و در نهایت از بستر مجازی بطور کامل حذف شدند و ۱۴ نفر نیز دستگیر و پس از تشکیل پرونده تحویل مراجع قضائی شدند.»

به گزارش روزنامه «شرق»، استان اصفهان با ۹۷ بازداشتی در رتبه دوم بازداشت‌های فلّه‌ای جمهوری اسلامی در سالگرد جان باختن مهسا امینی قرار داشته است. سازمان اطلاعات فرماندهی انتظامی استان اصفهان اعلام کرده که «با توجه به اهمیت و حساسیت موضوع سالگرد اغتشاشات، با اقدام‌های فنی و اطلاعاتی دقیق تا کنون ۹۷ نفر از تشویش‌کنندگان اذهان عمومی در فضای مجازی شناسایی شدند. با ۴۸ نفر از کاربران متخلف که با انتشار مطالب، تصاویر و فیلم‌های گوناگون سعی در گمراه کردن افکار عمومی داشته و برخی از آنان تحریک به آشوب و تجمع در راستای فراخوان های منتشر شده را در برنامه خود داشتند، برخورد شد.»

در دیگر شهرهای ایران نیز شمار زیادی از شهروندان بازداشت شده‌اند. بر اساس گزارش «شرق»، در سنندج ۷ نفر،  در مریوان ۲ نفر، در دیواندره ۳ نفر و در سقز ۴ نفر بازداشت شدند. این آمارها از سوی مقامات رسمی این استان‌ها اعلام شده اما برخی گزارش‌های حقوق‌بشری آمار بیشتری درباره بازداشت‌شدگان در این شهرها عنوان می‌کنند.

در برخی استان‌ها نیز مقامات امنیتی از بازداشت «عده‌ای» خبر داده اما آمار دقیق را اعلام نکرده‌اند. مهدی رمضانی معاون سیاسی امنیتی و اجتماعی استاندار کردستان روز شنبه ۲۵ شهریورماه از بازداشت عده‌ای از عوامل وابسته به تروریست‌های تجزیه‌طلب در شهرهای مریوان و بانه خبر داد.

در آنسو، امان‌الله گشتاسبی فرمانده سپاه این استان از بازداشت ۱۴ تن در شهرستان‌های سنندج، دیواندره، بانه و مریوان طی شبانه روز اخیر و همزمان با سالگرد مهسا امینی خبر داد.

همزمان جلال آفاقی دادستان اردبیل با اعلام خبر بازداشت ۲ نفر با اتهام «تروریستی» گفته است: «با اشرافیت اطلاعاتی سربازان گمنام اداره کل اطلاعات استان اردبیل و اقدامات دادستانی و دستورات قضائی صادره، ۲ نفر به اتهام اقدام علیه امنیت ملی شناسایی و بازداشت شدند.»

اتهامات سنگین مانند تصمیم به اقدام «تروریستی» یا «انتخاری» درباره برخی دیگر از بازداشت‌شدگان نیز مطرح شده است. برای مثال  پایگاه خبری فرماندهی انتظامی استان آذربایجان شرقی گزارش داده «فردی که قصد ایجاد انفجار انتحاری در یکی از میادین تبریز برای کشته‌سازی با تعدادی کپسول گاز دستکاری شده داشت بازداشت شد.»

خبرگزاری ایرنا نیز به نقل از سازمان اطلاعات سپاه فتح کهگیلویه و بویراحمد نوشت که «۱۵ عنصر شبکه سازمان یافته ساخت بمب دست‌ساز که قصد ایجاد ناامنی از پیش تعیین شده داشتند با اشراف اطلاعاتی دقیق و به موقع شناسایی و دستگیر شدند.»

همچنین خبرگزاری فارس از «بازداشت یک موتور سوار با سلاح دست‌ساز در ورودی بوکان» خبر داده است. پلیس فراجا نیز روز گذشته اعلام کرد که یک عامل تکفیری که دارای سوابق ویژه نظامی در خارج کشور بوده در شهرستان قدس در غرب تهران شناسایی و دستگیر شده است.

روابط عمومی سپاه «ثارالله» استان کرمان نیز اعلام کرده که «یکی از عناصر اصلی و عملیاتی گروه تروریستی داعش» در استان کرمان بازداشت شد. این خبر افزوده که «این تروریست مترصد دریافت ماموریت و اجرای عملیات تروریستی در کشور بود.»

در دو روز گذشته شمار زیادی از شهروندان در پایتخت بازداشت شدند و تصاویر و ویدئوهایی از حضور بستگان بازداشت‌شدگان مقابل فرماندهی انتظامی افسریه منتشر شده است. با اینهمه مقامات استان تهران هنوز واکنشی به بازداشت‌های گسترده در پایتخت نداشته و آماری در اینباره منتشر نکرده‌اند.

کانال تلگرامی «وحید آنلاین» مدعی شده که در تجمعات اعتراضی روز شنبه در مرکز شهر و حوالی خیابان «انقلاب» تهران بین ۵۰۰ تا ۶۰۰ نفر بازداشت شدند.

جدا از گزارش روزنامه «شرق» که بر مبنای اظهارات مقامات رسمی و آمارهای خبرگزاری‌های حکومتی منتشر شده، آمارهای دیگری از بازداشت‌های روزهای گذشته از سوی نهادهای حقوق بشری منتشر شده است.

بر اساس گزارش‌ها یکی از بازداشت‌شدگان در سنندن کاوان رضایی نوجوان پانزده ساله بوده که شامگاه جمعه بیست و چهارم شهریورماه بازداشت شد. «کولبر نیوز» گزارش داد که این نوجوان توسط مأموران اداره اطلاعات سنندج بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شده و از علت بازداشت و اتهامات منتسب به وی اطلاعی در دست نیست.

با وجود تلاش جمهوری اسلامی برای جلوگیری از برگزاری اعتراضات در سالگرد جان باختن مهسا امینی، مردم اما با وجود جوّ سنگین امنیتی و بازداشت فلّه‌ای معترضان به خیابان آمدند و در بیش از ۲۲ شهر کشور تجمعات اعتراضی برگزار کرده و علیه حکومت شعار دادند.

While the arrests in the capital have also been widely reported, the authorities have not yet announced exact statistics, and it seems that the number of those arrested on Saturday is more than the statistics announced by “Sharq” newspaper, which of course is not published to inform but with the purpose of intimidation. !

Accordingly, the arrests mentioned by “Sharq” newspaper have been confirmed by the judicial and security authorities of different provinces. The government authorities have used the label of “anti-security elements” for the detainees and have accused them of trying to incite people to protest, disturbing the public mind, trying to bomb, trying to attack a gathering of people and killing them, carrying weapons and vandalism. .

Sardar Rahim Jahanbakhsh, the commander of the West Azerbaijan Police Force, announced on Saturday, 18 September, that 137 citizens had been identified and arrested in this province, which is an unprecedented figure in a situation where there have been no protests yet.

Rahim Jahanbakhsh stated that the accusations of these people were “disturbing the public mind” and “incitement to chaos” and showed that the arrested citizens were only people who had the potential to participate in protests or take part in rallies!

He said: “So far, 137 people who disturb the public mind have been identified in cyberspace. 85 delinquent users who tried to mislead public opinion by publishing various content, images and videos and some of them had incited riots in their programs were dealt with.

The commander of the West Azerbaijan Police Force added that “Also, 52 Instagram pages were blocked and finally removed from the virtual platform completely, and 14 people were also arrested and handed over to judicial authorities after filing a case.”

According to the report of “Sharq” newspaper, Isfahan province with 97 arrests was ranked second in mass arrests of the Islamic Republic on the anniversary of Mehsa Amini’s death. The Intelligence Organization of the Police Command of Isfahan province has announced that “due to the importance and sensitivity of the issue of the anniversary of the riots, 97 people who disturb the public’s minds have been identified in the cyberspace with detailed technical and intelligence measures. We dealt with 48 delinquent users who tried to mislead public opinion by publishing various content, images and videos, and some of them incited riots and gatherings in line with the published calls in their programs.

A large number of citizens have been arrested in other cities of Iran. According to “Sharq” report, 7 people were arrested in Sanandaj, 2 people in Marivan, 3 people in Diwandara and 4 people in Saqqez. These statistics were announced by the official authorities of these provinces, but some human rights reports state more statistics about the detainees in these cities.

In some provinces, the security authorities have announced the arrest of “a few” but have not announced the exact statistics. Mehdi Ramezani, Deputy Political, Security and Social Affairs of the Governor of Kurdistan, announced on Saturday, 25th of Shahrivar, the arrest of some operatives related to separatist terrorists in the cities of Marivan and Baneh.

On the other hand, Amanullah Ghstasbi, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of this province, announced the arrest of 14 people in the cities of Sanandaj, Diwandara, Baneh and Marivan during the last day and night and at the same time as Mehsa Amini’s anniversary.

At the same time, Ardabil prosecutor Jalal Afaghi announced the arrest of 2 people on charges of “terrorist” and said: “With the intelligence of the unknown soldiers of the General Intelligence Department of Ardabil province and the actions of the prosecutor’s office and judicial orders issued, 2 people were identified and arrested on charges of acting against national security. ”

Serious accusations such as the decision to commit “terrorist” or “suicidal” actions have also been raised about some other detainees. For example, the news website of the police command of East Azarbaijan province reported that “a person who intended to cause a suicide explosion in one of Tabriz’s squares to kill with a number of tampered gas canisters was arrested.”

IRNA news agency also quoted Fatah Kohgiluyeh and Boyar Ahmad from the IRGC Intelligence Organization and wrote that “15 elements of an organized network of making improvised explosive devices, who intended to create predetermined insecurity, were identified and arrested with accurate and timely intelligence elites.”

Also, Fars news agency reported “the arrest of a motorcyclist with an improvised weapon at the entrance of Bukan”. Faraja police also announced yesterday that a takfiri agent who had special military records abroad was identified and arrested in Quds city west of Tehran.

The public relations of “Tharullah” corps of Kerman province also announced that “one of the main and operational elements of the ISIS terrorist group” was arrested in Kerman province. This news added that “this terrorist was in charge of receiving missions and carrying out terrorist operations in the country.”

In the last two days, a large number of citizens were arrested in the capital, and pictures and videos of the presence of the relatives of the arrested persons in front of Afsariye police command have been published. However, the authorities of Tehran province have not yet reacted to the widespread arrests in the capital and have not published any statistics about this.

“Vahid Online” Telegram channel claimed that between 500 and 600 people were arrested in protest gatherings in the city center and around “Inqlab” street on Saturday.

Apart from the report of “Sharq” newspaper, which was published based on the statements of official officials and the statistics of government news agencies, other statistics of the arrests of the past days have been published by human rights organizations.

According to reports, one of those arrested in Sanandan Kavan Rezaei was a 15-year-old teenager who was arrested on the evening of Friday, the 24th of Shahrivar. “Colbert News” reported that this teenager was arrested by the officers of the Sanandaj Intelligence Department and taken to an unknown place, and there is no information about the reason for his arrest and the charges against him.

Despite the efforts of the Islamic Republic to prevent protests on the anniversary of Mehsa Amini’s death, people came to the streets despite the heavy security and massive arrests of protesters and held protest rallies in more than 22 cities of the country and chanted slogans against the government.
