ادعای علی خامنه‌ای در جمع پرسنل نیروی دریایی ارتش: «در دوره ننگین پهلوی شناختی از ظرفیت دریاها وجود نداشت!»

علی خامنه‌ای روز یکشنبه ۱۵ امرداد با تمجید از «ناوگروه ۸۶ نیروی دریایی ارتش» برای انجام مأموریت در آب‌های آزاد اقیانوسی گفت: «شما نشان دادید که دریای آزاد متعلق به همه است و اینکه می‌گویند ما اجازه نمیدهیم فلان کشتی‌ها از فلان تنگه‌ها عبور کنند غلط زیادی است.» این در حالیست که خود وی و مقامات جمهوری اسلامی بارها کشورهای منطقه و غربی را تهدید به بستن تنگه‌ی هرمز کرده‌اند!

وی ادعا کرد «امروز آمریکایی‌ها به نفتکش‌ها تعرض می‌کنند، به باندهای قاچاق دریایی کمک می‌کنند [که] این تخلف بزرگ آنهاست که در منطقه‌ی ما این کار انجام می‌گیرد در جاهای دیگر کم و بیش اطلاع داریم که انجام می‌دهند اینها نقض یک قانون بشری بین‌المللی غیر قابل اغماض است.»

وی با اشاره اقدامات نیروی دریایی ارتش و سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی گفت درس اول دریانوردی «خداشناسی» است! وی درس دیگر را «درس انقلاب» دانست و گفت «در دوره ننگین پهلوی و قاجار، با وجود سواحل و امکانات دریایی فراوان، شناختی از دریا و ظرفیت‌های آن در کشور وجود نداشت و نیروی دریایی نیز به کارهای دیگری سرگرم بود اما انقلاب دریا و دریانوردی را از تعطیلی و فراموشی خارج کرد بنابراین این دانایی، توانایی، همت، جسارت و اعتماد به‌ نفس شما در این اقدام بزرگ، هدیه انقلاب به ایران است.»

علی خامنه‌ای حضور دریایی جمهوری اسلامی در مناطق دوردست و اقیانوس‌های آرام و اطلس را حضوری امنیت‌ساز خواند و توضیح داد: «ویژه‌خواری در مسائل عمومی بشریت جزو خصوصیات آمریکا و ابرقدرت‌ها است و اگر بتوانند حتی دریاها را هم به نام خود سند می‌زنند تا دست دیگران از آنها کوتاه شود اما شما با حضور خود و مقابله با اقدامات خصمانه آنها برای ناکامی یا تخریب این سفر، ثابت کردید که دریاهای آزاد متعلق به همه است.»

خامنه‌ای در حالی ادعا می‌کند که در دوران پهلوی شناختی از دریا و ظرفیت‌های آن وجود نداشت که ایران یکی از قدرتمندترین نیروهای دریایی را در منطقه داشت. قدرت و امکانات نیروی دریایی ارتش شاهنشاهی آنقدر زیاد بود که حتا با وجود وضعیت آشفته ارتش و اعدام و بازداشت ده‌ها فرمانده و افسر متخصص بعد از انقلاب اسلامی، به اعتراف شهرام ایرانی فرمانده فعلی نیروی دریایی جمهوری اسلامی در «عملیات مروارید» همان سال ۱۳۵۹ نیروی دریایی ارتش عراق منهدم شد.

ناخدا یکم هوشنگ صمدی فرمانده گردان تکاوران نیروی دریایی ارتش در دوران جنگ روایت می‌کند این گردان ۳۴ روز پشت دروازه‌های خرمشهر مقابل لشکر پیاده و زرهی صدام حسین ایستادگی کردند. تمام این افراد دوره‌دیده‌ی ارتش در دوران پهلوی بودند.

افسران نیروی دریایی اغلب در انگلیس، آلمان، ایتالیا و آمریکا دوره می‌دیدند و جدیدترین تجهیزات از ناوهای رزمی تا زیردریایی و هاورکرافت برای نیروی دریایی خریداری شده بود.

بخش دیگر سخنرانی رهبر جمهوری اسلامی مربوط به برگزاری مراسم عزاداری ماه محرّم بود. وی در این ارتباط عنوان کرد «با وجود سعی و تلاش دشمنان برای بی‌رونق کردن محرم، امسال به برکت توجهات حضرت بقیه‌الله و درست در نقطه مقابل خواست دشمنان، دهه عاشورا پرشور‌تر، پر رونق‌تر و پرفایده‌تر از سال‌های قبل بود که نشان می‌دهد خداوند به هر کاری در مسیر اهداف الهی باشد، کمک می‌کند.» این ادعا نیز در حالیست که در بسیاری از هیأت‌های عزاداری علیه علی خامنه‌ای و نظام مداحی شد و حتا تعدادی از دسته‌های زنجیرزنی به خانواده‌های جانباختگان خیزش ضدحکومتی اخیر ادای احترام کردند. برخی اعضای این هیأت‌ها در روزهای اخیر از سوی نیروهای امنیتی مورد تهدید و فشار قرار گرفته و برخی حتا بازداشت شده‌اند.
