شورای وزیران اتحادیه اروپا «بنیاد تعاون سپاه»، «بسیج دانشجویی» و پنج مقام جمهوری اسلامی را تحریم کرد

شورای وزیران خارجه اتحادیه اروپا دوشنبه ۲۲ ماه مه (اول خرداد ۱۴۰۲) در بیانیه‌ای اعلام کرد که پنج فرد و دو نهاد جمهوری اسلامی به دلیل نقض جدّی حقوق بشر در فهرست تحریم‌ها قرار گرفته‌اند.

The Council of Foreign Ministers of the European Union announced on Monday, May 22, in a statement that five individuals and two institutions of the Islamic Republic have been included in the list of sanctions due to serious violations of human rights.

کیهان نوین: در هشتمین بسته تحریمی اتحادیه اروپا علاوه بر سازمان بسیج دانشجویی و بنیاد تعاون سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی، «سلمان آدینه‌وند» فرمانده یگان امداد تهران بزرگ، «سیدمحمد امین آقامیری» دبیر شورای عالی فضای مجازی، «محسن نیک ورز» دادستان سیرجان، «نادر مرادی» معاون نظارت بر اماکن عمومی پلیس امنیت تهران و سعید منتظرالمهدی سخنگوی فرماندهی کل نیروی انتظامی نیز در فهرست قرار گرفتند.
وزارت خارجه آلمان درباره این تحریم‌ها اعلام کرد: «مردم ایران علیه تمام سرکوبگری‌های حکومت ایران، با شجاعت به رؤیای آزادی و انتخابی خود پیش می‌روند. اتحادیه اروپا همچنان با مردم ایران همدلی می‌کند و ۲۷ وزیر خارجه اروپا بسته هشتم تحریم‌ها را تصویب کردند».
به گزارش رویترز آنالنا بربوک وزیر خارجه آلمان گفته بررسی لیست‌گذاری شمار دیگری از مقامات سپاه پاسداران در حال بررسی است. وی با اشاره به نقض حقوق‌بشر توسط ایران به خبرنگاران گفت: «ما این را نمی‌پذیریم.»

در هشتمین بسته تحریمی اتحادیه اروپا علاوه بر سازمان بسیج دانشجویی و بنیاد تعاون سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی، «سلمان آدینه‌وند» فرمانده یگان امداد تهران بزرگ، «سیدمحمد امین آقامیری» دبیر شورای عالی فضای مجازی، «محسن نیک ورز» دادستان سیرجان، «نادر مرادی» معاون نظارت بر اماکن عمومی پلیس امنیت تهران و سعید منتظرالمهدی سخنگوی فرماندهی کل نیروی انتظامی نیز در فهرست قرار گرفتند.

لیست‌گذاری دادستان سیرجان مرتبط با مرگ مشکوک دکتر مریم آروین وکیل دادگستری است که بهمن ۱۴۰۱ دو ماه پس از بازداشت در زندان سیرجان جان‌ باخت. وی به خانواده معترضان بازداشتی در سیرجان مشاوره می‌داد.

در این بیانیه تأکید شده «بنیاد تعاون سپاه» نهادی است که مسئول مدیریت سرمایه‌گذاری‌های سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی و انتقال پول برای سرکوب وحشیانه است و سازمان بسیج دانشجویی نیز بخشی از سازمان سرکوب رژیم علیه مردم است که اعضای آن در محوطه‌های دانشگاهی که دانشجویان در پاییز ۲۰۲۲ تظاهرات کردند اقدام به سرکوب و نقض جدی حقوق بشر مانند با اقداماتی مثل آدم‌ربایی و شکنجه کرده است.

تا کنون ۲۱۶ فرد و ۳۷ نهاد رژیم ایران در فهرست تحریم‌ها قرار گرفتند.  این تحریم‌ها شامل شامل مسدود کردن دارایی‌های آنها، ممنوعیت سفر به اتحادیه اروپا و ممنوعیت معامله است.

همچنین شورای وزیران اتحادیه اروپا حمایت خود را از آرمان اساسی مردم ایران برای آینده‌ای که در آن حقوق جهانی بشر و آزادی‌های اساسی محترم شمرده، محافظت و برآورده شود، ابراز کرده است.

اتحادیه اروپا از حکومت ایران می‌خواهد که به اعمال و اجرای احکام اعدام علیه معترضان پایان دهد، احکام اعدام صادر شده را لغو کند و همچنین روند مناسبی را برای همه بازداشت‌شدگان فراهم کند. اتحادیه اروپا همچنین از حکومت ایران می‌خواهد که به شیوه ناراحت‌کننده بازداشت غیرنظامیان خارجی با هدف دستیابی به دستاوردهای سیاسی پایان دهد.

The listing of the Sirjan prosecutor is related to the suspicious death of Dr. Maryam Arvin, a lawyer, who died two months after being detained in Sirjan prison in February 2022. He gave advice to the families of protesters arrested in Sirjan.

In this statement, it is emphasized that the IRGC Cooperation Foundation is the institution responsible for managing the investments of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and transferring money for brutal repression, and the Student Basij organization is also a part of the organization of the regime’s repression against the people, whose members are on university campuses where students in the fall 2022 protestors have suppressed and seriously violated human rights with measures such as kidnapping and torture.

So far, 216 individuals and 37 institutions of the Iranian regime have been included in the list of sanctions. These sanctions include freezing their assets, banning them from traveling to the European Union and banning them from trading.

Also, the Council of Ministers of the European Union has expressed its support for the fundamental aspiration of the Iranian people for a future in which universal human rights and fundamental freedoms are respected, protected and fulfilled.

The European Union calls on the Iranian government to end the implementation of death sentences against protesters, to cancel the issued death sentences, and to provide due process to all detainees. The European Union also calls on the Iranian government to end the disturbing practice of detaining foreign civilians for political gain.
