تشدید فشارهای امنیتی بر خانواده مجید کاظمی متهم اعدام شده مرتبط با پرونده «خانه اصفهان»

محمد هاشمی پسرخاله مجید کاظمی در توییتی نوشته است که پس از اعدام مجید، حقوق بازنشستگی پدرش در ۲۹ اردیبهشت‌ماه قطع شده و سمیه خواهر او نیز از کار اخراج شده است.

‏این عضو خانواده مجید کاظمی  نوشت که مهدی و حسین، برادران مجید، نیز پس از یک هفته بازداشت هنوز آزاد نشده‌اند.

از سوی دیگر در پی ادامه فشارهای امنیتی بر خانواده اعدام‌شدگان پرونده «خانه اصفهان» و برگزاری اعتراضات مردمی در شهرهای مختلف ایران، یکی از اقوام نزدیک مجید کاظمی گزارش داد، ماموران امنیتی شامگاه شنبه ۳۰ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۲ با حمله به خانه این معترض اعدام‌شده، پدر و مادر و دو برادر او را به شدت مورد ضرب و جرح قرار دادند و سپس دو برادر مجید کاظمی را بازداشت کرده و با خود بردند. ساعتی بعد به دلیل پیگیری خواهر مجید کاظمی درباره بازداشت برادرانش، مأموران بار دیگر به خانه آمده و خواهر مجید کاظمی را نیز بازداشت کردند.

بر اساس گزارش منابع نزدیک به خانواده کاظمی، روز جمعه ۲۹ اردیبهشت و دقایقی پس از اعدام مجید مأموران امنیتی با برادرش تماس گرفته و گفتند بیا زندان و به کسی هم چیزی نگو! بعد او را به همراه پیکر برادر تازه اعدام‌شده‌اش به آرامستان حبیب آباد در نزدیکی اصفهان برده و مجید را غریبانه به خاک سپردند.

این منبع نزدیک به خانواده کاظمی گفته که «برادر مجید کاظمی را بردند یک جای پرت، یه چاله کوچک کندند، پیکر برادرش را به زور کردند تو قبری که برایش کوچک بوده است. بعد گوشی را به برادرش دادند که به خانواده‌اش بگوید که به محل خاکسپاری بیایند.»

همچنین فایلی صوتی از مادر صالح میرهاشمی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی منتشر شده که می‌گوید که به پدر صالح میرهاشمی دستبند زدند و به آنها گفته شده اجازه برگزاری مراسم ندارند‫. ‬ مادر صالح گفت: «خودشان بچه‌ام را بردند در یک ده‌کوره خاک کردند. قسم خورده بودند کاری با بچه‌ام ندارند بعد یک شب سوت و کور برداشتند بچه‌ام را اعدام کردند.»

مریم میرهاشمی عمه صالح میرهاشمی هم با انتشار یک استوری اینستاگرامی از آتش زدن یادبود برادرزاده‌اش خبر داد و نوشت: «ننگ به شما که آمدید عکس و یادبود صالح [را] آتش زدید و رفتید. ترسوها، از چی می‌ترسید؟ خشم هیچوقت خاموش نمی‌شود، حالا نگذارید سر خاکش برویم و عزاداری کنیم.»

گزارش‌ها حاکی از آنست که صالح میرهاشمی یک روز پیش از اعدام در تماس با خانواده خود گفته بود: «نگران نباشید همه چیز خوبه، امروز خیلی بِهِم رسیدن و گفتن از شنبه قراره بری باشگاه. هفته دیگه هم یه ملاقات حضوری برات ترتیب میدیم.»

پس از اعدام معترضان «خانه اصفهان» از بامداد جمعه ۲۹ اردیبهشت اعتراضاتی از سوی شهروندان در شهرهای مختلف شکل گرفت. بامداد جمعه و ساعتی پس از اعلام خبر اعدام این سه جوان، مردم در چند محله تهران از جمله اکباتان و چیتگر از روی پشت‌بام علیه جمهوری اسلامی شعار سر دادند.

از عصر جمعه در چند شهر ایران از جمله تهران، مشهد، اصفهان، بندرعباس، کرمانشاه و ملایر تجمعات اعتراضی و تظاهرات شکل گرفت.

در پایتخت مردم در چند منطقه مختلف از جمله تهران پارس، ستارخان، صادقیه، اکباتان، نارمک، شهرک آپادانا، منطقه پونک و بلوار فردوس به خیابان آمدند و علیه جمهوری اسلامی شعار سر دادند.

در مشهد نیز شهروندان در چند محله مختلف از جمله وکیل آباد تجمع و تظاهرات برپا کردند و شعارهایی چون «تا دیکتاتور رو کاره، قیام ادامه داره» و «سکوت شما مقابل اعدام، یعنی حمایت از ظلم و ظالم» سر دادند.

ایرانیان خارج کشور نیز در چند کشور از جمله بریتانیا، هلند، آمریکا و کانادا تجمعاتی در اعتراض به «اعدام» برگزار کردند.

واشنگتن و سن دیه‌گو در ایالات متحده، تورنتو و اتاوا و ونکوو و مونترال در کانادا، کپنهاگ در دانمارک، گوتنبرگ در سوئد، برلین، فرانکفورت، هامبورگ و مونیخ آلمان، لندن در بریتانیا، آمستردام در هلند از جمله شهرهایی بودند که تجمعات ایرانیان در اعتراض به اعدام شهروندان ایرانی در آن برگزار شد.

با اینهمه جمهوری اسلامی علاوه بر اینکه معترضان را زندانی کرده و با شکنجه از آنها اعترافات اجباری می‌گیرد و سپس حکم اعدام صادر کرده و آنها را به قتل می‌رساند، در ادامه به آزار و اذیت خانواده‌ها که عزیزان خود را از دست داده‌اند نیز می‌پردازد. موج دادخواهی که در سال‌های اخیر و به ویژه پس از کشتار فجیع آبان ۹۸ به راه افتاده سبب شده تا دستگاه شکنجه و سرکوب حکومت معترضان را به صورت خانوادگی تحت پیگرد قضائی قرار داده و آنها را به زندان بیندازد. هم‌اکنون شماری از اعضای خانواده‌های جانباختگان جنبش آزادیخواهی ایران در زندان بسر می‌برند از جمله منوچهر بختیاری و ناهید شیرپیشه پدر و مادر پویا از کشته‌شدگان اعتراضات آبان ۹۸ که بنیانگذار کارزار دادخواهی نیز به شمار می‌روند.

On the other hand, following the continuation of security pressure on the families of the executed people of the “Isfahan House” case and the holding of popular protests in different cities of Iran, one of Majid Kazemi’s close relatives reported that on Saturday evening, May 30, 1402, security agents attacked the house of this executed protester, father And his mother and two brothers severely assaulted him and then the two brothers arrested Majid Kazemi and took them away. An hour later, due to the follow-up of Majid Kazemi’s sister regarding the arrest of her brothers, officers came to the house again and arrested Majid Kazemi’s sister as well.

According to reports from sources close to Kazemi’s family, on Friday 29 May and a few minutes after Majid’s execution, the security officers called his brother and told him to come to prison and don’t tell anyone! Then he was taken to Habib Abad cemetery near Isfahan along with the body of his recently executed brother and Majid was buried in a strange way.

This source close to Kazemi’s family said that “They took Majid Kazemi’s brother to a remote place, dug a small hole, and forced his brother’s body into a grave that was too small for him. Then they gave the phone to his brother to tell his family to come to the burial place.”

Also, an audio file of Saleh Mirhashmi’s mother has been published on social networks, saying that they handcuffed Saleh Mirhashmi’s father and told them that they were not allowed to hold the ceremony. Saleh’s mother said: “They took my child and buried him in a ten-hole.” They swore that they had nothing to do with my child, then one night they took a whistle and executed my child.”

Saleh Mirhashmi’s aunt, Maryam Mirhashmi, published an Instagram story about the burning of her nephew’s memorial and wrote: “Shame on you who came, burned Saleh’s photo and memorial and left.” Cowards, what are you afraid of? Anger will never be extinguished, now don’t let us go to his grave and mourn.”

According to reports, Saleh Mirhashmi called his family one day before his execution and said: “Don’t worry, everything is fine, he arrived very late today and said that he is going to go to the gym from Saturday. We will arrange a face-to-face meeting for you next week.”

After the execution of “Khane Isfahan” protestors, citizens protested in different cities from the morning of Friday, May 29. On Friday morning and an hour after the announcement of the execution of these three young men, people in several neighborhoods of Tehran, including Ekbatan and Chitgar, chanted slogans against the Islamic Republic from their rooftops.

From Friday evening, protest gatherings and demonstrations took place in several Iranian cities, including Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Bandar Abbas, Kermanshah and Malair.

In the capital, people came to the streets in several different areas, including Tehran Pars, Sattar Khan, Sadeghieh, Ekbatan, Narmak, Apadana town, Ponk area and Ferdous Boulevard, and chanted slogans against the Islamic Republic.

In Mashhad, citizens gathered and held demonstrations in several different neighborhoods, including Vakil Abad, and chanted slogans such as “Until the dictator is removed, the uprising will continue” and “Your silence in the face of execution means supporting oppression and tyranny.”

Iranians abroad also held rallies in several countries, including Britain, Holland, America and Canada, to protest the “execution”.

Washington and San Diego in the United States, Toronto and Ottawa and Vancouver and Montreal in Canada, Copenhagen in Denmark, Gothenburg in Sweden, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich in Germany, London in the United Kingdom, Amsterdam in the Netherlands were among the cities where gatherings of Iranians took place. A protest against the execution of Iranian citizens was held there.

However, the Islamic Republic, in addition to imprisoning protestors and forcing confessions from them by torture, and then issuing death sentences and killing them, continues to persecute families who have lost their loved ones. The wave of lawsuits that have started in recent years, especially after the heinous massacre of November 2018, has caused the torture and repression apparatus of the government to prosecute the protestors as a family and put them in prison. Currently, a number of family members of the victims of the Iranian freedom movement are in prison, including Manouchehr Bakhtiari and Nahid Shirpisheh, parents of Puya, one of the victims of the November 1998 protests, who are also the founders of the lawsuit campaign.
