۱۴ معترض در ایران در خطر اعدام قرار دارند

کیهان نوین: سازمان عفو بین‌الملل روز سه‌شنبه ۱۸ بهمن (۷ فوریه) در قالب درخواست اقدام فوری، نامه سرگشاده‌ای خطاب به محسنی اژه‌ای، رییس قوه قضاییه جمهوری اسلامی ایران منتشر کرده است. در این نامه عنوان شده که ۱۴ معترض بازداشتی در خطر اجرای حکم اعدام قرار دارند.

اسامی این ۱۴ نفر به شرح زیر است: عرشیا تکدستان، جواد روحی، ابراهیم نارویی، کامبیز خروت، مجید کاظمی، منوچهر مهمان‌نواز، منصور دهمرده، محمد بروغنی، مهدی بهمن، مهدی محمدی‌فرد، محمد قبادلو، صالح میرهاشمی، سعید یعقوبی و شعیب میر بلوچ زهی ریگی.

علاوه بر آنها حداقل پنج نفر دیگر به نام‌های سهند نورمحمدزاده، حمید قره‌حسنلو، حسین محمدی، رضا آریا و ماهان صدرات مدنی، پس از اینکه احکام اعدام آنها توسط دیوان عالی کشور لغو و پرونده‌های آنها به دادگاه‌های بدوی بازگردانده شد، در خطر صدور مجدد حکم اعدام قرار دارند.

عفو بین‌الملل همچنین سه معترض بازداشتی دیگر را به نام‌های سعید شیرازی، ابوالفضل مهری حسین حاجیلو و محسن رضازاده قراگولو شناسایی کرده که با اتهاماتی که مجازات‌شان در قوانین جمهوری اسلامی اعدام است، در حال محاکمه هستند.

در تحقیقات عفو بین‌الملل مشخص شده که ده‌ها معترض دیگر نیز با خطر صدور حکم اعدام روبرو هستند.

در این نامه از محسنی اژه‌ای خواسته شده تا بلافاصله تمامی احکام اعدام برای معترضان متوقف شده و از صدور احکام اعدام جدید برای سایر بازداشت‌شده‌ها خودداری شود.

همچنین درخواست شده تا اطمینان حاصل شود که هر کسی که متهم به یک جرم جنایی قابل تشخیص است، در یک دادرسی مطابق با استانداردهای بین المللی و عادلانه بدون استفاده از  مجازات اعدام محاکمه شود.

در این نامه همچنین خواسته شده تا تمامی کسانی که به دلیل استفاده از حقوق انسانی خود دست به اعتراض مسالمت‌آمیز زده‌اند، آزاد شوند؛ همه‌ بازداشت‌شدگان از حق تماس با خانواده و وکلایشان برخوردار شوند و شکنجه و آزار بازداشت‌شدگان متوقف شود.

عفو بین‌الملل همچنین از رییس قوه قضاییه جمهوری اسلامی خواسته تا به ناظران مستقل اجازه شرکت در محاکمه‌های مرتبط با اعتراضات را بدهد و فوراً مجازات اعدام را برای معترضان تعلیق کرده تا مقدمه‌ای شود برای لغو کامل این مجازات در آینده.

In addition to them, at least five other people, namely Sahand Noormohammadzadeh, Hamid Qarahasanlou, Hossein Mohammadi, Reza Aria and Mahan Sadrat Madani, are in danger of being sentenced again after their death sentences were canceled by the Supreme Court and their cases were returned to the lower courts. are executed.

Amnesty International has also identified three other detained protesters, namely Saeed Shirazi, Abolfazl Mehri Hossein Hajilo and Mohsen Rezazade Qaragolu, who are being tried on charges that are punishable by death under the laws of the Islamic Republic.

In Amnesty International’s investigation, it has been determined that dozens of other protesters are also facing the risk of death sentence.

In this letter, Mohseni Ajei is asked to immediately stop all death sentences for protesters and to refrain from issuing new death sentences for other detainees.

It is also requested to ensure that anyone accused of a cognizable criminal offense is tried in a fair trial in accordance with international standards without the use of the death penalty.

In this letter, it is also requested to release all those who protested peacefully due to the use of their human rights; All detainees should have the right to contact their families and lawyers, and the torture and abuse of detainees should be stopped.

Amnesty International also asked the head of the Islamic Republic of Judiciary to allow independent observers to participate in the trials related to the protests and immediately suspended the death penalty for the protesters as a prelude to the complete abolition of this punishment in the future.
