چشم‌انداز جمهوری اسلامی

انقلاب ملّی ایران در آخرین هفته بهمن ۱۴۰۱ و همزمان با چهلم محمدمهدی کرمی و محمد (کیان) حسینی از جوانان معترض اعدام شده، وارد ششمین ماه شده است.

کیهان نوین: هرچند مانند هر انقلاب دیگری، اعتراضات خیابانی در ایران هم پیوسته بوده و هم به دلیل سرکوب وحشیانه اُفت و خیز دارد، اما مردم در عزم خود مصمم هستند.
انقلاب ملی ایرانیان با تأکید بر اصل «حاکمیت ملّی»، سناریوهای جمهوری اسلامی درباره نسبت دادن اعتراضات به بیگانگان را خنثی کرده و هیاهوی برخی بلندگوهای رسانه‌ای تجزیه‌طلبان را بی‌اثر کرده‌اند.
چنته جناحین جمهوری اسلامی نیز خالیست و اتاق‌های فکر نظام تا کنون در پیشبرد سناریو برای انحراف انقلاب ملی ایران ناکام مانده‌اند.
در این میان، رهبر پریشان‌حال نظام که به هر بهانه‌‌ای سخنرانی می‌کند، همواره بر سه نکته تکیه دارد: هراس از پهلوی، توطئه دشمنان و توهم دستاوردهای بی‌بدیل انقلاب۵۷ و نظام مقتدر!
به نظر می‌رسد شاهزاده رضا پهلوی نیز در حال حاضر با پذیرش نقش فراجناحی و ملّی خود به دنبال پیشبرد سیاستی کارآمد جهت کاهش هزینه‌های گذار از جمهوری اسلامی و برگزاری رفراندوم برای تعیین شکل نظام آینده است.
بسته فریبِ «امتداد وحدت» که با موافقت علی خامنه‌ای از سوی دولت «قاضی مرگ» ارائه شده و بخشی از آن با آزادی شماری از زندانیان سیاسی به اجرا درآمده نیز از یکسو بیانگر عقب‌نشینی و استیصال نظام است و از سوی دیگر نقشی در کاهش خشم و انزجار مردم بازی نمی‌کند.

ایرانیان طی ۲۰ هفته گذشته با همبستگی در داخل و  خارج کشور توانسته‌اند یک جنبش‌ ملّی  تاریخساز را رقم بزنند. مردم در برابر یکی از سرکوبگرترین حکومت‌هایی که ایران و جهان به خود دیده، چنان پایداری کرده و از آزادیخواهی عقب‌نشینی نکرده‌اند که بسیاری از دولت‌های جهان ناچار شدند روند مماشات با جمهوری اسلامی را تغییر دهند. اپوزیسیون جمهوری اسلامی متأثر از حرکت بی‌سابقه مردم در ایران جان تازه گرفته و سازماندهی‌ها و آرایش‌ جریانات سیاسی در اپوزیسیون نیز وارد مراحل جدیدی شده است.

در این مدت، جنبش ملی آزادیخواهی زنده و پویا برای گذاشتن نقطه پایان بر جمهوری اسلامی برآمده از انقلاب ۵۷ در تلاش است تا بتواند ساختار سیاسی جدیدی را در ایران پی‌ریزی کند. هرچند مانند هر انقلاب دیگری، اعتراضات خیابانی در ایران هم پیوسته بوده و هم به دلیل سرکوب وحشیانه اُفت و خیز دارد، اما مردم در عزم خود مصمم هستند.

ایستادگی بر اصل حاکمیت ملّی و یکپارچگی سرزمینی

یکی از دلایلی که اعتراضات شهروندان ایران را به جنبش سراسری برای تغییر ساختار سیاسی کشور تبدیل کرده، ایستادگی مردم بر محور همبستگی ملّی است. آنها توانستند با تأکید بر اصل «حاکمیت ملّی»، سناریوهای جمهوری اسلامی درباره  نسبت دادن اعتراضات به بیگانگان را خنثی کرده و هیاهوی برخی بلندگوهای رسانه‌ای تجزیه‌طلبان را بی‌اثر کنند.

هوشیاری و آگاهی عمومی مردم معترض که در شهرهای مختلف ایران از کردستان تا سیستان‌ و بلوچستان و از آذربایجان تا خوزستان و تهران و اصفهان با شعارهایشان بر همبستگی و یکپارچگی ملت ایران تأکید دارند سبب شد تا برخلاف سودایی که برخی جریانات و گروه‌های سیاسی در سر دارند، موضوع تمامیت ارضی و یکپارچگی ملی به صورت یک اصل خدشه‌ناپذیر وارد گفتمان سیاسی  ایران شود. بر همین اساس است که شاهزاده رضا پهلوی اصل «تمامیت ارضی» را در کنار دمکراسی و سکولاریسم و انتخاب شکل نظام آینده با رأی مردم، برای هرگونه همفکری و همکاری گروه‌ها و شخصیت‌های سیاسی مطرح کرده است.

در این میان نقش برجسته ایرانیان خارج کشور نیز به عنوان مکمل و پشتیبان اعتراضات داخل ایران وارد میدان شده است. ایرانیان خارج کشور طی پنج ماه گذشته نشان داده‌اند که اگر به هر دلیلی ناچار به ترک میهن شده‌اند اما در دفاع از منافع ملی ایران با مردم داخل کشور همراهی کامل دارند و بازتاب صدای حقوق و تمایلات آنها هستند. تا کنون ایرانیان در بیش از ۱۵۰ شهر جهان توانسته‌اند صدها تجمع بزرگ و کوچک در حمایت از انقلاب ملی ایران برگزار کنند و صدای مردم را به گوش جهانیان برسانند.

اینهمه سبب شده که دولت‌های دیگر به ویژه کشورهای غربی ناچار جهت اقداماتی برای همراهی با جنبش آزادیخواهی مردم به تکاپو بیفتند. اگر پیش از این گفته می‌شد که شهروندان ایران باید روشن کنند کنار میهن هستند یا جمهوری اسلامی، و تشویق می شدند تا در سمت درست تاریخ بایستند، حالا که مسیر انقلاب «زن زندگی آزادی» به مسیر بی‌بازگشت مردم تبدیل شده، این دولت‌های دیگرند که باید بگویند در کدام سمت تاریخ می‌ایستند!

بزرگترین تجمع ایرانیان خارج کشور هفته گذشته در سالگرد پیروزی انقلاب ۵۷، علیه آن انقلاب و نظام برآمده از آن در شهر لس‌آنجلس با شرکت بیش از ۸۰ هزار شهروند و حضور از پیش اعلام‌نشده‌ی شاهزاده رضا پهلوی و چهره‌های سیاسی و هنری و فرهنگی جامعه مهاجران ایرانی برگزار شد. همزمان در ده‌ها شهر دیگر جهان نیز ایرانیان تظاهرات و تجمعات بزرگی علیه انقلاب اسلامی و رژیم برگزار کردند.

آنچه مردم ایران طی ماه‌های گذشته در داخل و خارج به نمایش گذاشتند، نیروهای سیاسی اپوزیسیون رانیز  به تلاش و «انتخاب» سمت و سو واداشته است. بسیاری از جریانات قدیمی از جمله بخشی از جبهه ملی و مجاهدین خلق و احزابی چون دموکرات کردستان و فداییان خلق و… که همگی از حامیان انقلاب ۵۷ بوده‌اند حالا با چالش بزرگ نفی یا دفاع از آن قرار دارند چرا که جمهوری اسلامی زاده‌ی آن انقلاب است! با اینهمه اغلب این نیروها همچنان برای نزدیکی و همراهی با جریان مشروطه‌خواه و نیز شاهزاده رضا پهلوی با تردید روبرو هستند؛ این در حالیست که پتانسیل و اقبال بلند شاهزاده رضا پهلوی که بارها و بارها نام او و خاندان وی از سوی مردم معترض در خیابان‌های ایران فریاد زده شده، نشان می‌دهد که هم دوران گذار و هم هر تغییر سیاسی و بنای هر ساختاری در آینده ایران بدون نقش‌آفرینی او و جریانات مشروطه‌خواه که پایگاه اجتماعی در کف خیابان دارند، تصورناپذیر است.

به نظر می‌رسد شاهزاده رضا پهلوی نیز در حال حاضر با پذیرش نقش فراجناحی و ملّی خود به دنبال پیشبرد سیاستی کارآمد جهت کاهش هزینه‌های گذار از جمهوری اسلامی و برگزاری رفراندوم برای تعیین شکل نظام آینده است. هرچند میزان موفقیت او را در این مسیر آینده نشان خواهد داد اما  با توجه به شواهد موجود، می‌توان گفت او بزرگترین پتانسیل عینی برای ایجاد تغییرات مثبت و دموکراتیک با نگاهی غیرحذفی در چارچوب ایران متحد است.

چنته‌ی خالی جناحین نظام در برابر همبستگی و عزم مردم

در مقابل، جمهوری اسلامی بطور مداوم و با استفاده از همه ظرفیت‌ها و امکاناتش سناریوهای موازی را با نقش‌آفرینی نهادها و جریانات و چهره‌های مختلف پیش برده است. در این میان، رهبر پریشان‌حال نظام که به هر بهانه‌‌ای سخنرانی می‌کند، همواره بر سه نکته تکیه دارد: هراس از پهلوی، توطئه دشمنان و توهم دستاوردهای بی‌بدیل انقلاب۵۷ و نظام مقتدر!

نظام مقتدر علی خامنه‌ای اما طی پنج ماه گذشته، نه با جنگ خارجی و نه با تحریم، بلکه توسط شهروندان ایران چنان ذلیل و تحقیر شده که حالا اصلاح‌طلب و اصولگرا از دعوهای زرگری دو دهه گذشته عبور کرده و با هم در جستجوی راهکاری برای حفظ نظام هستند.

اتاق‌های فکر امنیتی اصلاح‌طلب و اصولگرا بطور متناوب و موازی، در کنار سرکوب وحشیانه، هر آنچه می‌توانند پیاده می‌کنند تا شاید موج انقلاب ملّی را که حیات جمهوری اسلامی را مورد تهدید قرار داده آرام کنند.

در آنسو اما تلاش برخی اصلاح‌طلبان برای ورود به موج خیزش مردمی با هدف مصادره‌ی آن نیز کارساز نشد و مردم همانطور که از دی۹۶ با صراحت از تمام شدن ماجرای اصلاح‌طلب و اصولگرا گفته‌اند، اکنون نیز نشان می‌دهند که حنای اصلاح و تحول هیچ رنگی ندارد!

برخی تحلیلگران بیانیه میرحسین موسوی را در همین چارچوب ارزیابی می‌کنند که با هدف جذب بخشی از ظرفیت معترضان منتشر شده آنهم در حالی که جریان حامی وی در همان سال ۸۸ و در جنگ قدرت درون نظام نیز پشت مردمی را که در خیابان کشته می‌شدند خالی کرد.

از سوی دیگر، بیانیه موسوی و سپس بیانیه خاتمی که حتا تصمیم به تغییر را با پاسخ آری یا نه به تغییر قانون اساسی در یک رفراندوم، به همین نظام می‌سپارد، نشان می‌دهد که با وجود ابراز تمایل آنها به تغییر قانون اساسی که زمانی خاتمی آن را «خیانت» نامیده بود و موسوی به دنبال اجرای «اصول مغفول» آن بود، هنوز بخشی از جریان اصلاح‌طلب که در آخرین انتخابات ریاست جمهوری اسلامی حتا به آرای باطله هم باخت، همچنان در توهم بسر می‌برد.

یکی دیگر از اقدامات اخیر جمهوری اسلامی برای خاموش کردن جنبش آزادیخواهانه مردم در ترفندی به عنوان «بسته امتداد وحدت» ارائه شده است. این بسته حاوی «عفو» زندانیان سیاسی و بازداشت‌شدگان جنبش اخیر، «عفو» دانشجویان و استادان، و «عفو» ایرانیان خارج کشور و فراهم کردن مسیر بازگشت آنها به میهن بدون پیگرد قانونی است!

فریبِ «امتداد وحدت» که با موافقت علی خامنه‌ای از سوی دولت «قاضی مرگ» ارائه شده و بخشی از آن با آزادی شماری از زندانیان سیاسی به اجرا درآمده از یکسو بیانگر عقب‌نشینی و استیصال نظام است و از سوی دیگر نقشی در کاهش خشم و انزجار مردم بازی نمی‌کند. ضمن اینکه نکاتی وجود دارد که توجه به آنها این فریب را بیشتر روشن می‌کند. مثلا اگر بنا به «عفو» زندانیان سیاسی و بازداشت‌شدگان است چرا اینهمه تبلیغ برای اعتصاب غذا و آزادی یک زندانی اصلاح‌طلب مانند فرهاد میثمی صورت گرفته که اساسا حکم زندان او پایان یافته و به هر حال باید آزاد می‌شد! همزمان چرا یک زندانی مشروطه‌خواه مانند خالد پیرزاده که حتی بر اساس قوانین فشل و غیرانسانی جمهوری اسلامی هم باید از سال پیش به مرخصی فوری درمانی اعزام می‌شد با وجود جسم بیمار و از کار افتاده آنقدر در زندان نگه داشته شد تا حال با «عفو» خامنه‌ای آزاد شود و به آی‌سی‌یو گردد؟! از سوی دیگر، کدام «عفو» وقتی شهروندان از جمله دانشجویان همچنان با صدور احکام زندان و احضار و دادگاه‌ روبرو هستند؟!

واقعیت اینست که جمهوری اسلامی برای آزادی شهروندان و لغو احکام تعلیق دانشجویان هیچ منّتی نمی‌تواند بر سر مردم بگذارد چون اساسا بازداشت ‌آنان و انواع فشارها علیه آنها همگی غیرقانونی، غیرانسانی و تباهکارانه بوده است!

در واقع چنته جناحین جمهوری اسلامی نیز خالیست و اتاق‌های فکر نظام تا کنون در پیشبرد سناریو برای انحراف انقلاب ملی ایران ناکام مانده‌اند.

اینهمه همراه با بحران اقتصادی گسترده که شواهد از تشدید آن در ماه‌های آینده حکایت دارند، در کنار ساختار ناکارآمد نظام که برای بحران‌ها هیچ راهکار عملی ندارد، در حال رقم زدن آینده‌ای سرنوشت‌ساز برای ایران است. آینده‌ای که در آن هیچ چشم‌اندازی برای جمهوری اسلامی دیده نمی‌شود.

The vigilance and general awareness of the protesting people, who in different cities of Iran from Kurdistan to Sistan and Baluchistan, from Azerbaijan to Khuzestan, Tehran and Isfahan, with their slogans, emphasized the solidarity and unity of the Iranian nation, caused that, contrary to the opinion of some political movements and groups, The issue of territorial integrity and national integration should enter Iran’s political discourse as an inviolable principle. It is on this basis that Prince Reza Pahlavi has proposed the principle of “territorial integrity” along with democracy and secularism and choosing the form of the future system by people’s vote, for any consensus and cooperation of political groups and figures.

Meanwhile, the prominent role of Iranians abroad has also entered the field as a complement and supporter of the protests inside Iran. During the past five months, Iranians abroad have shown that if they are forced to leave their homeland for any reason, they fully support the people inside the country in defending Iran’s national interests and reflect the voice of their rights and desires. So far, Iranians in more than 150 cities of the world have been able to organize hundreds of large and small gatherings in support of the Iranian national revolution and make the people’s voices heard around the world.

All this has caused other governments, especially western countries, to struggle to take measures to accompany the people’s liberation movement. If before, it was said that the citizens of Iran should make it clear whether they are on the side of the motherland or the Islamic Republic, and they were encouraged to stand on the right side of history, now that the path of the “Women’s Life of Freedom” revolution has become the path of no return for the people, it is these other governments that They must say which side of history they stand on!

The largest gathering of Iranians abroad last week on the anniversary of the victory of the 1957 revolution, against that revolution and the system that emerged from it, was held in the city of Los Angeles with the participation of more than 80,000 citizens and the unannounced presence of Prince Reza Pahlavi and political, artistic and cultural figures of the Iranian immigrant community. became. At the same time, in dozens of other cities around the world, Iranians held large demonstrations and gatherings against the Islamic Revolution and the regime.

What the people of Iran have shown in the past months inside and outside has forced the political forces of the opposition to try and “choose” sides. Many old movements, including a part of the National Front and the People’s Mojahedin, and parties such as the Kurdistan Democrats and the People’s Fedayeen, etc., all of which were supporters of the 1957 revolution, are now faced with the great challenge of denying or defending it, because the Islamic Republic is the birth of that revolution! Despite all this, most of these forces are still hesitant to be close to and accompany the constitutional movement and Prince Reza Pahlavi; This is when the great potential and good fortune of Prince Reza Pahlavi, whose name and his family have been shouted many times by the protesting people in the streets of Iran, shows that both the transitional period and any political change and the building of any structure in the future of Iran without His role-playing and the constitutional movements that have a social base at the bottom of the street are unimaginable.

On the other hand, the attempt of some reformists to join the wave of popular uprising with the aim of confiscating it did not work either, and as people have clearly said since 2016 that the story of reformists and fundamentalists is over, they are now showing that the henna of reform and transformation has no color!

Some analysts evaluate Mirhossein Mousavi’s statement in the same framework, which was published with the aim of attracting a part of the protestors’ capacity, while his supporters in the same year 1988 and in the power struggle within the regime also left behind the people who were killed in the streets.

On the other hand, Mousavi’s statement and then Khatami’s statement, which even leaves the decision to change with a yes or no answer to changing the constitution in a referendum, shows that despite their desire to change the constitution that Khatami once had called it “treason” and Mousavi sought to implement its “ignored principles”, still a part of the reformist current that lost even with invalid votes in the last presidential election of the Islamic Republic, is still living in illusion.

Another recent measure of the Islamic Republic to shut down the freedom-loving movement of the people is presented in a trick called “Unity Extension Package”. This package contains the “amnesty” of political prisoners and detainees of the recent movement, the “amnesty” of students and professors, and the “amnesty” of Iranians abroad and providing a way for them to return to their homeland without prosecution!

At the same time, why was a constitutionalist prisoner like Khaled Pirzadeh, who even according to the failed and inhumane laws of the Islamic Republic, should have been sent on urgent medical leave since last year, despite his sick and disabled body, kept in prison for so long until now with Khamenei’s “amnesty” be released and go to the ICU?! On the other hand, what kind of “amnesty” when citizens, including students, are still facing the issuance of prison sentences and summonses and courts?!

The fact is that the Islamic Republic cannot put any blame on the people for the freedom of the citizens and the cancellation of the suspension orders of the students, because basically, their detention and all kinds of pressures against them were all illegal, inhumane and destructive!

In fact, the pockets of the factions of the Islamic Republic are also empty, and the regime’s think tanks have so far failed to advance the scenario for the deviation of the Iranian national revolution.

All this, together with the widespread economic crisis, which the evidence indicates that it will intensify in the coming months, along with the inefficient structure of the system, which has no practical solutions for crises, is shaping a fateful future for Iran. A future in which there is no prospect for the Islamic Republic.
