وضعیت وخیم زلزله‌زدگان در خوی؛ اعلام آمادگی جمهوری اسلامی برای کمک به زلزله‌زدگان ترکیه و سوریه!

در شرایطی که مانند همیشه شهروندان زلزله‌زده در خوی و روستاهای اطراف بدون کمترین امکانات به حال خود رها شده و شرایط وخیمی دارند سخنگوی وزارت خارجه جمهوری اسلامی برای کمک به زلزله‌زدگان ترکیه و سوریه اعلام آمادگی کرده است.

وی گفته «به لوازم گرمایشی به شدت نیاز داریم. سرما در منطقه بیداد می‌کند‌. مردم در سرمای زیر صفر درجه و بعضا منفی ۷ درجه در چادرها زندگی می‌کنند».

سرکنسول جمهوری اسلامی در استان حلب سوریه اعلام کرد «تمامی ظرفیت‌های مستشاری ایران» برای کمک به مردم زلزله‌زده حلب بسیج شده‌اند!

عادل نجف‌زاده نماینده خوی در مجلس شورای اسلامی دوشنبه ۱۷ بهمن در مصاحبه با ایلنا هشدار داده اگر زودتر به داد مردم زلزله‌زده در خوی نرسیم، اتفاقات تلخ تکرار می‌شود.

وی می‌گوید: «به لوازم گرمایشی به شدت نیاز داریم. سرما در منطقه بیداد می‌کند‌. مردم در سرمای زیر صفر درجه و بعضا منفی ۷ درجه در چادرها زندگی می‌کنند. دو نفر از همشهری‌های عزیز ما نیز اخیراً به خاطر استفاده از زغال در داخل چادر به دلیل کمبود لوازم گرمایشی جان خود را از دست دادند‌. قطعا اگر زودتر به داد مردم نرسیم این اتفاقات تلخ بیشتر تکرار خواهد شد.»

نماینده خوی در مجلس شورای اسلامی توضیح داد: «امروز بخش اعظمی از مردم در خوی به دلیل تکرار پس‌لرزه‌ها که بالای ۴ ریشتر است، در منازل خود نمی‌مانند. این پس‌لرزه‌ها سبب شده تا سازه‌های آسیب‌دیده بیشتر تخریب شوند‌.»

مردم به خاطر ترس از پس‌لرزه‌ها نمی‌توانند داخل منازل بروند و نیاز به اسکان اضطراری بالا است.

نجف‌زاده همچنین افزود: «مردم نمی‌توانند خانه‌های خود را ترک کنند و بروند. مردم در منازل خود احشام دارند و متاسفانه برخی آسیب‌های اجتماعی روند صعودی به خود گرفته و سرقت‌هایی در حال انجام است. از این باب لازم است خدمات در شهر گسترش پیدا کند.»

مدیر حوادث و فوریت‌های پزشکی آذربایجان غربی شنبه ۱۵ بهمن‌ماه خبر داد یک مادر ۸۲ ساله و پسر ۵۶ ساله زلزله زده اهل فیرورق خوی به دلیل استنشاق گاز منواکسید کربن ناشی از احتراق زغال در داخل چادر جان خود را از دست دادند! تا کنون بیش از ۱۱۶ نفر به دلیل استنشاق منواکسید کربن دچار مسمومیت شده‌اند.

نماینده خوی در پاسخ به این پرسش که آیا بعد از حضور معاون دولت در مناطق زلزله‌زده روند خدمات‌رسانی تغییر داشته است گفت که «من اعتقاد دارم اتفاق جدیدی نیفتاده است… شاید در تأمین مشکل نداشته باشیم اما در شبکه توزیع و مدیریت بحران منطقه‌ای دچار مشکل هستیم.»

در شرایطی که سرکنسول جمهوری اسلامی در استان حلب سوریه می‌گوید از «تمامی ظرفیت‌های مستشاری ایران» برای کمک به مردم زلزله زده حلب بسیج شده‌اند مردم در خوی و روستاهای اطراف مجبورند برای اینکه وسایل منزل و احشام آنها سرقت نشود به دلیل کمبود نیروهای امنیتی ۲۴ ساعت در سرما مراقب دارایی‌های خود باشند.

در این میان، منابع غیررسمی می‌گویند بخشی از کمک‌های ارسالی به خوی از شهرستان‌های اطراف به سرقت رفته و به دست زلزله‌زدگان نرسیده است.

The Consul General of the Islamic Republic in Syria’s Aleppo province announced that “all Iranian advisory capacities” have been mobilized to help the people affected by the earthquake in Aleppo.

Adel Najafzadeh, a representative of Khoi in the Islamic Council of Iran, warned in an interview with ILNA on Monday, 17th of February, that if we do not reach out to the people affected by the earthquake in Khoi soon, bitter events will be repeated.

He says: “We desperately need heating appliances. Cold is raging in the region. People live in tents in the cold below zero degrees and sometimes minus 7 degrees. Two of our dear fellow citizens recently died due to the lack of heating equipment due to the use of coal inside the tent. Certainly, if we don’t reach out to the people sooner, these tragic events will be repeated more often.”

Khoi’s representative in the Islamic Council explained: “Today, most of the people in Khoi do not stay in their homes due to the repetition of aftershocks that are above 4 Richter. These aftershocks caused the damaged structures to be further destroyed.”

People cannot go inside their homes due to the fear of aftershocks, and the need for emergency accommodation is high.

Najafzadeh also added: “People cannot leave their homes and go. People have cattle in their homes and unfortunately some social harms are on the rise and thefts are taking place. For this reason, it is necessary to expand services in the city.”

The Director of Medical Accidents and Emergencies of West Azarbaijan announced on Saturday, 15th of February that an 82-year-old mother and a 56-year-old son from Firouragh Khoi who were affected by the earthquake died due to the inhalation of carbon monoxide gas caused by the burning of coal inside the tent! So far, more than 116 people have been poisoned due to carbon monoxide inhalation.

In response to the question of whether the process of providing services has changed after the presence of the deputy government in the earthquake-affected areas, Representative Khoi said that “I believe that nothing new has happened… We may not have a problem with supply, but we are having problems with the distribution network and regional crisis management. ”

In a situation where the Consul General of the Islamic Republic in Aleppo province of Syria says that “all Iranian advisory capacities” have been mobilized to help the people affected by the earthquake in Aleppo, the people in Khoi and the surrounding villages are forced to stay 24 hours in order to prevent their household goods and livestock from being stolen due to the lack of security forces. Take care of your possessions in the cold.

In the meantime, unofficial sources say that part of the aid sent to Khoi from the surrounding cities was stolen and did not reach the earthquake victims.
