ممنوع‌الکار شدن مادر کیان پیرفلک؛ فرزند را کشتند و مادر تا اطلاع ثانوی حق کار کردن ندارد!

حراست آموزش و پرورش ایذه از بازگشت به کار زینب مولایی‌راد مادر کیان پیرفلک و دبیر هنرستان «فاطمیه» ایذه جلوگیری کرده و او را «تا اطلاع ثانوی» از حضور در مدرسه منع کرده است. سال‌هاست جمهوری اسلامی با فشار بر خانواده جانباختگان اعتراضات، از جمله بیکار کردن و فشارهای امنیتی و قضایی، به دنبال ساکت‌کردن و جلوگیری از دادخواهی آنها است.

کانال شورای هماهنگی تشکل‌های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران گزارش داده که روز شنبه یک بهمن ۱۴۰۱، زینب مولایی‌راد مادر کیان پیرفلک در هنرستان فاطمیه شهرستان ایذه، محل خدمت خود حضور یافته اما به او گفته شده باید به حراست اداره مراجعه کند.

این کانال نوشته که حراست آموزش و پرورش ایذه بعد از مراجعه به او گفته تا اطلاع ثانوی حق حضور در مدرسه را ندارد.

بر اساس این گزارش زینب مولایی‌راد تا کنون هیچگونه ابلاغیه‌ای مبنی‌ بر ارتکاب تخلف دریافت نکرده و منع حضور او در محل کار به‌ صورت «شفاهی» و بدون «مجوز کتبی» اعلام شده است.

شورای هماهنگی تشکل‌های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران تأکید کرده که «سوال اینجاست طبق کدام قانون و مجوز خانم مولایی حق ورود به محل خدمت را ندارد؟ اگر ایشان تخلفی انجام دادند و باید مجازات شوند چرا تا کنون بصورت کتبی ابلاغ نشده؟ و در آخر چگونه امکان دارد بدون هیچ مجوز کتبی از ورودشان جلوگیری شود؟»

زینب مولایی‌راد در حالی از کار منع شده که همسرش، میثم، نیز حدود دو ماه است به دلیل جراحات ناشی از شلیک مأموران جمهوری اسلامی در بستر بیماری است.

میثم پیرفلک روز چهارشنبه ۲۵ آبان به همراه همسر و دو فرزند ۱۰ ساله و ۳/۵ ساله‌اش، کیان و رادین، در ایذه در حال عبور از خیابان بودند که اتومبیل آنها از سوی مأموران جمهوری اسلامی هدف رگبار گلوله قرار گرفت. میثم و کیان فرزند ۱۰ ساله‌اش که روی صندلی عقب سمت راننده نشسته بودند مورد اصابت گلوله قرار گرفتند. کیان در دم جانباخت و میثم بیهوش به بیمارستان منتقل شد.

وضعیت میثم به حدی وخیم بود که شبانه از ایذه به بیمارستان گلستان اهواز منتقل شد. در بیمارستان گلستان چند عمل جراحی روی میثم انجام شد و در نهایت پس از سه هفته، در پی ناپایدار شدن دوباره‌ی وضعیت و به توصیه پزشکان، او به بیمارستان «عرفان» در تهران منتقل کردند. هفته گذشته میثم پیرفلک از بیمارستان به خانه‌ای در تهران منتقل شد تا ادامه روند درمان در خانه ادامه پیدا کند. او به دلیل آسیب نخاعی توان نشستن، راه رفتن و ایستادن را ندارد.

خانواده تصمیم گرفته‌ بودند خبر جان باختن کیان را از او پنهان کنند تا این خبر ناگوار بر روند بهبود و درمان او اثر منفی نگذارد. دوم دی‌ماه همزمان با چهلم کیان پیرفلک میثم از جان باختن فرزندش مطلع شد. رضا پیرفلک برادر میثم با انتشار تصویری که رادین، برادر کوچک‌تر کیان پیرفلک، را در آغوش پدرش میثم نشان می‌دهد، نوشت: «رادین جان پدرت را محکم در آغوش بگیر و آرومش کن چون اون الان دیگه میدونه که کیان نیست. الان دلخوشیش تو هستی، تو بوی کیان را میدی و خاطرات کیان را برای بابایی زنده میکنی.»

جانباختن کیان، کودکی تیزهوش و دوست‌داشتنی و با استعداد و با آرزوهای بزرگ بود از جمله اینکه مخترع شود، نه تنها خانواده بلکه کل ایرانیان را تحت تأثیر قرار داد. شب حادثه پس از آنکه کیان در بیمارستان ایذه جان می‌بازد، مادر کیان از هراس اینکه مبادا مأموران امنیتی پیکر کودک‌اش را بدزدند و پنهانی به خاک بسپارند، با کمک اقوام نزدیک پیکر کیان را از بیمارستان تحویل گرفت و به خانه برد و با گرفتن یخ از همسایه‌ها برای قرار دادن روی پیکر فرزندش تا صبح در کنار او ماند تا ساعت خاکسپاری فرا برسد.

بلافاصه پس از جان باختن وی ویدئوهای او که از علاقه‌اش به اختراع و رباتیک گفته بود و ویدئوی قایقی که خودش اختراع کرده بود تا در جشنواره علمی «جابربن حیان» شرکت کند در شبکه‌های اجتماعی هزاران هزار بار چرخید و دیده شد. کیان در ویدئوی آزمایش قایق‌اش با عبارت «به نام خدای رنگین کمان» توضیحات‌اش را آغاز کرد و با «پس نتیجه می‌گیریم که کار می‌کند» به پایان برد.

«به نام خدای رنگین کمان» و «قایق» به سرعت با نام کیان پیرفلک پیوند خورد. همچنین «یخ» برای بسیاری از ایرانیان یادآور رنج بی‌پایان و توصیف‌ناشدنی و تصورناپذیر مادر کیان در شب از دست دادن فرزندش است.

شامگاه چهارشنبه ۲۵ آبان بیش از ۱۰ نفر در ایذه با شلیک مأموران حکومتی کشته و زخمی شدند. در این میان به جز کیان، دو کودک دیگر به نام سپهر مقصودی و آرتین رحمانی نیز جان باختند.

جمهوری اسلامی در دروغی وقحیانه ادعا کرد تیراندازی به سمت مردم از سوی مأموران حکومتی نبوده و یک حمله تروریستی بوده است! شهروندان اما چنین ادعایی را رد کرده‌اند و در مراسم خاکسپاری کیان پیرفلک، مادرش پشت بلندگو ماجرای شب حادثه را تعریف و تأکید کرد این حمله تروریستی نبود و مأموران حکومتی به سوی آنها و دیگر شهروندان شلیک کردند.

مراسم خاکسپاری کیان در حالی برگزار شد که پدرش در بیمارستان گلستان اهواز تحت مراقب‌های ویژه بود و یک عمل جراحی ناموفق بر روی او انجام شده بود. میثم پیرفلک نیازمند عمل دوم بود تا زنده بماند و نیروهای امنیتی از این موضوع به عنوان ابزاری برای زیر فشار قرار دادن مادر کیان استفاده کردند. آنها  زینب مولایی راد مادر کیان پیرفلک را زیر فشار قرار دادند تا افشاگری در مراسم خاکسپاری فرزندش را پس بگیرد و اعترافات اجباری انجام دهد.

همزمان اما عموی کیان در گفتگو با روزنامه «اعتماد»، صحبت‌های مادر کیان را تأیید کرده و گفته که حرف‌های وی تمام ابعاد پنهان موضوع را نمایان کرد و واقعیت همانی است که او در مراسم خاکسپاری کودکش گفت.

سجاد پیرفلک افزوده که مادر کیان «به عنوان فردی که دقیقا در صحنه حادثه حضور داشته در جمع هزاران نفر از مردم به صورت شفاف توضیح داد که چه اتفاقی برای کیان، پدرش و کل خانواده افتاده است.»

به گفته سجاد پیرفلک، هنگام شلیک مأموران به ماشین این خانواده، رادین برادر سه ساله کیان و مادرش، زینب مولایی راد در صندلی سمت شاگرد نشسته بودند و تیرهای شلیک شده از سمت راننده به ماشین برخورد کرد و کیان هم که در سمت راننده نشسته بود تیرها به پهلوی او اصابت کرد.

عموی کیان افزود که «من فیلم‌های فاجعه را دیدم و متوجه شدم که روایت صحیح همانی است که مادر کیان مطرح می‌کند. نه رادین و نه مادرش تیر نخوردند از سوی دیگر کیان فوت کرد و پدرش هم در بیمارستان است.»

سجاد پیرفلک تأکید کرده که مادر کیان معلم هنر است و نه تنها زن بسیار روشنفکر و آگاهی است بلکه همه وقت خود را صرف تربیت فرزندانش کرده بطوری که کیان ضرورت حفاظت از محیط زیست را درک می‌کرد و در همین سن کارهای زیادی برای محیط زیست انجام می‌‌داد، حقوق شهروندی را درک و رعایت می‌‌کرد، به هنر عشق می‌‌ورزید، به فردیت و حریم خصوص افراد احترام می‌گذاشت، و معرّف نسلی بود که می‌‌شد به آنها امید داشت که بتوانند ایران را آباد و آزاد کنند.

On Wednesday, November 25, Maitham Pirflek was crossing the street with his wife and two children, 10 years old and 3.5 years old, Kian and Radin, in Izeh, when their car was shot by the agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Maytham and his 10-year-old son Kian, who were sitting on the back seat of the driver, were shot. Kian died and Meysham was taken to the hospital in an unconscious state.

Maysham’s condition was so serious that he was transferred from Izeh to Ahvaz Golestan Hospital at night. Several surgeries were performed on Maytham in Golestan Hospital, and finally, after three weeks, due to the instability of the situation again, and on the advice of doctors, he was transferred to “Irfan” Hospital in Tehran. Last week, Meisham Pirflek was transferred from the hospital to a house in Tehran to continue the treatment process at home. He cannot sit, walk or stand due to spinal cord injury.

The family had decided to hide the news of Kian’s death from him so that this unfortunate news would not have a negative effect on his recovery and treatment. On the 2nd of January, at the same time as the 40th of Kian Pirflek, Maysham was informed of the death of his son. Maysham’s brother Reza Pirflek published a picture showing Radin, the younger brother of Kian Pirflek, in the arms of his father Maysham, and wrote: “Radin, hold your father’s soul tightly and calm him down because he knows now that he is not Kian.” Now he is happy with you, you smell Kian and bring back Kian’s memories for Babai.”

The death of Kian, a smart, lovable and talented child with big dreams, including becoming an inventor, affected not only the family but the entire Iranian people. On the night of the accident, after Kian died in Izeh hospital, Kian’s mother, fearing that the security agents might steal her child’s body and bury it secretly, took Kian’s body from the hospital with the help of close relatives and took it home and took ice from it. Neighbors stayed by his side until morning to put on his child’s body until the time of burial.

Immediately after his death, the videos of him talking about his interest in inventions and robotics and the video of the boat he had invented to participate in the “Jabarban Hayan” science festival were circulated and viewed thousands of times on social networks. In the video of his boat being tested, Kian began his explanation with the words “in the name of the rainbow god” and ended with “so we conclude that it works.”

“In the Name of the Rainbow God” and “The Boat” quickly became associated with Kian Pirflek’s name. Also, for many Iranians, “Ice” is a reminder of the endless, indescribable and unimaginable suffering of Kian’s mother on the night she lost her child.

On the evening of Wednesday, November 25, more than 10 people were killed and wounded in Izeh by government agents. In the meantime, apart from Kian, two other children named Sepehr Maqsoudi and Artin Rahmani also died.

In a brazen lie, the Islamic Republic claimed that the shooting at the people was not by government agents and was a terrorist attack! However, the citizens have denied such a claim and at the funeral ceremony of Kian Pirflek, his mother explained and emphasized the story of the night of the incident and emphasized that this was not a terrorist attack and government agents shot at them and other citizens.

Kian’s funeral ceremony was held while his father was under special care in Ahvaz Golestan Hospital and an unsuccessful surgery was performed on him. Maysham Pirflek needed a second operation to survive and the security forces used this issue as a tool to put pressure on Kian’s mother. They pressured Zeinab Moulai Rad, Kian Pirflek’s mother, to retract the revelations at her son’s funeral and make a forced confession.

At the same time, Kian’s uncle confirmed the words of Kian’s mother and said that her words revealed all the hidden aspects of the matter and the truth is what she said at her child’s funeral.

Sajjad Pirflak added that Kian’s mother “as a person who was present at the scene of the incident clearly explained what happened to Kian, his father and the whole family in front of thousands of people.”

According to Sajjad Pirfalak, when the officers shot at the car of this family, Kian’s three-year-old brother Radin and his mother, Zainab Moulai Rad, were sitting in the passenger seat, and the bullets fired from the driver’s side hit the car and Kian, who was sitting on the driver’s side, hit the car. The arrows hit him in the side.

Kian’s uncle added that “I saw the videos of the disaster and realized that the correct narrative is the one that Kian’s mother puts forward. Neither Radin nor his mother were shot, on the other hand, Kian died and his father is also in the hospital.”

Sajjad Pirfalak emphasized that Kian’s mother is an art teacher and not only is a very intelligent and knowledgeable woman, but she spent all her time raising her children so that Kian understood the need to protect the environment and did a lot of work for the environment at this age. , he understood and respected the rights of citizens, he loved art, he respected the individuality and privacy of people, and he was the representative of a generation that could be expected to prosper and liberate Iran.
