شاهزاده رضا پهلوی در مصاحبه با «اسکای نیوز»: من فارغ از گرایش سیاسی چه چپ چه راست یا میانه دست همکاری به سوی دیگران دراز کرده‌ام

همزمان با ادامه کارزار #من_وکالت_میدهم شاهزاده رضا پهلوی در مصاحبه با «اسکای نیوز» به بیان دیدگاه‌های همیشگی خود در مورد وضعیت ایران و آینده آن پرداخت. وی با تاکید بر لزوم اتحاد مخالفان جمهوری اسلامی برای گذار از رژیم و فراهم آوردن شرایط لازم جهت تحقق دمکراسی در ایران، از برنامه خود برای سفر به کشورهای مختلف در چند هفته آینده و دیدار با مقامات دولتی و نمایندگان پارلمان این کشورها خبر داد.

Simultaneously with the continuation of the campaign #I_will_represent, Prince Reza Pahlavi expressed his usual views on the situation of Iran and its future in an interview with “Sky News”. Emphasizing the necessity of uniting the opposition of the Islamic Republic for the transition from the regime and providing the necessary conditions for the realization of democracy in Iran, he announced his plan to travel to different countries in the next few weeks and meet with government officials and parliamentarians of these countries.

کیهان نوین: «اکنون زمانی است که جهان باید این واقعیت را درک کند و همزمان با هر کارزار فشار حداکثری بر رژیم به این فکر کند که چگونه می‌توان همزمان با افزایش فشار به رژیم،  حمایت از مردم ایران را هم در استراتژی خود گنجاند تا از شرّ این رژیم که معضل اساسی است و در درجه اول قرار دارد، رها شد.»
«از نگاه من رهبری این جنبش را من به تنهایی نخواهم داشت و با کمک دیگرانی خواهد بود که هر یک نقش خودمان را داریم و به دنبال جلب حمایت و همراهی جامعه جهانی هستیم تا بالاخره این رژیم را به زانو درآوریم.»
«در هفته‌های آینده قصد سفر به چند کشور را دارم و امیدوارم بتوانم در مورد مسائل ایران با مقامات بلندپایه آن کشورها صحبت کنم. هم مقامات بلندپایه و هم اعضای پارلمان آن کشورها. درباره این گفتگو خواهیم کرد که آنها بطور مشخص چه کمکی می‌توانند  به ما بکنند که این روند انتقالی صورت بگیرد.»
«از مهم‌ترین و فوری‌ترین نگرانی‌های ما این است که رژیم ایران به دنبال ایجاد اینترنت داخلی برای جدا کردن مردم ایران از دنیاست و می‌خواهد وضعیتی شبیه کره‌ شمالی ایجاد کند. این چیزی نیست که ما اجازه بدهیم حکومت پیش ببرد. یکی از کمک‌ها این است که نگذاریم ایرانیان راه‌های ارتباطی خودشان را از دست بدهند.»

شاهزاده رضا پهلوی تأکید کرد به فکر «پست و مقام» در آینده نبوده و نیست و بار دیگر تکرار کرد «تنها هدفم رساندن کشورمان به نقطه‌ای است که مردم در انتخاباتی آزاد سرنوشت خود را تعیین کنند.»

در مقدمه این مصاحبه مجری برنامه گفت «تخمین زده می‌شود بیش از ۵۰۰ نفر در ایران از زمان شروع اعتراضات سراسری که از سپتامبر آغاز شده کشته شدند. مرگ دختری جوان [مهسا امینی] در بازداشت گشت ارشاد که حجابش مطابق استاندارد حکومت نبود آغازگر این اعتراضات شد. اما اگر این اعتراضات موفق شده و به جمهوری اسلامی پایان دهد مسئله مهمی که مطرح می‌شود اینست که سیستم با چه کسی و چه چیزی جایگزین شود؟» وی بنای گفتگوی خود با شاهزاده رضا پهلوی را بر همین مبنا گذاشت که در ادامه می‌خوانید.

راهپیمایی‌ها تبدیل به اعتراضات گسترده‌ای علیه حکومت شدند. چالشی که رژیم با آن روبروست تا چه اندازه جدی است؟

به عنوان یک ایرانی افتخار می‌کنم که شاهد اولین انقلاب زنان هستیم که از سوی دیگر ایرانیان، مردان و پدران و پسران حمایت می‌شود. در کارزاری که شعار آن «زن، زندگی، آزادی» است من دیگر آن را اعتراضات نمی‌خوانم این یک انقلاب حقیقی است. حتا تانک و تسلیحات برای کشتار مردم به مناطقی مانند کردستان ارسال کردند. چرا که می‌خواهد مانند هر رژیم تمامیت‌خواهی از هر طریقی شهروندان را سرکوب کنند. شهروندانی که خواسته‌شان برای آزادی را فریاد زده و با «مرگ بر دیکتاتور» خواستار پایان این رژیم شده‌اند. این شرایط حال حاضر است.
مردم دیگر چیزی برای از دست دادن ندارند. ما زندانیان سیاسی داریم که بعضی از آنها با مجازات اعدام روبرو شده‌اند تنها برای اینکه خواستار آزادی و حق تصمیم‌گیری برای زندگی خود هستند. اکنون زمانی است که جهان باید این واقعیت را درک کند و همزمان با هر کارزار فشار حداکثری بر رژیم به این فکر کند که چگونه می‌توان همزمان با افزایش فشار به رژیم،  حمایت از مردم ایران را هم در استراتژی خود گنجاند تا از شرّ این رژیم که معضل اساسی است و در درجه اول قرار دارد، رها شد.

اگر نتیجه‌ی این انقلاب یک کشور دمکراتیک باشد آیا شما می‌توانید نقش یک متحدکننده یا نقش رهبری در یک ایران نوین و دموکراتیک ایفا کنید؟

من در تمام ۴۳ سال گذشته تأکید کردم که تنها هدفم رساندن ایران به نقطه‌ای است که مردم ایران در انتخاباتی آزاد و منصفانه بتوانند در مورد آینده خود تصمیم‌گیری کنند. از نگاه من رهبری این جنبش را من به تنهایی نخواهم داشت و با کمک دیگرانی خواهد بود که هر یک نقش خودمان را داریم و به دنبال جلب حمایت و همراهی جامعه جهانی هستیم تا بالاخره این رژیم را به زانو درآوریم. شاید اعتصابات سراسری سریع‌ترین راه برای فلج کردن رژیم و سوق دادن آن به سمت نابودی باشد.

در سناریوی عبور از این رژیم یک دولت موقت مدیریت دوره گذار را همراه با تدارک شرایط انتخابات و تشکیل مجلس مؤسسان به عهده خواهد گرفت؛ تمامی مسائل مانند شکل نظام سیاسی آینده، قانون اساسی و اصول آن در رفراندوم نهایی به مردم ارائه خواهد شد. این رفراندوم آینده ایران و شکل نظام سیاسی آن و انتخابات اولین پارلمان این دموکراسی نوین و روند انتخاباتی جهت تشکیل دولت را تعیین خواهد کرد.

آیا شما برمی‌گردید و در این انتخابات شرکت خواهید کرد؟

من به دنبال هیچ نقش سیاسی و دولتی نیستم. ترجیح می‌دهم که نماینده مردم و در کنار آنها باشم تا اطمینان حاصل کنم که حقوق آنها همیشه توسط مسئولان تأمین می‌شود. من بلندپروازی برای قدرت و مقام ندارم. فکر می‌کنم تجربه من در ۶۲ سالگی بعد از زندگی در جهان آزاد این است که تمامی ارزش‌هایی که می‌تواند در ایران جاری شود را معرفی کنم و نمادهایی را پایه‌گذاری کنم که مهمترین ضامن دموکراسی و شفافیت هستند تا از تمرکز دوباره قدرت و شکل‌گیری فساد جلوگیری شود.

اینها مسائل مهمی هستند اما در این لحظه و در این دوره از کارزار من همواره دست‌ خود را برای همکاری با هر ایرانی دموکراسی‌خواه فارغ از گرایش سیاسی، چه چپ باشند چه راست یا میانه دراز کرده‌ام. در این لحظه ما باید با یک صدای متحد صحبت کنیم که درخواست اصلی و اساسی هموطنان‌مان در داخل ایران است. از فعال سیاسی گرفته تا طیف‌های دیگر و این دقیقاً همان کاری است که در این مرحله من انجام می‌دهم.

به نظر شما غرب باید چه کارهای بیشتری برای ایجاد تغییر در ایران انجام دهد؟

راه‌های مختلفی وجود دارد. خوشبختانه در هفته‌های آینده قصد سفر به چند کشور را دارم و امیدوارم بتوانم در مورد مسائل ایران با مقامات بلندپایه آن کشورها صحبت کنم. هم مقامات بلندپایه و هم اعضای پارلمان آن کشورها. درباره این گفتگو خواهیم کرد که آنها بطور مشخص چه کمکی می‌توانند  به ما بکنند که این روند انتقالی صورت بگیرد.

از مهم‌ترین و فوری‌ترین نگرانی‌های ما این است که رژیم ایران به دنبال ایجاد اینترنت داخلی برای جدا کردن مردم ایران از دنیاست و می‌خواهد وضعیتی شبیه کره‌ شمالی ایجاد کند. این چیزی نیست که ما اجازه بدهیم حکومت پیش ببرد. یکی از کمک‌ها این است که نگذاریم ایرانیان راه‌های ارتباطی خودشان را از دست بدهند.

اگر از لحاظ فنی بخواهیم صحبت کنیم اینکه مردم دسترسی به اینترنت آزاد داشته باشند یکی از مسائل حیاتی است. کار دیگر می‌تواند این باشد که بودجه‌ای برای اعتصابات در نظر گرفته شود که من سال‌هاست درباره آن صحبت می‌کنم. صندوق حمایت از کارگران می‌بایست ایجاد شود. آنها دستمزد کافی ندارند که بتوانند شکم خانواده را سیر کنند. برای اینکه بتوانند برای این چند هفته که در اعتصاب هستد پولی داشته باشند. دارایی‌های زیادی از رژیم بلوکه شده که می‌تواند به ایجاد صندوق اعتصابات کمک کند. اینها فقط نمونه‌ کارهایی هستند که می‌توان انجام داد وگرنه کار زیاد است.

Prince Reza Pahlavi emphasized that he was not and is not thinking about “position and position” in the future, and he repeated once again, “My only goal is to bring our country to a point where people can determine their own destiny in free elections.”

In the introduction of this interview, the host of the program said, “It is estimated that more than 500 people have been killed in Iran since the nationwide protests started in September. The death of a young girl [Mehsa Amini] in Irshad police custody, whose hijab was not according to the government’s standard, started these protests. But if these protests succeed and put an end to the Islamic Republic, the important issue that will be raised is who and what will replace the system?” He based his conversation with Prince Reza Pahlavi on this basis, which you will read below.

The marches turned into massive protests against the government. How serious is the challenge facing the regime?

As an Iranian, I am proud to witness the first women’s revolution supported by other Iranians, men, fathers and sons. In the campaign whose slogan is “women, life, freedom”, I don’t call it protests anymore, it’s a real revolution. They even sent tanks and weapons to kill people in areas like Kurdistan. Because like any totalitarian regime, it wants to oppress the citizens in any way. Citizens who shouted their demand for freedom and demanded the end of this regime with “death to the dictator”. This is the current situation.
People have nothing left to lose. We have political prisoners, some of whom have faced the death penalty just for demanding freedom and the right to decide their own lives. Now is the time when the world should understand this fact and at the same time as every campaign of maximum pressure on the regime, think about how to include the support of the Iranian people in its strategy at the same time as increasing the pressure on the regime, so as to avoid the evil of this regime. The problem is fundamental and in the first place, it was abandoned.

If the result of this revolution is a democratic country, can you play the role of a unifier or the role of a leader in a new and democratic Iran?

For the past 43 years, I have emphasized that my only goal is to bring Iran to a point where the people of Iran can decide on their future in free and fair elections. From my point of view, I will not be the leader of this movement alone, and it will be with the help of others, each of us has our own role and we are looking for the support and companionship of the international community to finally bring this regime to its knees. Perhaps general strikes are the fastest way to paralyze the regime and lead it to destruction.

In the scenario of passing this regime, a temporary government will take over the management of the transition period along with preparing the conditions for elections and the formation of the Constituent Assembly; All issues such as the form of the future political system, the constitution and its principles will be presented to the people in the final referendum. This referendum will determine the future of Iran and the shape of its political system and the election of the first parliament of this new democracy and the electoral process to form the government.

Will you come back and participate in this election?

I am not looking for any political or government role. I prefer to represent the people and be with them to ensure that their rights are always provided by the authorities. I have no ambition for power and position. I think my experience at the age of 62 after living in the free world is to introduce all the values that can flow in Iran and to establish symbols that are the most important guarantors of democracy and transparency to prevent the re-concentration of power and the formation of corruption.

These are important issues, but at this moment and during this period of the campaign, I have always extended my hand to cooperate with every pro-democracy Iranian, regardless of their political orientation, whether they are left, right or middle. At this moment, we must speak with a united voice, which is the main and fundamental request of our compatriots inside Iran. From political activist to other spectrums and that’s exactly what I’m doing at this point.

What do you think the West should do more to bring about change in Iran?

There are different ways. Fortunately, in the coming weeks, I plan to travel to several countries and hope to be able to discuss Iran’s issues with high-ranking officials of those countries. Both high-ranking officials and members of parliament of those countries. We will talk about how they can specifically help us to make this transition happen.

One of our most important and urgent concerns is that the Iranian regime seeks to create an internal internet to separate the Iranian people from the world and wants to create a situation similar to North Korea. This is not something that we will allow the government to do. One of the help is to not let Iranians lose their communication channels.

If we want to talk from a technical point of view, it is one of the vital issues that people have free access to the Internet. Another thing would be to budget for strikes, which I’ve been talking about for years. A fund for the protection of workers should be established. They do not have enough wages to feed their families. So that they can have money for the few weeks they are on strike. Many assets are blocked from the regime that could help build a strike fund. These are just examples of things that can be done, otherwise it is a lot of work.
