While European governments are considering putting the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the list of terrorist organizations, some in Iran are warning the government about the consequences of continuing to cooperate with Russia in the Ukraine war.

New Universe:
Abolghasem Delfi, the former ambassador of the Islamic Republic in France, clearly warned, “The Russians made Iran an accomplice in Ukraine, and if we do not think about removing this stain from ourselves, we will definitely face further problems.” He believes that the Westerners are gathering evidence and that Russia will pay for the aggression against Ukraine and it will have consequences for the Islamic Republic.
In an article, “Foreign Policy” magazine (International Affairs) describes the situation of the JCPOA as “bad” and referring to the words of Joe Biden, who said “JCPOA is dead”, writes that the suppression of protests in Iran and the sending of suicide drones to Russia for use in the Ukraine war are the motives has intensified the anti-Islamic Republic in Washington.
– “Foreign Policy” calls military action against the Islamic Republic possible and writes: Now the question is: What kind of attack? Only the United States has the ability to destroy the centrifuges that are active deep in the ground and under the mountains without deploying forces in Iran. Only the United States has aircraft capable of carrying bunker busters.
“Although plans were prepared for military action against the Iranian regime during the time of Barack Obama, these scenarios have expanded now. Of course, Israel can join a possible attack by launching missiles from its submarines and joining the United States in airstrikes, as well as sharing information and carrying out sabotage and assassination.
Abolghasem Delfi, the former ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in France, clearly warned, “The Russians made Iran an accomplice in Ukraine, and if we don’t think about removing this stain from ourselves, we will definitely face further problems.” He believes that the Westerners are gathering evidence and that Russia will pay for the aggression against Ukraine and it will have consequences for the Islamic Republic.
Previously, Nasrullah Tajik, the former diplomat of the Islamic Republic, had also warned that “closeness to Russia will help the Islamic Republic” and Westerners became sensitive to the Islamic Republic due to the social protests in Iran and “foreign aliens” (the sale of drones to Russia) and the prospect of ” Revival of JCPOA has become darker.
In this regard, the magazine “Foreign Policy” (International Affairs) describes the situation of the JCPOA as “bad” and referring to the words of Joe Biden who said that the “JCPOA is dead” writes that the suppression of protests in Iran and the sending of suicide drones to Russia for use in the Ukraine war are the motives has intensified the anti-Islamic Republic in Washington.
In this article, there is now a case in the US Congress that the Biden government is basically able to reach an agreement with the Iranian regime or not! Because the agreement requires the reduction of sanctions, but it is not possible in the situation where the regime suppresses its citizens and supports Vladimir Putin in the war in Ukraine.
In the meantime, no country is as worried as Israel about the increase in uranium enrichment in Iran. In the past months, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz, Israeli National Security Adviser Eyal Holata, and Mossad Chief David Barnia have traveled to Washington to ask the Biden administration to plan military action against the Islamic Republic. The two countries also held joint exercises on several occasions.
Although Gantz will soon leave the Israeli Defense Ministry after the new government takes office, he said that stopping the path of the Islamic Republic’s nuclear programs through a military attack is a solution that most Israelis agree with. He had announced to the new pilots of the Israeli Air Force that they should be prepared for a possible attack on the nuclear facilities inside Iran.
“Foreign Policy” continues to write that American officials have avoided predicting the future, but experts have not denied the information leaked by Israel about Washington and Tel Aviv’s more serious planning for some kind of attack on the Islamic Republic.
Now the question is: what kind of attack? Only the United States has the ability to destroy the centrifuges that are active deep in the ground and under the mountains without deploying forces in Iran. Only the United States has planes capable of carrying bunker busters.
Although during the time of Barack Obama, plans were prepared for military action against the Iranian regime, but now these scenarios have expanded. Of course, Israel could join a possible attack by launching missiles from its submarines and joining the United States in airstrikes, as well as sharing information and carrying out sabotage and assassination.
The world is on the side of a regime that has enough motivation to continue enrichment. On the other hand, the lowering of the international credibility of the Iranian regime reduces the diplomatic costs for an attack. The motivation of the “regional coalition” including Israel and its regional partners to use the military option against the Islamic Republic is not small. Incidentally, despite the differences between Tel Aviv and Washington during Biden’s presidency, the United States has clearly declared its support for “combined operations” against the Iranian regime. The US Army has the capacity to destroy the nuclear infrastructure of the Islamic Republic.
Of course, one should ask how much of these things are part of a show rather than for performance. US support for military action against the Islamic Republic could be more to assure Israel of Washington’s support, but at the same time convey the message that Israel cannot succeed in such an attack alone. Also, announcing the possibility of a joint military action between the US and Israel may be equally related to encouraging the Islamic Republic to return to the JCPOA and delay its weapons enrichment. Because it is not unlikely that the crises surrounding the Iranian regime, along with the back-breaking sanctions, will lead it to compromise.
In the end, “Foreign Policy” writes that it may take time to change the situation of the Biden administration’s approach towards “more decisive deterrence” with the threat of attack if the Islamic Republic advances its nuclear program too much, but this time will eventually come to an end. arrives. The situation in the Middle East is likely to worsen as Biden has to pull the brakes on the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nuclear programs, predicted in the article “International Affairs”.
