خیالات علی خامنه‌ای برای «نابودی اسرائیل» بین دولت‌های کشورهای اسلامی خریدار ندارد

مقامات جمهوری اسلامی با آغاز عملیات دفاعی اسرائیل علیه تروریست‌های حماس در غزه از دولت‌های عربی منطقه خواسته‌اند روابط دیپلماتیک و تجاری خود را با اسرائیل قطع کنند.

یکی از نشانه‌های انزوای رژیم ایران در منطقه عدم دعوت از نمایندگان جمهوری اسلامی برای شرکت در نشست بین‌المللی قاهره با موضوع صلح برای فلسطین است که با حضور نمایندگان بیش از ۳۰ کشور و سه سازمان بین‌المللی آغاز شد اما در آن خبری از نمایندگان جمهوری اسلامی نبود.
کشتار شهروندان غیرنظامی اسرائیل در حمله مرگبار حماس نیز آنقدر فجیع بوده که حتا دولت‌های کشورهای اسلامی از جمله رجب طیب اردوغان رئیس جمهوری ترکیه مجبور شده‌اند با وجود همه تبلیغات دروغینی که صورت گرفت، در مواضع‌ خود نسبت به این فاجعه و  حملات دفاعی اسرائیل کاملا با احتیاط رفتار کنند.

حسین امیرعبداللهیان وزیر خارجه جمهوری اسلامی در حاشیه برگزاری نشست فوق‌العاده کمیته اجرایی سازمان همکاری اسلامی که ۲۶ مهرماه در شهر جده برگزار شد پیشنهاد داد دولت‌های اسلامی صادرات نفت به اسرائیل را متوقف کنند. وی همچنین خواسته بود این دولت‌ها سفیران اسرائیل را از کشورهای خود اخراج کنند.

مجتبی ذوالنوری نایب رئیس مجلس شورای اسلامی نیز خواسته بود کشورهای اسلامی اسرائیل را «تحریم» و معاملات اقتصادی با آنها را قطع کنند.

حتا بعضی گروه‌های مرتبط با حکومت مثل مراجع تقلید شیعه در قم از اینهم فراتر رفتند و خواستار «خیزش» و جهاد دولت‌های منطقه و امت‌ اسلامی علیه اسرائیل برای محو و نابودی آن شدند. دفتر «تحکیم وحدت» در نامه‌ای به اسماعیل قاآنی فرمانده نیروهای قدس سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی نوشت «راهی جز مقابله مستقیم با رژیم صهیونسیتی و اعزام نیرو به غزه نمانده است.»

اما با وجود ادامه حملات سنگین اسرائیل علیه گروه‌های تروریستی فلسطین، هیچکدام از دولت‌ها در کشورهای اسلامی به اندازه جمهوری اسلامی به وضعیت غزه توجه نشان نداده‌اند. حمله تروریستی ۷ اکتبر سازمان حماس به شهروندان در اسرائیل به اندازه‌ای فجیع بود که حتا اعراب را نیز در این زمینه به احتیاط واداشته است.

حالا این بی‌اعتنایی دولت‌های دیگر کار را به جایی رسانده که مقامات ارشد نظام از «سکوت کشورهای اسلامی» در برابر اسرائیل انتقاد می‌کنند.

اینهمه در حالیست که اتفاقا بخشی از دولت‌های اسلامی که جمهوری اسلامی از آنها توقع دارد برای دفاع از گروه‌های فلسطینی در جنگ علیه اسرائیل از خود تحرکاتی نشان دهند، طی سه سال گذشته در چارچوب «پیمان ابراهیم» به عادی‌سازی روابط خود با اسرائیل پرداخته‌اند. علاوه بر بحرین، امارات متحده عربی، سودان و مراکش که با اسرائیل توافق صلح امضاء کردند، رهبران عربستان سعودی نیز کارزار گسترده‌ای را برای پیشبرد پیمان ابراهیم و عادی ساختن روابط با اسرائیل آغاز کرده‌اند. ریاض و تل‌آویو در بعضی حوزه‌ها از جمله اقتصادی و نظامی مدت‌هاست همکاری‌های گسترده دارند.

مقامات جمهوری اسلامی اما با صراحت می‌گویند که یکی از اهداف اصلی حمله حماس به اسرائیل نابود کردن «پیمان ابراهیم» است.

کمتر از یک هفته پیش از حمله تروریستی گروه حماس به اسرائیل، علی خامنه‌ای رهبر جمهوری اسلامی خطاب به رهبران کشورهای عربی به ویژه عربستان هشدار داده بود رابطه با  اسرائیل «شرط‌بندی روی اسب بازنده» است.

در همین ارتباط جو بایدن رئیس جمهوری آمریکا نیز در یک سخنرانی گفت یکی از دلایل حمله حماس به اسرائیل، مختل کردن روند عادی‌سازی روابط عربستان سعودی و اسرائیل بوده است. او توضیح داد «حماس می‌دانست که من می‌خواهم با عربستان سعودی گفتگو کنم. حدس بزنید چه خبر بود: عربستان می‌خواست اسرائیل را به رسمیت بشناسد.»

با اینهمه به نظر می‌رسد جمهوری اسلامی حتا به پشتوانه حمایت‌های تسلیحاتی و مالی از گروه‌های جهادی و  تروریستی فلسطینی اما برای بسیج کردن دولت‌های کشورهای اسلامی علیه اسرائیل ناکام مانده است. سیاست‌های افراطی ضداسرائیلی علی خامنه‌ای کاملا در تضاد با منافع دولت‌های عربی منطقه قرار دارد. آنها با وجود برخی اختلافات سیاسی اما هرگز حاضر نیستند بر اساس الگویی که جمهوری اسلامی در پیش گرفته با اسرائیل دشمنی بورزند.

عبدالفتاح السیسی رئیس جمهوری مصر، عبدالله دوم پادشاه اردن، حمد بن عیسی آل خلیفه پادشاه بحرین، مشعل الاحمد الجابر الصباح ولیعهد کویت، محمد شیاع السودانی نخست وزیر عراق، سیریل رامافوسا رئیس‌ جمهوری آفریقای جنوبی، فیصل بن فرحان وزیر خارجه عربستان، هاکان فیدان وزیر خارجه ترکیه، محمود عباس رئیس تشکیلات خودگردان فلسطین، آنتونیو گوترش دبیرکل سازمان ملل متحد و شارل میشل رئیس شورای اروپا از چهره‌های سیاسی و رهبران کشورها در این کنفرانس بودند. قابل توجه اینکه هیچکدام از این کشور حاضر نیستند حتا بخشی از فلسطینی‌ها را به عنوان پناهجو در خاک خود بپذیرند.

روابط اقتصادی دولت‌های اسلامی با اسرائیل

روابط اقتصادی میان اسرائیل و دولت‌های اسلامی به ویژه در سال‌های اخیر آنقدر زیاد شده که حاضر نباشند آن را به خاطر فلسطینی‌هایی به خطر اندازند که در طول چند دهه‌ی گذشته هر تلاش برای برقراری صلح بین آنها و اسرائیل به شکست انجامیده است! حال آنکه به خطر انداختن امنیت سرمایه‌گذاری خطر بزرگی برای جمعیت نه چندان کم‌شمار این کشورها خواهد بود و رهبران دنیای عرب نیز این را می‌دانند و منافع ملی خود را فدای درگیری‌های ناشی از تحرکات تروریستی جمهوری اسلامی و سازمان‌های نیابتی آن نخواهند کرد.

اسرائیل روزانه حدود ۲۲۰ تا ۲۴۰ هزار بشکه نفت واردات دارد که از طریق قزاقستان، کردستان عراق، آذربایجان، گابن، نیجریه، برزیل و مصر تامین می‌شود. بر اساس گزارش بلومبرگ، از این میزان حدود ۶۰ درصد نفت اسرائیل توسط کشورهای مسلمان‌نشین تأمین می‌شود و این روزها هیچکدام از آنها حاضر به توقف صادرات به اسرائیل نشده‌اند.

حجم معاملات تجاری اسرائیل با کشورهای منطقه بیشتر از آن است که بتوان آن را فدای «آرمان‌ فلسطین» و خیالات جمهوری اسلامی کرد. بر اساس گزارش «یورونیوز»، نزدیک به یک‌چهارم از تسلیحات صادراتی اسرائیل در سال ۲۰۲۲ به کشورهای عربی ارسال شده که بخشی از آنها جزو «پیمان ابراهیم» هستند. طبق آمار بیش از ۲۴ درصد درآمد کل ناشی از صدور تسلیحات در سال گذشته که رقمی معادل ۲/۹۶ میلیارد دلار را به ‌خود اختصاص داده حاصل قرارداد‌های به‌ امضاء رسیده با کشورهای طرف «پیمان ابراهیم» بوده است.

مصر اصلی‌ترین واردکننده گاز از اسرائیل است. طی سال‌های گذشته میزان صادرات گاز از اسرائیل به بیش از ۲۰ میلیارد دلار رسیده است.

با اینهمه مقامات و رسانه‌های جمهوری اسلامی همچنان به خیالپروری‌های خود ادامه می‌دهند. روزنامه «قدس» چاپ تهران در گزارشی که ۲۹ مهرماه منتشر شده می‌نویسد تداوم درگیری‌ها میان اسرائیل و فلسطین می‌تواند پیامدهای منفی متعدد سیاسی و خاصه اقتصادی برای اسرائیل داشته باشد. اما همین روزنامه با وجود این ادعا مجبور است در ادامه اضافه کند: «به‌ این شرطی که کشورهای اسلامی سیاست مشترک و متحدی را اتخاذ و برای به ‌ثمر نشاندن آن همکاری همه‌جانبه داشته باشند!» و این درست همان انتظاری است که حکومت ایران از سایر دولت‌های منطقه داشته اما تا کنون برآورده نشده است.

Hossein Amirabdollahian, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, suggested that the Islamic governments stop oil exports to Israel on the sidelines of the extraordinary meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation’s executive committee, which was held on October 26 in Jeddah. He also wanted these governments to expel Israeli ambassadors from their countries.

Mojtaba Zulnouri, the vice chairman of the Islamic Council, also wanted Islamic countries to “sanction” Israel and cut off economic transactions with them.

Even some groups related to the government, such as Shia Taqlid Marjah in Qom, went beyond this and called for the “rise” and jihad of the regional governments and the Islamic Ummah against Israel to wipe out and destroy it. Tahkeem Vahdat office wrote in a letter to Ismail Qaani, the commander of Quds forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, “There is no other way but to confront the Zionist regime directly and send troops to Gaza.”

However, despite Israel’s heavy attacks against Palestinian terrorist groups, none of the governments in Islamic countries have paid as much attention to the situation in Gaza as the Islamic Republic. The October 7 terrorist attack by the Hamas organization against the citizens in Israel was so heinous that it has made even the Arabs to be cautious in this regard.

Now, this disregard of other governments has reached the point where senior regime officials are criticizing the “silence of Islamic countries” against Israel.

All this while some of the Islamic governments, which the Islamic Republic expects to show some moves to defend the Palestinian groups in the war against Israel, have normalized their relations with Israel in the framework of the “Abraham Pact” over the past three years. In addition to Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Sudan, and Morocco, which signed a peace agreement with Israel, the leaders of Saudi Arabia have also launched a massive campaign to advance the Ibrahim Pact and normalize relations with Israel. Riyadh and Tel Aviv have long-standing extensive cooperation in some areas, including economic and military.

However, the authorities of the Islamic Republic clearly say that one of the main goals of Hamas’s attack on Israel is to destroy the “Abraham Pact”.

Less than a week before the terrorist attack of the Hamas group on Israel, the leader of the Islamic Republic, Ali Khamenei, had warned the leaders of the Arab countries, especially Saudi Arabia, that the relationship with Israel is “betting on a losing horse”.

In this regard, US President Joe Biden said in a speech that one of the reasons for Hamas’s attack on Israel was to disrupt the process of normalizing relations between Saudi Arabia and Israel. “Hamas knew that I wanted to talk with Saudi Arabia,” he explained. Despite all this, it seems that the Islamic Republic has failed to mobilize the governments of Islamic countries against Israel, even with the support of weapons and financial support from Palestinian jihadist and terrorist groups. It is noteworthy that none of these countries are willing to accept even a part of the Palestinians as refugees in their land.

The economic relations between Israel and the Islamic states, especially in recent years, have increased so much that they are not willing to risk it for the sake of the Palestinians, who have failed to establish peace between them and Israel during the past few decades! However, jeopardizing investment security will be a great danger for the not so small population of these countries, and the leaders of the Arab world also know this, and they will not sacrifice their national interests for the conflicts caused by the terrorist movements of the Islamic Republic and its proxy organizations.

Israel imports about 220,000 to 240,000 barrels of oil per day, which is supplied through Kazakhstan, Iraqi Kurdistan, Azerbaijan, Gabon, Nigeria, Brazil and Egypt. According to a Bloomberg report, about 60% of Israel’s oil is supplied by Muslim countries, and these days none of them have agreed to stop exporting to Israel.

The volume of Israel’s commercial transactions with the countries of the region is more than it can be sacrificed for the “Palestinian cause” and the dreams of the Islamic Republic. According to the “Euronews” report, nearly a quarter of Israel’s arms exports in 2022 will be sent to Arab countries, some of which are part of the “Abraham Pact”. According to statistics, more than 24% of the total income from the export of weapons last year, which was 96.2 billion dollars, was the result of contracts signed with the countries that are parties to the “Ibrahim Treaty”.

Egypt is the main importer of gas from Israel. During the past years, the amount of gas exports from Israel has reached more than 20 billion dollars.

Despite all this, the authorities and media of the Islamic Republic continue to fantasize. In a report published on October 29, “Quds” newspaper published in Tehran writes that the continuation of conflicts between Israel and Palestine can have many negative political and especially economic consequences for Israel. But despite this claim, the same newspaper is forced to add: “On the condition that the Islamic countries adopt a common and united policy and have all-round cooperation to bring it to fruition!” And this is exactly the same expectation that the Iranian government had from other governments in the region, but it has not been fulfilled so far.
