نازیلا معروفیان، خبرنگار، در یک فایل صوتی گفته که در زندان به وی تعرض جنسى شده است

این روزنامه‌نگار که برای چندمین بار به زندان افتاده، همچنین در تصاویری که بطور اختصاصی برای «رادیو فردا» فرستاده شده، از ضرب و جرح خودش در زندان خبر داده است. «رادیو فردا» در گزارشی در اینباره نوشت که او این تصاویر را «بعد از بازداشت سوم خود به دوستی معتمد ارسال کرده بود، با این شرط که در صورت دستگیرى مجدد رسانه‌ای شوند.»

نازیلا معروفیان در ارتباط با بازداشت مجدد خود گفته است که برای پیگیری سرقت مبلغی پول از مادرش، به همراه او به کلانتری ۱۰۶ نامجو رفته بود که ماموران وى را شناسایی می‌کنند و آزار و اذیت او شروع می‌شود از جمله با «فحاشی، پیچاندن دست و ضرب و جرح در مقابل مادرش».

به گفته او ماموران وی و مادرش را با دستبند به زندان اوین منتقل کردند.

نازیلا معروفیان آبان سال گذشته با امجد امینی پدر مهسا (ژینا) امینى دختر جوانی که در بازداشت گشت ارشاد کشته شد، مصاحبه کرد و پس از این گفتگو دستگیر و به بند ۲۰۹ اوین منتقل شد. قتل حکومتی مهسا دوباره آتش زیر خاکستر جنبش اعتراضى مردم را به طرز بى‌سابقه و گسترده‌اى در سراسر ایران شعله‌ور کرد.

وى دی‌‌ماه گذشته به قید وثیقه آزاد شد و در تاریخ ۸ بهمن اعلام کرد که از سوی دادگاه انقلاب به‌ ریاست قاضی افشاری به دو سال حبس تعزیری، ۵ سال ممنوع‌الخروجی و ۱۵ میلیون تومان جریمه محکوم شده‌ است.

این خبرنگار ۱۳ تیرماه سال جاری پس از احضار به دادسرای اوین بار دیگر بازداشت شد. اواخر مرداد و هنگامی که پس از آزادی با قید وثیقه، به کلانتری ۱۰۶ تهران رفته بود، مجددا با ضرب‌ و جرح شدید به همراه مادرش دستگیر و به زندان قرچک منتقل شد. مادرش  پس از چند ساعت آزاد گردید.

نازیلا معروفیان هنگام آزاد شدن در مقابل زندان اوین، تصویری بدون روسری با این جمله در توییتر منتشر کرد: «تو لایق بهترین اتفاقاتی، پس بردگی را نپذیر!» عبارتى مربوط به یکی از کتاب‌هایی که او در بند ۲۰۹ اوین خوانده بود.

صالح نیکبخت وکیل دادگستری که به دلیل گفتگو با شبکه‌های خارجی به «تبلیغ علیه نظام» متهم شده، از وکالت او کناره‌‌گیرى کرده است.

از سوى دیگر، در آستانه سالگرد کشته شدن مهسا امینی، دایی او صفا عائلی توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده است. از اتهامات وارده و محل نگهداری او اطلاعی در دست نیست.

اشکان امینی برادر مهسا امینی با انتشار یک پیام در اینستاگرام از بازداشت دایی خود صفا عائلی خبر داده است.

یک منبع مطلع که نخواسته به دلیل مسائل امنیتى نامش فاش شود نیز گفته: « هیچ خبری از صفا نداریم؛ نه می‌دانیم اتهامش چیست و نه توسط چه نهادی بازداشت شده است. اصلا نمی‌دانیم کجاست.»

وى افزوده: «تا چند روز پیش اصلا فکرش را هم نمی‌کردیم که صفا را بازداشت کنند.»

به گفته او، خانواده امینی از دیروز تا کنون برای پیگیری وضعیت وى به شماری از نهادها مراجعه کرده‌اند اما هیچ پاسخی نگرفته‌اند. مسئولان امنیتی رژیم در پاسخ به خانواده امینی تنها به این جمله اکتفا کرده‌اند: «فعلا چیزی مشخص نیست!»

فاطمه حیدری، خواهر جواد حیدری از جانباختگان اعتراضات سراسری در قزوین نیز با انتشار پیامی در ایکس (توئیتر) خبر بازداشت صفا عائلی، را منتشر کرده است.

وبسایت «هرانا» به نقل از یک منبع مطلع نوشت «حدود ساعت یک بعد ازظهر روز سه‌ شنبه ١۴ شهریورماه،  سه خودرو که حامل ده مامور امنیتی بودند، به خانه شخصی صفا عائلی رفته و او را بازداشت کردند. از اتهامات وارده به دایی مهسا و محل نگهداری وى اطلاعی در دست نیست.»

از سوی دیگر، وبسایت «کلمه» در گزارشی با هشدار نسبت به وضعیت و سلامت میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد نوشت در ماه‌های اخیر «تغییرات واضحی» در شرایط جسمى آنها رخ داده است. در این گزارش گفته شده که نتایج آزمایش‌های پزشکى این زوج «با بروز مکرر علائم بیماری تطابق ندارد.»

این وبسایت تشدید ناراحتى‌هاى جسمى میرحسین موسوی و زهرا رهنورد را به حمایت آنان از جنبش «زن‌، زندگی‌، آزادی» در یکسال گذشته مرتبط دانسته و با استناد به گزارش‌هایی که به گفته این وبسایت از سوی پزشکان دریافت شده، یادآور شده وضعیت سلامتی آن دو بطور محسوسى اُفت کرده است.

«کلمه» همچنین با اشاره به ارسال «پارازیت‌های شدید و مختل‌ کننده وسایل ارتباطی، خطوط تلفنى و موبایل در کوچه اختر، محل زندان خانگى ١٣ ساله موسوی و رهنورد» نوشته: «در مورد آلودگى  محیط زندگی و خطر ایجاد مسمومیت نیز ابهامات و نگرانی‌هایی وجود دارد» و این موضوع را با توجه به بیماری‌های اخیر این دو تن و همچنین سابقه قبلی حکومت در حذف مخالفان خود از طریق مسمومیت، «دور از ذهن» ندانسته است.

در این میان، مصطفی نیلی‌ وکیل مهدی یراحی از ملاقات خود با این خواننده معترض در زندان اوین خبر داد.

این وکیل با انتشار پیامی‌ در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس (توئیتر) نوشت با دستور دادیار شعبه دوم دادیاری دادسرای ناحیه ۳۸ موفق به دیدار با موکل خود شده است. به نوشته نیلی، مهدی یراحی بعد از بازداشت «دو روز در بازداشتگاه پلیس امنیت» بوده و از «چهارشنبه گذشته به قرنطینه زندان اوین» منتقل شده‌ است. او روحیه مهدی یراحی را «بسیار خوب» توصیف کرد و افزود: «از لحاظ جسمی‌ پوستش دچار التهاب شده و از ناحیه گوش راست نیز درد دارد که توسط بهداری اوین در حال معالجه است.»

نیلی اضافه کرد که هنوز پرونده مهدی یراحی را نخوانده و از این رو قادر نیست عناوین دقیق اتهامی‌ او را شرح دهد. وى ابراز امیدواری کرد که روز شنبه بتواند پرونده موکل‌اش را مطالعه کند.

نیلی در پیام خود ادامه داده: «مهدی یراحی تأکید داشت که در مورد بعضی از ضابطین که در هنگام بازداشت، قانون و حقوق شهروندی او رعایت نشده پیگیری قانونی را انجام دهیم.»

مهدى یراحى در پى انتشار یک ترانه اعتراضى به نام «روسریتو» روز سوم شهریورماه به دستور دادستان تهران بازداشت شد.

در همین حال کمیته پیگیری وضعیت بازداشت‌شدگان با اشاره به اینکه بهاره هدایت از پنج روز پیش در زندان اوین دست به اعتصاب غذا زده، اعلام کرد این فعال سیاسی دچار «کاهش وزن، بی‌حالی و کاهش قند خون» شده است.

بنا به اعلام این کمیته، خانواده بهاره هدایت  روز گذشته در جریان ملاقات‌های هفتگی بند سیاسی زنان اوین، با وى ملاقات کرده‌ و گفته‌اند: «طی ۵ روز گذشته، او ۵ کیلو کاهش وزن داشته است.»

بهاره هدایت روز جمعه ۱۰ شهریور با انتشار نامه‌ای در اعتراض به «سرکوب مضاعف» جمهوری اسلامی اعلام اعتصاب غذا کرد.

او در این نامه نوشته: «در آستانه سالگرد قتل دختر ایران مهسا (ژینا) امینی، قاتلانش دست به سرکوب مضاعف زده‌اند تا نام اویی را که اسم رمز ما شد از خاطرمان و از وجدان‌مان بزدایند. چه آنکه خیال می‌کنند نام آزادی زدودنی‌ست و سودای به بند کشیدن وجدان‌ها محقق شدنی.»

Ashkan Amini, Mehsa Amini’s brother, announced the arrest of his uncle Safa Aeli by publishing a message on Instagram.

An informed source, who did not want to be named due to security issues, also said: “We have no news from Safa; We don’t know what his charges are or by which agency he was arrested. We don’t even know where it is.”

He added: “Until a few days ago, we did not even think that Safa would be arrested.”

According to him, Amini’s family has contacted a number of institutions since yesterday to follow up on his condition, but they have not received any response. In response to Amini’s family, the security officials of the regime have limited themselves to this sentence: “For now, nothing is clear!”

Fatemeh Heydari, the sister of Javad Heydari, one of the victims of nationwide protests in Qazvin, also published a message on X (Twitter) about the arrest of Safa Aeli.

“Harana” website, quoting an informed source, wrote, “At around one o’clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, September 14, three cars carrying ten security officers went to Safa Aeli’s private house and arrested him. There is no information about the charges against Mahsa’s uncle and his whereabouts.”

On the other hand, “Kalme” website wrote in a report with a warning about the condition and health of Mirhossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard that “obvious changes” have occurred in their physical conditions in recent months. In this report, it is said that the results of the couple’s medical tests “do not match with the frequent occurrence of disease symptoms.”

This website has linked the aggravation of Mirhossein Mousavi and Zahra Rahnavard’s physical ailments to their support of the “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement in the past year, and referring to the reports received from doctors, according to this website, it has mentioned the health condition of both of them. It has dropped noticeably.

Nili continued in his message: “Mehdi Yerahi stressed that we should do legal follow-up on some officers who did not respect the law and their citizenship rights during their arrest.”

Mehdi Yerahi was arrested on the order of the Tehran prosecutor after publishing a protest song called “Rosrito” on the 3rd of September.

At the same time, the committee to follow up on the situation of detainees, pointing out that Bahare Hedayat has been on hunger strike since five days ago in Evin prison, announced that this political activist has suffered “weight loss, lethargy and low blood sugar”.

According to the announcement of this committee, Bahareh Hedayat’s family met her yesterday during the weekly meetings of the Evin Women’s Political Unit and said: “During the past 5 days, she has lost 5 kilos in weight.”

Bahareh Hedayat announced a hunger strike on Friday 10th of Shahrivar by publishing a letter protesting the “double repression” of the Islamic Republic.

In this letter, he wrote: “On the eve of the anniversary of the murder of the Iranian girl Mehsa (Zina) Amini, her murderers have started a double repression to remove the name of her who became our code name from our memory and from our conscience. What about those who think that the name of freedom can be erased and the desire to bind consciences can be realized.
