رویترز: طبق گزارش محرمانه آژانس مذاکره با جمهوری اسلامی در مورد «موضوعات حساس» هیچ پیشرفتی نداشته است

در عین حال، طبق یکی از گزارش‌های محرمانه آژانس که در اختیار یکی از اعضای شورای حکام قرار گرفته است جمهوری اسلامی با نقض برجام همچنان به تولید و ذخیره‌سازی اورانیوم ۶۰ درصدی که نزدیک به درجه تسلیحاتی است ادامه می‌دهد، هرچند که در این گزارش قید شده «غنی‌سازی اورانیوم در ایران در مقایسه با سه ماه قبل، با سرعت کمتری رشد می‌کند و برخی مواد رقیق‌تر شدند.»

یک دیپلمات ارشد روز دوشنبه گفت که میزان تولید اورانیوم ممنوعه در ایران از حدود ۹ کیلوگرم در ماه به حدود ۳ کیلوگرم در ماه کاهش یافته است. او  این موضوع را پس از آن مطرح کرده که طبق گزارش محرمانه آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی به کشورهای عضو که توسط رویترز مشاهده شد ذخایر اورانیوم غنی‌شده در ایران در مقایسه با آخرین گزارش سه ماه پیش همچنان در حال افزایش است.

مقامات جمهوری اسلامی پیش از این بارها ادعا کرده بودند با آژانس «همکاری کامل» دارند.

علی خامنه‌ای رهبر جمهوری اسلامی ۲۱ خرداد در یک سخنرانی که مسئولان هسته‌ای نظام در آن حضور داشتند تأکید کرده بود، «توافق عیبی ندارد اما به زیرساخت‌های هسته‌ای دست نزنید.»

وزیران خارجه آمریکا و کشورهای عضو شورای همکاری خلیج فارس اواخر خردادماه در ریاض با صدور بیانیه‌ای از جمهوری اسلامی خواستند با آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی «همکاری کامل» داشته باشد.

جمهوری اسلامی پنجم شهریورماه از پروژه تولید آزمایشگاهی «رادیو نوکلیید سزیم۱۳۷» رونمایی کرد. رئیس سازمان انرژی اتمی جمهوری اسلامی گفته بود صنعت هسته‌ای در ایران متوقف نخواهد شد. هرچند به گفته محمد اسلامی سزیم۱۳۷ در «صنایع ابزار دقیق هسته‌ای و سامانه پرتودهی و چاه‌پیمایی برای نفت و گاز و مواد معدنی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد» اما یکی از مواد مورد استفاده در ساختن «بمب‌های کثیف»است.

رافائل گروسی مدیرکل آژانس بین‌المللی در ماه‌های اخیر بارها هشدار داد همکاری جمهوری اسلامی و آژانس در سطح لازم و با سرعت مورد نظر پیش نمی‌رود.

مدیرکل آژانس بین‌المللی انرژی اتمی اخیراً طی سخنانی در مؤسسه امور بین‌الملل سوئد گفت هیچکدام از طرفین برجام مرگ آن را اعلام نمی‌کند، اما در وضعیت فعلی این توافق «پوچ» شده است. وی در همین نشست هشدار داد «جمهوری اسلامی دارای سلاح هسته‌ای نیست اما به اندازه کافی اورانیوم برای چند بمب انباشته کرده است.»

The foreign ministers of the United States and the member states of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council issued a statement in Riyadh in late June, asking the Islamic Republic to cooperate fully with the International Atomic Energy Agency.

On the 5th of September, the Islamic Republic of Iran unveiled the “Cesium 137 radio nuclide” laboratory production project. The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of the Islamic Republic said that the nuclear industry in Iran will not be stopped. Although, according to Mohammad Eslami, cesium137 is used in “the industries of nuclear precision instruments and radiation systems and drilling for oil, gas, and minerals,” but it is one of the materials used in making “dirty bombs.”

Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Agency, warned many times in recent months that the cooperation between the Islamic Republic and the Agency is not progressing at the required level and at the desired speed.

The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency recently said during a speech at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs that none of the parties to the JCPOA will announce its death, but in its current state, the agreement has become “absurd”. In the same meeting, he warned that “the Islamic Republic does not have nuclear weapons, but it has accumulated enough uranium for several bombs.”
