فایننشال تایمز: اختلاف بین وزارت کشور و وزارت خارجه بریتانیا بر سر قرار دادن سپاه پاسداران در فهرست سازمان‌های تروریستی

روزنامه «فایننشال تایمز» گزارش داد برآورمن بسیار نگران است که عوامل جمهوری اسلامی در حال طراحی نقشه برای کشتن شهروندان بریتانیایی، از جمله شخصیت‌های برجسته یهودی، یا افراد مستقر در بریتانیا باشند. یکی از منابع داخلی وزارت کشور به «فایننشال تایمز» گفت: «این مسئله‌ برای دستگاه امنیتی بریتانیا یک آژیر خطر به شمار می‌رود.» اما وزارت خارجه انگلیس در مقابل قرار دادن سپاه پاسداران در فهرست سازمان‌های تروریستی مقاومت می‌کند.

به گفته مقاماتی که در جریان گفتگوهای داخلی قرار گرفته‌اند، ممنوعیت یک نیروی مسلح کشوری دیگر برای انگلیس بسیار غیرعادی خواهد بود و این نگرانی وجود دارد که این اقدام به انتقامگیری از سوی تهران علیه شهروندان دوتابعیتی انگلیسی- ایرانی در این کشور منجر شود. این اقدام همچنین امیدها به «احیای برجام» را نیز در خطر قرار خواهد داد.

برخی منابع گفته‌اند جیمز کلورلی وزیر خارجه بریتانیا از افزایش فشار وزیر کشور در مورد این موضوع خشنود نیست. همچنین نگرانی وزارت خارجه از خشمگین شدن یک کشور دیگر یا درواقع ترسیدن از جمهوری اسلامی برخی مقامات بریتانیا را از این وزارتخانه دلسرد کرده است.

روزنامه «تایمز» روز یکشنبه به نقل از منابع نزدیک به سوئلا برآورمن گزارش داد که وی معتقد است «تهدیدات جمهوری اسلامی چیزی است که بیش از هر چیزی باعث نگرانی است.» وزیر کشور بریتانیا باور دارد که سپاه پاسداران بر فعالیت‌هایش در بریتانیا افزوده است. گزارش‌های دستگاه‌های اطلاعاتی این کشور نیز از فعالیت نهادهای اطلاعاتی جمهوری اسلامی در بریتانیا و تلاش آنان‌ برای به خدمت گرفتن اوباش و تبهکاران برای هدف قرار دادن چهره‌های اپوزیسیون جمهوری اسلامی خبر می‌دهد.

تام توگندات وزیر امنیت بریتانیا اوایل سال ۲۰۲۳ اعلام کرد که طی حدود یک سال، عوامل وابسته به حکومت ایران پشت ۱۵ تهدید و توطئه مربوط به کشتن یا ربودن شهروندان بریتانیایی یا افراد ساکن در بریتانیا قرار داشته‌اند.

قرار دادن سازمان‌ها و نهادهای یک کشور در فهرست سازمان‌های تروریستی از سوی بریتانیا توسط وزارت کشور تصمیم‌گیری می‌شود. اما به نظر می‌رسد مقاومت وزارت خارجه تا کنون باعث شده است که این اقدام درباره سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی انجام نشود.

یک منبع آگاه در وزارت کشور بریتانیا در اینباره گفت: «هر سازمان برآوردها و توصیه‌های خودش را ارائه می‌دهد. ما نیز به‌ وضوح اعلام کرده‌ایم که معتقدیم تروریستی شناختن سپاه پاسداران تصمیم درستی است.»

یک منبع دیگر تأیید کرد برآورمن تهدیدات از سوی جمهوری اسلامی را بزرگترین خطر برای امنیت ملّی می‌داند.

ماه گذشته جیمز کلورلی  وزیر خارجه انگلیس بجای قرار دادن سپاه پاسداران در فهرست سازمان‌های تروریستی انگلیس تحریم‌های جدیدی را علیه رژیم ایران اعلام کرد که به بریتانیا قدرت بیشتری برای هدف قرار دادن تصمیم‌گیرندگان کلیدی در جمهوری اسلامی می‌دهد.

مؤسسه «تونی بلر» که به عنوان  اندیشکده  فعالیت می‌کند نیز اوایل سال ۲۰۲۳ اعلام کرد که سپاه پاسداران باید از سوی بریتانیا تروریستی اعلام شود.

This action will also jeopardize the hopes of “restoring the JCPOA”.
