کشته شدن یک بسیجی عضو گشت‌های محله‌محور «رضویون» در تبریز

یک بسیجی به نام امیر حسین‌پور عضو گشت «رضویون» تبریز ۲۴ تیر ۱۴۰۲ کشته شد. آنطور که خبرگزاری‌ فارس گزارش داده است وی ۲۰ تیرماه هنگام مأموریت توسط فردی دیگر از ناحیه سر و چشم به شدت مجروح شده بود.

کیهان نوین: آنطور که خبرگزاری‌ فارس گزارش داده، این بسیجی ۲۰ تیرماه هنگام مأموریت توسط فردی دیگر از ناحیه سر و چشم به شدت مجروح شده بود.
تصویری که از بسیجی حسین‌پور منتشر شده نشان می‌دهد که یونیفرم نظامی بر تن دارد. وی متولد ۲۷ خرداد سال ۱۳۷۵ بود.
براساس متن خبرگزاری «تسنیم»، گشت «رضویون» تبریز زیر نظر «سپاه عاشورا» فعالیت می‌کند.
این گشت‌ها تقریباً در اغلب استان‌ها فعال هستند. حجت‌الاسلام سید محسن حسینی دیباجی مسئول نمایندگی ولی‌فقیه در سپاه سمنان می‌‌گوید، «مهمترین  اولویت اجرای طرح گشت رضویون در سطح محلات، کاهش آسیب‌ها و معضلات اجتماعی پس از شناسایی آن است»
این در حالیست که اگر واقعا منظور و هدف از به راه انداختن این گشت‌ها، تأمین «امنیت» می‌بود، می‌بایست این وظیفه و مسئولیت خطیر به نیروهای آموزش‌دیده پلیس و با تجهیزات ایمنی سپرده می‌شد! اما مقامات و نهادهای مسئول این مأموریت را با کمترین آموزش و بدون هرگونه تجهیزات ایمنی به جوانان کم سن و سال بسیج سپرده‌اند. آنهم در حالی که ادعای «ارتقاء امنیت اجتماعی» توسط این افراد نه تنها قابل قبول نیست بلکه خود آنها در عمل مانند کمیته‌چی‌های سال‌های نخست پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی و گشت‌های کمیته یکی از عوامل سلب امنیت اجتماعی و جاسوسی و آزار و ادیت شهروندان هستند و به نظر نمی‌رسد که هدف از راه‌اندازی گشت‌های «رضویون» نیز چیزی جز جاسوسی و سرکوب مردم به صورت «محله‌محور» باشد.

در گزارش‌های مربوطه بطور دقیق گفته نشده مأموریت وی چه بوده اما بطور کلی ماموریت گشت‌های «رضویون» با ادعای برقراری «امنیت» در محلات عنوان شده است.

خبرگزاری فارس نوشته شدت جراحات وی به حدی بود که  تلاش پزشکان برای زنده نگه داشتن وی بی‌فایده بود.

بر اساس متن خبرگزاری تسنیم، گشت «رضویون» تبریز زیر نظر «سپاه عاشورا» فعالیت می‌کند. تصویری که از بسیجی حسین‌پور منتشر شده نشان می‌دهد که یونیفرم نظامی بر تن دارد. وی متولد ۲۷ خرداد سال ۱۳۷۵ بود.

پس از تظاهرات و اعتصابات سراسری در سال ۱۳۹۶، سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی و بسیج با همکاری نیروی انتظامی تصمیم گرفتند در هر محله هسته‌‌های وفاداران به نظام را به اسم «ارتقاء امنیت محلات» سازماندهی و تجهیز کنند. در نهایت در اردیبهشت ۱۳۹۸ حسین اشتری فرمانده نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی خبر از امضای تفاهم‌نامه همکاری بین نیروی انتظامی و سازمان بسیج برای ایجاد گشت‌های امنیتی محله‌محور با عنوان «گشت رضویون» داد. یگانی که علاوه بر پایتخت در دیگر شهرهای ایران نیز فعال شد و هدف اصلی آن ظاهرا ارتقاء «امنیت اجتماعی» است.
