جنایاتی با ابعاد تصورناپذیر؛ جوانانی که پس از آزادی جان می‌بازند

بر اساس گزارش‌ها دو جوان معترض که در جریان جنبش انقلابی بازداشت شده بودند پس از آزادی از زندان جان باختند. مادر مریم آروین وکیل جوانی که بهمن‌ماه گذشته با فاصله کوتاهی پس از آزادی درگذشت، علت جان باختن فرزندش را «وصل سرم» در زندان عنوان کرده است.

در ماه‌های گذشته تعدادی از بازداشت‌شدگان که در جریان جنبش ملی سال گذشته دستگیر شده بودند پس از آزادی در زندان به دلایل مشکوکی جان باختند. علت درگذشت برخی از این افراد سکته یا ایست قلبی و برخی دیگر خودکشی عنوان شده است.

در یکی از تازه‌ترین موارد، حساب توئیتری «۱۵۰۰ تصویر» که اخبار مربوط به اعتراضات و دستگیری‌ها را پوشش می‌دهد از مرگ یکی دیگر از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراض‌های سال گذشته بر اثر «خودکشی» خبر داد.

بر اساس این گزارش امید مرادپور ۲۵ ساله که در جریان اعتراضات ۱۴۰۱ در شیراز بازداشت شده بود دو هفته پیش بعد از تحمل «ماه‌ها» حبس آزاد شد اما دو روز پیش «خودکشی» کرد و جان باخت.

در ادامه این گزارش آمده که این جوان «می‌توانست به قید وثیقه آزاد شود، اما به دلیل شرایط مالی نتوانست وثیقه را تامین کند و مدت بیشتری در زندان ماند.»

در روزهای گذشته همچنین جوان دیگری که در شهرستان آبدانان در استان ایلام بازداشت شده بود با علائمی شبیه مسمومیت دارویی به بیمارستان منتقل شد ولی جان خود را از دست داد.  بر بدن او آثار شکنجه از جمله خاموش کردن سیگار بر بدن هم دیده شده است.

حساب توئیتری «۱۵۰۰ تصویر» در اینباره گزارش داده که بامشاد سلیمان‌خانی از مخالفان جمهوری‌ اسلامی در آبدانان بود. برخی از زندانیان اعتراضات در آبدانان می‌گویند بامشاد برای مدتی بازداشت و هم‌بندی آنها بوده است. چند شب پیش این جوان در خواب حالش بد می‌شود. از دهان بامشاد کف بیرون می‌آید و خانواده‌اش او را به بیمارستان منتقل می‌کنند.

در بیمارستان مشخص می‌شود آثار ضرب و جرح شدید و شکستگی‌های متعدد بر روی او بدن او وجود دارد. همچنین اثر خاموش کردن سیگار بر روی تن او دیده شده است.

این گزارش افزوده که بامشاد دانشجوی ۲۱ ساله هفتم خرداد در بیمارستان جان باخت. خانواده‌ی او تحت فشار قرار گرفته‌اند تا در مورد بامشاد اطلاع‌رسانی و مصاحبه نکنند.

پیش از این گزارش‌هایی درباره خودکشی بعد از آزادی تعدادی از بازداشت‌شدگان اعتراضات ۱۴۰۱ منتشر شده بود.

طیبه نظری همچنین تأکید کرده که یک هفته پس از مرگ دخترش، شعبه ۱۰۳ کیفری، حکم غیابی «۱۵ ماه زندان، یک میلیون تومان جریمه، و ۴۰ ضربه شلاق» نیز برای خودش صادر کرده که سپس تعلیق شده است.

مادر مریم آروین همچنین با شرح خشونت در بازداشت، گفته یک مأمور زن به نام «زهرا علیزاده» معروف به «مبینا» به همراه مأمور «اطلاعات نیروی انتظامی به نام «حمید زیدآبادی» او را در راهرو دادسرا «دستبند زده» و «به خاک می‌کشاندند.»

به گفته طیبه نظری، مریم آروین ۲۹ ساله، وکیل داوطلب «پرونده‌های محرومین» و «بچه‌های بهزیستی و بچه‌های کار» بود که «بیش از دو ماه از عقدش نمی‌گذشت.»

مریم آروین عضو کانون وکلای استان کرمان هفته نخست آذر ۱۴۰۱ بازداشت شد. او حدود سه هفته بعد در ۲۱ آذرماه با سپردن قرار کفالت بطور موقت و تا زمان اعلام رأی دادگاه آزاد شده بود.

برخی گزارش‌ها علت درگذشت این وکیل جوان را «خودکشی در پی وضعیت دشوار و فشارهای نیروهای امنیتی و قضایی» عنوان کرده‌اند. حکم دادگاه مریم آروین قرار بود به زودی صادر شود.

مریم آروین طی سه ماه نخست اعتراضات وکالت شماری از بازداشت‌شدگان استان کرمان به ویژه آندسته از شهروندانی را که برای پرداخت هزینه وکالت مشکل داشتند پذیرفته بود. او همچنین به صورت رایگان مشاوره‌های حقوقی زیادی به خانواده بازداشت‌شدگان ارائه می‌داد.

طیبه نظری آموزگار و مادر مریم آروین نیز همزمان با بازداشت دخترش با ضرب و جرح بازداشت شد. کانال شورای هماهنگی تشکل‌های صنفی فرهنگیان ایران، سه‌شنبه ۱۵ آذر در گزارشی با اعلام خبر دستگیری طیبه نظری و مریم آروین نوشت که  «خانم طیبه‌نظری، دبیر دبیرستان دخترانه بنت‌الهدی صدر سیرجان، بیش از ده روز است در زندان «کهن شهر» سیرجان است. گفته شده مامورین هنگام بازداشت دختر ایشان دکتر مریم آروین وکیل دادگستری، به دلیل دفاع ایشان از دخترشان، خانم نظری را نیز بازداشت کرده و در انتقال به زندان آن دو را مورد ضرب و شتم نیز قرار دادند و با ایجاد جوّ ملتهب روانی سعی در پرونده‌سازی علیه ایشان دارند. مریم آروین وکیل دادگستری به جرم همراهی و ارائه‌ی مشاوره به خانواده‌ زندانیان که حرفه‌ی وی می‌باشد، بازداشت شده و موقع دستگیری مقنعه‌ی او را گرفته و روی زمین می‌کشند. این وکیل شریف دادگستری بیش از ده روز است به همراه مادرش، در زندان سیرجان محبوس است.»

در ماه‌های گذشته شماری از شهروندان معترض پس از آزادی از زندان در فاصله چند روز یا چند هفته به شکل مشکوکی جان‌ باختند. هرچند در برخی موارد مشخص شده که نهادهای امنیتی با فشار شدید بر خانواده خواهان اعلام «خودکشی» به عنوان علت درگذشت عزیزانشان هستند اما برخی فرضیه حذف سازمانیافته و یا ایست قلبی به دلیل اثرات داروهایی را که عمدا در دوران بازداشت به زندانی خورانده می‌شود مطرح می‌کنند.

در یکی از مرگ‌های مشکوک مشابه محسن جعفری راد متولد سال ۱۳۶۵ و منتقد سینما و کارگردان که نیمه آبان بازداشت شده بود، در نیمه دی‌ماه درگذشت. علت درگذشت او «خودکشی» به دلیل افسردگی اعلام شد اما کارنامه حرفه‌ای او آنقدر پربار بوده که نشان از امید به زندگی و آینده را در او نشان می‌دهد. او جدا از نویسندگی و کارگردانی و فیلسازی، در دانشگاه نیز تدریس می‌کرد. از سوی دیگر آنقدر امیدوار بوده که با وجود سرکوب شدید در اعتراضات شرکت کرده و بازداشت او در یکی از تجمعات شهر کرج صورت گرفته بود.

«کمیته پیگیری وضعیت بازداشت‌شدگان» دی‌ماه امسال در گزارشی تحقیقی اعلام کرد که از آغاز خیزش انقلابی از شهریور تا کنون دست‌کم ۲۸ شهروند بازداشت‌شده در جریان اعتراضات، زیر شکنجه یا به شکلی مشکوک و غیرقابل توضیح جان باخته‌اند.

بر اساس گزارش‌ها، از آغاز خیزش انقلابی از شهریور تا کنون دست‌کم ۱۵ شهروند بازداشت‌شده به دلیل شکنجه و فشار برای گرفتن اعتراف اجباری جان باخته‌اند. همچنین ۱۲ شهروند بازداشت‌شده نیز به طرز مشکوکی پس از آزادی جان خود را از دست داده‌اند و یا پیکر بیجان آنها در محلی پیدا شده است.

بر اساس گزارش جدیدی که «کمیته پیگیری وضعیت بازداشت‌شدگان» ارائه داده شماری از شهروندان بازداشت‌شده زیر شکنجه و فشار که غالبا برای انجام اعتراف اجباری صورت گرفته جان باخته‌اند؛ برخی دیگر از بازداشت‌شدگان هم در مرگ‌های مشکوک و غیرقابل توضیح جان خود را از دست داده‌اند.

از جمله مرگ‌های مشکوک و غیرقابل توضیح عاطفه نعامی شهروند بازداشت شده که پیکر بی‌جان او در بالکن خانه‌اش پیدا شد یا شهروندانی که به فاصله چند روز از آزادی جان باخته و علت درگذشت آنها «خودکشی» یا «ایست قلبی» عنوان می‌شود.

برخی بازداشت‌شدگان هم از داروهایی که در بازداشت به آنها داده شده و مشخص نیست چه بوده‌اند خبر داده‌اند. از جمله این زندانیان محمدرضا آژر نوجوان ۱۸ ساله است که در نخستین روزهای اعتراضات در شهریور ۱۴۰۱ در مشهد بازداشت شد و پس از بیش از سه ماه و نیم بازداشت گفته در روز دوازدهم دی‌ماه رگ‌های چشمانش از شدت فشار عصبی پاره شده و در زندان به او داروهایی داده‌اند که نمی‌داند چه بوده است.

در گزارش «کمیته پیگیری وضعیت بازداشت‌شدگان» آمده که اسماعیل دزوار، رامین فاتحی، محمد لطف‌الهی، سامان قادرپور، یوسف رئیسی، احمد گودرزی، میلاد خوشکام، امید حسنی، هیمن آمان، امیر جواد اسعدزاده، محمد حاجی رسول‌پور، حامد سلحشور، شهریار عادلی، ایلیاد رحمانی‌پور، شادمان احمدی و ‌ مهدی زارع اشکذری افرادی هستند که در گزارش کمیته پیگیری بازداشت‌شدگان به عنوان افرادی که در بازداشت و بر اثر جراحات ناشی از شکنجه و ضرب‌وجرح مأموران حکومتی جان باختند، معرفی شده‌اند.

در این گزارش تأکید شده که «به غیر از افرادی که شرح‌ آنان آمده از کشته‌شدگان دیگری از جمله؛ آیدا رستمی، دنیا فرهادی، کورش پاژخ، مصطفی مباشر، عاطفه نعامی، رضا شرفی، حسن ناصری‌خور، امین خانلو، مرتضی سلطانیان، محمد عبداللهی، عماد حیدری، مهدی کابلی کفشگیری نیز نام برده شده که مرگ‌های مشکوک و غیرقابل توضیح داشتند. اینکه این افراد در زمان کشته‌ شدن در بازداشت بوده‌اند یا در خیابان و مانند سایر معترضان به شکل‌های دیگر جان باختند، هنوز در دست تحقیق است. به اینها باید افرادی را که نامشان هرگز رسانه‌ای نشده و ما هنوز در مورد آن‎ها چیزی نمی‌دانیم نیز بیافزاییم.»
