جلوگیری از اعزام رضا نوروزی زندانی مشروطه‌خواه به بیمارستان با وجود وضعیت وخیم جسمی

وضعیت جسمانی رضا نوروزی زندانی مشروطه‌خواه در پی فشارهای شدید برای اعتراف علیه خود بحرانی شده اما حفاظت اطلاعات زندان مانع از انتقال این زندانی به بیمارستان می‌شود. مادر و پدر رضا نوروزی با انتشار ویدئویی خواستار حمایت مردم از فرزندشان شده‌اند.

رضا نوروزی پیشتر در تماس تلفنی از زندان «رجایی‌شهر» کرج گفته بود در بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین سه روز بطور مداوم شکنجه‌اش کرده‌اند تا علیه گروه‌های مختلف اپوزیسیون اعتراف اجباری کند.
رضا نوروزی از جمله زندانیان سیاسی است که به دلیل مشروطه‌خواه بودن با فشارهای سنگین روانی و امنیتی حتی در دوران سپری کردن حکم زندان روبروست.

رضا نوروزی زندانی مشروطه‌خواه که از دو سال پیش در زندان بسر می‌برد، به تازگی برای اعتراف علیه خود از زندان «رجایی‌شهر» کرج به سلول انفرادی در بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین منتقل شد. او در زندان مورد شکنجه شدید جسمی قرار گرفت بطوری که با ضربات بازجوها به سرش از هوش رفت و اکنون با سردرد و سرگیجه و ادرار خونی روبروست.

در شرایطی که بهداری زندان «رجایی‌شهر» کرج درخواست اعزام رضا نوروزی به بیمارستان به دلیل وخامت حال جسمی را دارد اما حفاظت اطلاعات زندان مانع از انتقال این زندانی به بیمارستان شده است.

مادر و پدر رضا نوروزی زندانی مشروطه‌خواه با انتشار ویدئویی با ابراز نگرانی از وضعیت وخیم فرزندشان در زندان خواستار حمایت مردم از او شده‌اند. مادر رضا نوروزی در این ویدئو به زبان آذری می‌گوید: «پسر من به خاطر ایران و ایرانی در زندان به حال مرگ افتاده است، کمکش کنید!»

خبرگزاری «هرانا» در گزارشی به نقل از یک منبع آگاه نوشته که «رضا که اخیرا مدت چهار روز را در بازداشتگاه وزارت اطلاعات موسوم به بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین بسر برده بود، به دلیل ضرب و شتم، فشارها و ضربات وارده دچار مصدومیت شدید شده و دارای علائمی همچون سر درد، سرگیجه و ادرار خونی است. علیرغم داشتن این علائم مشکوک به ضربه مغزی، او از رسیدگی مناسب پزشکی محروم مانده و مسئولان زندان از اعزام او به بیمارستان خارج از زندان و حتی بهداری زندان خودداری می‌کنند.»

این منبع آگاه گفته که رضا نوروزی بعد از چهار روز بی‌خبری به زندان «رجایی شهر» بازگردانده شده است. وی افزوده که «رضا نوروزی در این چهار روز در بازداشتگاه وزارت اطلاعات موسوم به بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین محبوس بود.»

رضا نوروزی پیشتر در تماس تلفنی از زندان «رجایی‌شهر» کرج گفته بود در بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین سه روز بطور مداوم شکنجه‌اش کرده‌اند تا علیه گروه‌های مختلف اپوزیسیون اعتراف اجباری کند. او گفته آنقدر به سرش ضربه زدند که از هوش رفته‌ است. این زندانی مشروطه‌خواه افزوده که اگر اتفاقی برای خودش و خانواده‌اش بیفتد خامنه‌ای مقصر است.

رضا نوروزی اردیبهشت‌ماه ۱۴۰۰ با همسر و دو فرزند خردسالش در تهران و در اوج اخبار ایرانفروشی جمهوری اسلامی به چین با قرارداد ۲۵ ساله، در یکی از میادین تهران اتومبیل خود را به آتش کشید و طی سخنانی از مردم خواست به جمهوری اسلامی «نه» بگویند.

او در این اقدام اعتراضی فریاد می‌کشید که «برای این سرزمین می‌جنگم. برای بازگشت شاهزاده رضا پهلوی می‌جنگم». همسر جوانش نیز در حالی که دست پسر دو ساله‌اش را گرفته و پسر چند ماهه‌اش را در آغوش داشت، در کنار وی حضور داشت.

رضا نوروزی چند روز بعد از بازداشت به همراه همسرش توسط مأموران امنیتی در تهران بازداشت شد. او پس از دو ماه نگهداری در سلول انفرادی وزارت اطلاعات و اتمام مراحل بازجویی به بند عمومی زندان اوین منتقل شده بود.

این فعال مشروطه‌خواه توسط شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ایمان افشاری به اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور» و «تبلیغ علیه نظام» محاکمه و مجموعا به ۱۰ سال حبس محکوم شد. حکم رضا نوروزی در دادگاه تجدید نظر هم تأیید شد که و اساس قوانین جمهوری اسلامی مجازات اشد این اتهامات یعنی ۵ سال زندان او قابل اجراست.

رضا نوروزی از جمله زندانیان سیاسی است که به دلیل مشروطه‌خواه بودن با فشارهای سنگین روانی و امنیتی حتی در دوران سپری کردن حکم زندان روبروست. او امرداد امسال در پی گشایش پرونده‌ای جدید توسط شعبه ۱۲۰۶ دادگاه انقلاب به اتهام «اخلال در نظم زندان» با ایجاد درگیری با مسئولان زندان تفهیم اتهام شد.

بر اساس گزارش‌‎ها، رضا نوروزی «در جریان درگیری با چند زندانی مالی و تعدادی از افسر نگهبان‌های بند ۴ به شدت مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفت و به اتهام توهین به مسئولین زندان و اخلال در نظم زندان به مدت ۸ روز به صورت تنبیهی به بند ۲۴۰ منتقل شد.»

رضا نوروزی در نهایت توسط دادگاه به پرداخت ۱۸ میلیون جزای نقدی و ۷۴ ضربه شلاق محکوم شد. اما اقدام تنبیهی دیگر برای او محرومیت از کار در زندان بود که تنها منبع درآمد خانواده او را نیز قطع کرد!

کیهان نوین تیرماه ۱۴۰۱ در گزارشی اعلام کرد که رضا نوروزی دوران محکومیت پنج ساله خود را با فشار مضاعف در زندان سپری می‌کند و به دلیل منع کار در زندان، خانواده‌اش نیز تحت فشار شدید مالی قرار گرفته‌اند.

آرش صادقی زندانی سیاسی پیشین نیز همزمان نوشته بود که وضعیت رضا نوروزی و خانواده‌اش به دلیل فشارهای مسئولان زندان بسیار نامناسب است و او را از فعالیت کاری در زندان نیز به قصد کسب‌ درآمد برای خانواده‌اش ممنوع کرده‌اند.

آرش صادقی افزوده بود «نوروزی به خاطر مشکلات شدید مالی در زندان کار می‌کرد و پول دریافتی را برای خانواده خود ارسال می‌کرد.»

رضا نوروزی متولد ۱۳۶۹، اهل شهرستان سراب، پدر دو پسر خردسال است که تا پیش از زندانی شدن با وانت خود باربری و کسب درآمد می‌کرد.

In a report, “Harana” news agency, quoting an informed source, wrote that “Reza, who recently spent four days in the detention center of the Ministry of Intelligence known as Ward 209 of Evin Prison, suffered severe injuries due to beatings, pressures and blows. and has symptoms such as headache, dizziness and bloody urine. “Despite having these symptoms suspected of concussion, he was denied proper medical care and the prison authorities refused to send him to a hospital outside the prison or even to the prison’s infirmary.”

This knowledgeable source said that Reza Nowrozi was returned to “Rajai Shahr” prison after four days without any news. He added that “Reza Nowrozi was detained in the detention center of the Ministry of Intelligence known as Ward 209 of Evin Prison.”

Earlier, Reza Nowrozi said in a phone call from “Rajai Shahr” prison in Karaj that they tortured him continuously for three days in Ward 209 of Evin prison to force him to confess against various opposition groups. A few days after his arrest, Reza Nowrozi was arrested along with his wife by security agents in Tehran. He was transferred to the general ward of Evin Prison after two months of detention in the solitary cell of the Ministry of Information and the completion of the interrogation process.

This constitutionalist activist was tried by branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Iman Afshari on charges of “gathering and colluding against the security of the country” and “propaganda against the system” and was sentenced to a total of 10 years in prison. Reza Nowrozi’s verdict was confirmed in the appeals court, and according to the laws of the Islamic Republic, the most severe punishment for these accusations, i.e. 5 years in prison, is enforceable.

Reza Nowrozi is one of the political prisoners who, due to being a constitutionalist, faces heavy psychological and security pressures even while serving his prison sentence. This year, following the opening of a new case by the 1206th branch of the Revolutionary Court, he was accused of “disrupting prison order” by causing a conflict with prison officials.

According to reports, Reza Nowrozi “was severely beaten during a conflict with some financial prisoners and a number of ward 4 officers and was punished for 8 days for insulting the prison officials and disturbing the prison order. It was moved to section 240.”

Reza Nowrozi was finally sentenced by the court to pay 18 million fines and 74 lashes. But another punitive measure for him was the deprivation of work in prison, which also cut off the only source of income for his family!

Kayhan novin in July 1401 announced in a report that Reza Nowrozi is spending her five-year sentence under double pressure in prison and due to the ban on working in prison, her family is also under severe financial pressure.

Arash Sadeghi, a former political prisoner, also wrote at the same time that the situation of Reza Nowrozi and his family is very inappropriate due to the pressures of the prison officials and they have banned him from working in the prison in order to earn money for his family.

Arash Sadeghi added, “Norouzi worked in prison due to severe financial problems and sent the money he received to his family.”

Reza Nowrozi, born in 1369, from Sarab city, is the father of two young sons, who used to transport and earn money with his van before being imprisoned.
