هشدار مقامات امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی در مورد «جنگ شناختی»: هدف دشمن دستکاری باورها با هدف فروپاشی از درون است

فرمانده نیروهای «قدس» سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی دوشنبه هشتم اسفند در مراسمی با عنوان «راویان مقاومت» بار دیگر در مورد تهدید رسانه‌ها علیه جمهوری اسلامی هشدار داد.

اسماعیل قاآنی با بیان اینکه «رسانه امروز ابزار دست دشمن است» گفت، «در جنگ ترکیبی که دشمن در دوره اخیر و بعد از شکست‌های متعددی که خورد شروع کرده است یکی از ابزارهای مهم و جزو اصلی‌ترین ابزارهایی که استفاده می‌کند، رسانه است.»

وی در بخشی از سخنرانی خود عنوان کرد، «شهادت فی‌النفسه یک رسانه است دلیل آنهم این است که وقتی فردی در مسیری شهید می‌شود با شهادتش حق بودن و ارزشمند بودن آن مسیر را اثبات می‌کند.»

قاآنی در ادامه افزود، «امروز در جهان همه در مقابل مقاومت سر تعظیم فرود می‌آورند حتا دشمنان اسلام و دشمنان جبهه مقاومت وقتی به این واژه ارزشمند می‌رسند مجبور هستند که ادای احترام کنند.»

فرمانده «سپاه قدس» با اشاره به درآمد آمریکا و اسرائیل از فروش تسلیحات نظامی توضیح داد، «آنها جنگ در دنیا راه می‌انداختند که در قبال آن سلاح بفروشند، اما همه کسانی که تلاش می‌کردند به دنیا بیاموزند که سلاح و تجهیزات، سرنوشت میدان‌های جنگ را تعیین می‌کند امروز اقرار می‌کنند که کسانی در میدان‌های مختلف نبرد موفق هستند که مقاومت بیشتری می‌کنند.»

واقعیت اینست که جمهوری اسلامی همواره بخشی از توان خود را به کار گرفته تا علیه رسانه‌های مخالف نه تنها تبلیغ بلکه اقدام کند. با اینهمه یحیی رحیم‌صفوی دستیار و مشاور عالی علی خامنه‌ای اخیراً در «کارگاه مهارت‌افزایی نهضت خاطره‌گویی که در دافوس سپاه» اعتراف کرد «در جنگ رسانه‌ای و فضای مجازی شکست خوردیم.»

وی توضیح داده بود «جبهه متحدی به رهبری آمریکا با همراهی ناتو، صهیونیست‌ها و برخی کشور‌های عربی و حتی برخی ایرانیان خارج از کشور علیه ایران با هدف براندازی نظام شکل گرفته و در این رابطه جمعیت مورد هدف‌شان هم افراد زیر ۴۰ سال است.»

رحیم‌ صفوی در تشریح «جنگ شناختی» گفت: «درواقع نوعی جنگ برای کنترل یا تغییر نحوه واکنش افراد نسبت به اطلاعات دریافتی است و هدف آن فروپاشی دشمن از درون و تحمیل اراده سیاسی بدون اقدام سخت است که یکی از اهداف آن تأثیرگذاری بر تصمیمات دشمن به‌ صورت نامحسوس و غیرقابل ردیابی، از طریق دستکاری باور‌ها و بازنمود‌های ذهنی حریف و ایجاد ابهام و عدم قطعیت ذهنی است.»

حسین طائب رئیس سابق سازمان اطلاعات سپاه (ساس) که اخیراً بیش از گذشته در سخنرانی‌ها و مصاحبه‌های تلویزیونی حضور دارد می‌گوید در جنگ ترکیبی، پیاده نظام قدرت نرم، توئیت‌زن، نویسنده، گوینده و شاعر هستند.

با تداوم خیزش ضدحکومتی در ایران نهادهای امنیتی شمار زیادی از خبرنگاران و روزنامه‌نگاران داخل ایران را بازداشت کرد. سرویس‌های اطلاعاتی چند کشور از جمله انگلیس و آلمان نیز هشدار دادند که رژیم ایران علیه مخالفان نظام و همچنین روزنامه‌نگاران در اروپا دست به توطئه می‌زند. در ارتباط با همین تهدیدات، شبکه تلویزیونی «ایران اینترنشنال» اخیرا اعلام کرد که دفتر پخش خود را از لندن به واشنگتن منتقل کرده است.

Ismail Qaani said that “the media today is a tool in the hands of the enemy” and said, “In the combined war that the enemy has started in the recent period and after the numerous defeats he suffered, the media is one of the most important tools and one of the main tools he uses.”

In a part of his speech, he stated, “Martyrdom is a medium in itself, the reason is that when a person is martyred on a path, he proves the rightness and value of that path with his testimony.”

Qaani further added, “Today in the world, everyone bows before the resistance, even the enemies of Islam and the enemies of the resistance front are forced to pay their respects when they come across this precious word.”

Referring to the income of the US and Israel from the sale of military weapons, the commander of the Quds Force explained, “They started a war in the world to sell weapons, but all those who tried to teach the world that weapons and equipment are the fate of battlefields. Today, they admit that those who resist more are successful in different battlefields.

The fact is that the Islamic Republic has always used part of its power to not only propagate but also act against the opposition media. Despite all this, Yahya Rahim Safavi, Ali Khamenei’s assistant and top adviser, recently admitted in the “Skills Enhancement Workshop of the Remembrance Movement held in Davos by the IRGC” that “we failed in the media and cyberspace war.”

He had explained that “A united front led by the United States with the support of NATO, Zionists and some Arab countries and even some Iranians abroad has been formed against Iran with the aim of overthrowing the regime, and in this regard, their target population is people under 40 years old.”

Rahim Safavi, explaining “cognitive war”, said: “Actually, it is a kind of war to control or change the way people react to the received information, and its purpose is to collapse the enemy from within and impose political will without hard action, one of the goals of which is to influence the enemy’s decisions.” It is imperceptible and untraceable, through manipulating the beliefs and mental representations of the opponent and creating ambiguity and mental uncertainty.

Hossein Tayeb, the former head of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Intelligence Organization (SAS), who has recently been appearing in speeches and TV interviews more than before, says that in combined warfare, soft power infantrymen are tweeters, writers, speakers, and poets.

With the continuation of the anti-government uprising in Iran, the security institutions arrested a large number of reporters and journalists inside Iran. The intelligence services of several countries, including England and Germany, also warned that the Iranian regime is plotting against the opponents of the regime as well as journalists in Europe. In connection with these threats, the “Iran International” TV channel recently announced that it has moved its broadcast office from London to Washington.
