یک دهه انتظار بی‌حاصل جمهوری اسلامی برای گرفتن جنگنده‌های سوخو از روسیه

در شرایطی که با افزایش فشارهای بین‌المللی بر رژیم ایران، دولت‌های اروپایی‌ قرار دادن سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی در فهرست سازمان‌های تروریستی را بررسی می‌کنند، مقامات تهران چشم‌انتظار تحویل گرفتن جنگنده‌های «سوخو۳۵» از روسیه هستند.

حشمت‌الله فلاحت‌پیشه رئیس پیشین کمیسیون «امنیت ملّی» مجلس شورای اسلامی اسفند سال ۱۳۹۵ گفته بود «تا چند روز دیگر هواپیماهای روسیه سوخو۳۰ روسیه به ایران تحویل داده می‌شود.» از این ادعا بیشتر از ۶ سال گذشته اما هنوز خبری از تحویل این جنگنده‌ها نشده است.

شهریار حیدری عضو کمیسیون «امنیت ملی» مجلس شورای اسلامی یکشنبه ۲۵ دی‌ماه گفت «جنگنده‌های سوخو ۳۵ که ایران به روسیه سفارش داده، اوایل سال آینده [سال ۱۴۰۲] وارد می‌شود!»

حیدری همچنین گفته است «ما به کشور روسیه سفارش‌هایی نظیر سیستم‌های پدافندی، موشکی و همچنین بالگرد را نیز داده‌ایم و اکثر این سلاح‌ها به زودی وارد ایران می‌شوند.»

در سال‌های اخیر بارها ادعا شد روسیه قرار است به جمهوری اسلامی هواپیماهای راهبردی از جمله «سوخو۳۰» و هواپیمای ترابری و مسافری «سوخو ۱۰۰» تحویل دهد اما  وعده‌ روس‌ها به رژیم ایران عملی نشد. حتا تهیه قطعات و لوازم یدکی سایر هواپیماهای نظامی و ترابری روسی در ایران نیز به سختی تأمین می‌شود.

شهریورماه ۱۴۰۱ حمید واحدی فرمانده نیروی هوایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ادعا کرده بود «نهاجا» خریدار جنگنده‌های سوخو۳۵ از روسیه است.

اخیراً شبکه «پرس تی‌وی»وابسته به رژیم ایران ویدئویی در تأیید خریداری این نوع جنگنده از روسیه توسط جمهوری اسلامی پخش کرد.

اینهمه در حالیست که حشمت‌الله فلاحت‌پیشه رئیس پیشین کمیسیون «امنیت ملّی» مجلس شورای اسلامی اسفند سال ۱۳۹۵ گفته بود «تا چند روز دیگر هواپیماهای روسیه سوخو۳۰ روسیه به ایران تحویل داده می‌شود.» از این ادعا بیشتر از ۶ سال گذشته اما هنوز خبری از تحویل این جنگنده‌ها نشده است.

محسن جلیلوند استاد روابط بین‌الملل در تهران به وبسایت «دیپلماسی ایرانی» می‌گوید بسیار بعید است که مسکو اقدامی در خصوص فروش جنگنده سوخو ۳۵ به ایران کند.

با وجود این، تحلیلگران و رسانه‌های حکومتی نزدیک به سپاه پاسداران از جمله فارس و تسنیم  با خبر تحویل یک اسکاداران سوخو روسی به جمهوری اسلامی برای غربی‌ها رجزخوانی می‌کنند!

مقامات نظامی جمهوری اسلامی یک دهه است مدام تکرار می‌کنند «خرید سوخو منتفی نیست!» و چند نفر از عوامل ارشد نظام مثل اکبر ولایتی مشاور علی خامنه‌‏ای در امور بین‌‏الملل هم مدعی شد که مسکو حاضر است «سوخو۳۰» به ایران بدهد. این ادعاها اما در حالیست که خیلی پیشتر در سال ۱۳۹۵ اسدالله عسگراولادی رئیس وقت اتاق بازرگانی ایران و  روسیه به صراحت گفته بود «ما حاضر شدیم طیاره‌های سوخو را از روس‌ها بخریم. اما به ما نفروختند و بهانه گرفتند. ما واقعاً می‌خواستیم بخریم، اما به ما ندادند!»

از سوی دیگر، وبسایت «اورسیا تایمز» گزارش داده ۲۴ فروند سوخو۳۵ روسی برای فروش به مصر تولید شد اما این قرارداد ۲ میلیارد دلاری در نهایت بهم خورد و روسیه به دنبال فروش آنها به مشتری دیگریست و از آنجا که جمهوری اسلامی با ارسال پهپادهای انتحاری به روسیه برای جنگ در اوکراین همکاری دارد، ایالات متحده نگران دست یافتن رژیم ایران به این جنگنده‌هاست.

برخی تحلیلگران نیز می‌گویند هندوستان از مشتریان جنگنده‌های سوخو بود اما اصلاً از خدمات روس‌ها پس از فروش این هواپیماها راضی نیست.

Even the procurement of spare parts and accessories for other Russian military and transport aircraft in Iran is also difficult.

In September 1401, Hamid Vahedi, commander of the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran, claimed that “Nahaja” is the buyer of Sukhoi 35 fighters from Russia.

Recently, the “Press TV” channel affiliated with the Iranian regime broadcasted a video confirming the purchase of this type of fighter from Russia by the Islamic Republic.

All this while Heshmatullah Falahatpisheh, the former head of the “National Security” Commission of the Islamic Council in March 2015, said, “In a few days, Russian Sukhoi 30 aircraft will be delivered to Iran.” More than 6 years have passed since this claim, but there is still no news about the delivery of these fighters.

Mohsen Jalilund, a professor of international relations in Tehran, told the “Iranian Diplomacy” website that it is very unlikely that Moscow will take any action regarding the sale of Sukhoi 35 fighter jets to Iran.

Despite this, government analysts and media close to the IRGC, including Fars and Tasnim, are praising the Westerners with the news of the delivery of a Russian Sukhoi squadron to the Islamic Republic!

The military authorities of the Islamic Republic have been repeating for a decade that “the purchase of Sukhoi is not ruled out!” And several senior members of the regime, such as Akbar Velayati, Ali Khamenei’s adviser on international affairs, also claimed that Moscow is ready to give “Sukhoi-30” to Iran. However, these claims are made at a time when, much earlier in 2016, Asadollah Asgravaladi, the head of the Iran-Russia Chamber of Commerce, had clearly said, “We are ready to buy Sukhoi planes from the Russians. But they did not sell to us and made excuses. We really wanted to buy it, but they didn’t give it to us!”

On the other hand, “Orsia Times” website reported that 24 Russian Sukhoi 35s were produced for sale to Egypt, but this 2 billion dollar contract ended up collapsing and Russia is looking to sell them to another customer, and since the Islamic Republic sent suicide drones. cooperates with Russia for the war in Ukraine, the United States is worried about the Iranian regime getting hold of these fighters.

Some analysts also say that India was one of the customers of Sukhoi fighters, but it is not at all satisfied with the services provided by the Russians after the sale of these planes.
