نماینده هرمزگان درباره جان باختن دخترک ۱۲ ساله: لباس‌شخصی‌ها شلیک کردند، مردم را مقصر نکنید!

دو روز پس از جان باختن یک کودک ۱۲ ساله بر اثر اصابت گلوله، نماینده هرمزگان در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفته علت جان باختن این دختربچه تیراندازی مأموران لباس‌شخصی بوده است. او با تأکید بر اینکه پیشتر هم شلیک مأموران به اتومبیل شهروندان سبب درگذشت و مجروح شدن مردم شده بود گفته نباید تقصیر را گردن مردم انداخت.

روز گذشته خبر درگذشت سها اعتباری دختر ۱۲ ساله اهل خلوص بستک در استان هرمزگان منتشر شد. سها شامگاه یکشنبه ۴ دی ۱۴۰۱ در جریان تیراندازی مأموران لباس‌شخصی همکار با پلیس استان هرمزگان به قتل رسید.

بر اساس گزارش‌ها اتومبیل خانواده سها اعتباری توسط یک اتومبیل متعلق به نیروهای لباس‌شخصی تعقیب شده بود. مأموران ابتدا به لاستیک این ماشین شلیک کرده و حتی پس از متوقف شدن اتومبیل، مأموران همچنان به تیراندازی ادامه دادند. سها اعتباری زخمی و پس از انتقال به بیمارستان جانش را از دست داد.

کشته شدن این کودک با شلیک مأموران حکومتی که طی ماه‌های گذشته به «حکومت بچه‌کُش» معروف شده بازتاب گسترده‌ای داشت و به خشم و انزجار عمومی علیه جمهوری اسلامی بیشتر دامن زد. به ویژه آنکه این اتفاق دقیقا در چهلم کیان پیرفلک، کودک ۱۰ ساله‌ای که اتومبیل خانواده‌اش در جریان اعتراضات ۲۵ آبان در شهر ایذه مورد اصابت رگبار گلوله‌های مأموران حکومتی قرار گرفت، رخ داد.

طبق معمول در مورد جنایت‌هایی از این دست، خبرگزاری‌های حکومتی به خونشویی جمهوری اسلامی می‌پردازند. در همین ارتباط نیز خبرگزاری «فارس» وابسته به سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی مدعی شد این واقعه «در پی تیراندازی ماموران نیروی انتظامی به خودرویی که، ظن حمل مواد مخدر به آن می‌رفت، رخ داده است.»

احمد جباری گفته که «باید انجام هرگونه ایست و بازرسی در جاده‌ها با رعایت حرمت مردم و با خودروی پلیس و لباس رسمی پلیس باشد تا مردم از دیدن پلیس احساس امنیت کنند. در ماجرای اخیر خودرویی که قصد توقف ماشین‌ها و ایست و بازرسی در جاده را داشته، خودروی شخصی و عناصر آن با لباس شخصی بوده‌اند.»

این نماینده مجلس شورای اسلامی خواستار روشن شدن دقیق ابعاد این رویداد و اعلام نتایج آن به مردم شد و تأکید کرد: «بستک عزادار دختر ۱۲ ساله معصومی است که متأسفانه جان خود را در این حادثه از دست داده و باید همه در قبال جان تک تک عناصر جامعه، خود را مسئول بدانیم و فرهنگ عذرخواهی و پاسخگو بودن در همه دستگاه‌ها جریان داشته باشد و اینکه تقصیر را گردن مردم بیاندازیم و خود را مبرا از ایراد و اشکال بدانیم، درست نیست.»

او افزوده که «مشابه این رخداد‌ها در گذشته نیز وجود داشته و متأسفانه اصلاحی در رفتار با مردم صورت نگرفته است که اگر گرفته بود، امروز عزادار این دختر معصوم نبودیم.»

نماینده مردم بستک، بندرلنگه و پارسیان تأکید کرده که «دستگاه‌های مسؤول موظفند تا ابعاد قضیه را روشن و با هر کسی در هر جایگاهی که این قصور را انجام داده، برخورد قاطع کنند و از مردم دادخواهی و عذرخواهی شود.

مهرداد مشوق جانشین انتظامی هرمزگان روز دوشنبه به خبرگزاری فارس گفت که «در ساعت ۱۶:۳۰ دقیقه روز گذشته یکشنبه ۴ دی ماه مأموران انتظامی پاسگاه جناح از توابع شهرستان بستک با اقدامات اطلاعاتی از حمل و جابجایی یک محموله مواد مخدر توسط یکدستگاه خودرو پژو پارس مطلع و پس از بررسی صحت موضوع بلافاصله با حضور در مسیر تردد قاچاقچیان طرح مهار اجرا کردند.»

او مدعی شد که مأموران «پس از تعقیب و مراقبت‌های لازم به یک دستگاه خودرو سواری پژو پارس با شیشه دودی غلیظ مشکوک شده و دستور توقف دادند که راننده بدون توجه به دستور پلیس و علائم هشداردهنده و بازدارنده با افزایش سرعت اقدام به فرار کرد و مأموران هم با سلاح گرم» به این اتومبیل تیراندازی کرده‌اند!

او گفته که «در این تعقیب و گریز و با توجه به پستی و بلندی‌های متعدد مسیر و پنجری خودرو متأسفانه یکی از سرنشینان خودرو مورد اصابت تیر قرار گرفته که با همکاری مأموران و عوامل امدادی به بیمارستان انتقال گردید.»

ادعاهای عجیب جانشین انتظامی هرمزگان برای «مشکوک شدن» به یک اتومبیل به دلیل داشتن «شیشه دودی» و در حالی که سرنشینان آن یک خانواده بوده‌اند به همین سخنان ختم نشده. او بجای پاسخگو بودن برای چنین جنایتی، گفته که «رسانه‌های معاند با انتصاب این موضوع به حوادث اخیر سعی در تشویش اذهان عمومی داشته که این امر تبدیل به یک سوژه نخ‌نمای رسانه‌های معاند شده است!»

همانطور که نماینده هرمزگان در مجلس شورای اسلامی هم اشاره کرده پیشتر نیز بارها گزارش‌هایی درباره شلیک مأموران سپاه پاسداران، لباس‌شخصی‌ها و پلیس به شهروندان در استان‌های هرمزگان و سیستان و بلوچستان به بهانه «دریافت گزارش حمل مواد مخدر» و «مشکوک» بودن منتشر شده است.
