شهبانو فرح پهلوی و شاهدخت نور پهلوی مهمان نشست ویژه مجلس سنای فرانسه؛ پیام حمایت نمایندگان از مردم ایران

شهبانو فرح پهلوی و شاهدخت نور پهلوی روز سه‌شنبه مهمان نمایندگان مجلس سنای فرانسه بودند. در این نشست کنفرانسی با موضوع «زن، زندگی، آزادی! ایران، شورش یا انقلاب؟» برگزار شد.

شهبانو فرح پهلوی و شاهدخت نور پهلوی فرزند ارشد شاهزاده رضا پهلوی روز سه‌شنبه ۲۹ نوامبر ۲۰۲۲ برابر با ۸ آذر ۱۴۰۱ مهمان نمایندگان مجلس در کاخ سنا فرانسه بودند.

در این نشست کنفرانسی با موضوع «زن، زندگی، آزادی ایران، شورش یا انقلاب؟» برگزار شد و نمایندگان سنای فرانسه از انقلاب ملّی ایران علیه جمهوری اسلامی حمایت کردند.

سناتور برونو روتایو طی سخنانی در این نشست گفت که «علیحضرت فرح پهلوی، شاهدخت نور پهلوی، می‌خواهم بگویم چقدر مفتخریم این عصر در مجلس سنا میزبان شما هستیم. حضور شما مایه افتخار است. خیلی مایه افتخار است.»

سناتور برونو روتایو در ادامه خطاب به شهبانو فرح و شاهدخت نور گفت که «حضور شما وزن بیشتری به پیام حمایت‌آمیزی می‌دهد که از طریق این کنفرانس می‌خواهیم به مردم ایران و همه کسانی که قدرت و عظمت تمدن‌شان را تجسم بخشیدند یعنی زنان ایرانی که توفان آزادی را در ایران بپا کرده‌اند بفرستیم.»

نمایندگان مجلس سنای فرانسه پیشتر نیز از خیزش ملّی در ایران حمایت کرده بودند. آنها اوایل ماه نوامبر شعار «زن، زندگی، آزادی» را که به نماد جنبش اعتراضی ایران بدل شده در صحن مجلس و در حمایت از معترضان ایرانی سر دادند.

نمایندگان مجلس سنا فرانسه همزمان در نشستی ویژه به بحث و گفتگو درباره اعتراضات گسترده و «نقض حقوق زنان و حقوق بشر» در ایران پرداختند. به گزارش یورونیوز فارسی آلن ریشار سناتور فرانسوی و نماینده حزب «جمهوری به پیش» که ریاست این نشست ویژه را بر عهده داشت در سخنانی یاد مهسا امینی دختر جوانی  را که «شانزده سپتامبر گذشته پس از دستگیری توسط گشت ارشاد به دلیل بیرون بودن چند تار مو از روسری» جان باخت، گرامی داشت.

آلن ریشار همچنین از حدیث نجفی یاد کرد که به گفته او به دلیل آنکه «به عنوان یک زن و یک فرد ایرانی، آزادی خود را می‌خواست» به دست پلیس جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد.

آنیک بیون از نمایندگان جریان میانه و رئیس «هیئت حقوق زنان» در مجلس سنای فرانسه دیگر سخنران این نشست ویژه بود. او طی سخنانی گفت که ما همگی باید به شعار «زنان، زندگی، آزادی» بپیوندیم و سپس خواستار آن شد که «جامعه جهانی با واکنشی قوی و یکپارچه از این اعتراض‌های تاریخی حمایت کند».

ملانی وُژل سناتور نزدیک به جریان حامیان محیط‌ زیست نیز دست به کاری غیرمعمول در مجلس سنا زد و در انتهای سخنان خود اقدام به پخش گزیده‌ای از ترانه «برای…» شروین حاجی‌پور کرد که این روزها به سرود غیررسمی جنبش اعتراضی در ایران تبدیل شده است. او همچنین گفت آنچه امروز در ایران می‌گذرد «شورش نیست، انقلاب است، انقلابی برای دموکراسی، برای عدالت، علیه استبداد مذهبی، انقلابی برای زنان، برای زندگی و برای آزادی».

پارلمان ملی فرانسه نیز در نشست روز دوشنبه ۲۸ نوامبر ۲۰۲۲ برابر با ۷ آذرماه ۱۴۰۱ طرح حمایت از معترضان ایران را مورد بررسی قرار داد و نمایندگان آن را با اکثریت مطلق آرا به تصویب رساندند.

شاهزاده رضا پهلوی همزمان با تصویب این طرح با انتشار ویدئوی سخنرانی  آدریان قمی در پارلمان فرانسه، نوشت: «ما از همه کسانی که از مردم ایران حمایت می کنند و در کنار آنها هستند قدردانی و تشکر می‌کنیم.»

بر اساس مصوبه نمایندگان پارلمان ملّی فرانسه، از دولت خواسته شده تا در حوزه سیاست خارجی و در جهت اخراج رژیم ایران از کمیسیون مقام زن سازمان ملل تلاش کند. همچنین بکوشد تا تحریم‌های شدیدتری علیه جمهوری اسلامی و به دلیل سرکوب مردم و نقض حقوق بشر وضع شود.

این مصوبه دولت را موظف کرده تا تحقیقات مستقل درباره قتل مهسا ژینا امینی از سوی اتحادیه اروپا را دنبال کند. همچنین از دولت خواسته شده قطعنامه‌ای علیه جمهوری اسلامی را در چارچوب شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد و در راستای ایجاد یک مکانیسم تحقیقاتی در رابطه با نقض حقوق بشر در ایران، از سوی کشور فرانسه به این سازمان ارائه کند.

از سوی دیگر این مصوبه خواستار آزادی فوری شهروندان فرانسوی که بطور خودسرانه توسط جمهوری اسلامی بازداشت و زندانی شدند را داشته و از دولت تقاضا کرده که شهروندان فرانسوی به سرعت و با توجه به تعهدات بین‌المللی امضا شده توسط جمهوری اسلامی از حق حفاظت کنسولی خود برخوردار شوند.

آدریان قمی نماینده مجلس ملی فرانسه از گروه «رنسانس» از جمله نمایندگان ایرانی‌تبار در کشورهای مختلف اروپایی است که از ابتدای خیزش ملی علیه جمهوری اسلامی، وقایع ایران را دنبال و با مردم ابراز همدردی و همراهی کرده است.

شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل نیز هفته گذشته قطعنامه‌ای علیه جمهوری اسلامی صادر کرد. پیش‌نویس این قطعنامه را نمایندگان دائم دو کشور آلمان (به عنوان عضو شورا) و ایسلند ( به عنوان عضو ناظر) در تاریخ ۱۱ نوامبر ۲۰۲۲ به مقر سازمان ملل در ژنو ارائه کرده بودند.

این پیش‌نویس در نشست فوری شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل در روز ۲۴ نوامبرم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در نهایت با ۲۵ رأی موافق، شش رأی مخالف و ۱۶ رأی ممتنع به عنوان قطعنامه تصویب شد.

تشکیل یک هیئت حقیقت‌یاب مستقل بین‌المللی از طرف رئیس شورای حقوق بشر برای «بررسی کامل و مستقل موارد نقض حقوق بشر در ارتباط با اعتراضات اخیر در ایران از جمله ابعاد جنسیتی آن» یکی از بخش‌های این قطعنامه بود. بر این اساس هیئت حقیقت‌یاب باید تمامی «شواهد مربوط به نقض حقوق بشر» را «جمع آوری، تجمیع و تجزیه و تحلیل» کند تا در دادگاه‌های دارای صلاحیت ملی، منطقه ای یا بین المللی رسیدگی شوند.

مصادف با تصویب طرح حمایت از مردم ایران در مجلس ملی فرانسه اعلام شد که روز ۱۴ دسامبر درباره‌ی اخراج جمهوری اسلامی از کمیسیون مقام زن سازمان ملل تصمیم گرفته خواهد شد.

The representatives of the French Senate had previously supported the national uprising in Iran. At the beginning of November, they chanted the slogan “Woman, Life, Freedom”, which has become the symbol of the Iranian protest movement, in the parliament and in support of the Iranian protesters.

At the same time, in a special meeting, the representatives of the French Senate discussed the widespread protests and “violation of women’s rights and human rights” in Iran. According to the Euronews Persian report, Alain Richard, a French senator and a representative of the Republican Party, who presided over this special meeting, in his speech, remembered Mehsa Amini, a young girl who “on September 16, after being arrested by the Irshad patrol for being outside “Hair from a scarf” died, he was honored.

Alan Rishar also mentioned Hadith Najafi, who, according to him, was killed by the police of the Islamic Republic because “as an Iranian woman and person, she wanted her freedom.”

Anik Bion, one of the representatives of the middle stream and the head of the “Committee on Women’s Rights” in the French Senate, was another speaker of this special meeting. During his speech, he said that we should all join the slogan of “Women, Life, Freedom” and then called for “the international community to support these historic protests with a strong and unified response.”

Melanie Vojel, a senator close to the movement of environmentalists, also did an unusual thing in the Senate and at the end of her speech, she played an excerpt from the song “For…” by Shervin Hajipour, which has become the unofficial anthem of the protest movement in Iran these days. He also said that what is happening in Iran today “is not a rebellion, it is a revolution, a revolution for democracy, for justice, against religious tyranny, a revolution for women, for life and for freedom.”

The French National Parliament also examined the support plan for Iranian protesters in its meeting on Monday, November 28, 2022, equivalent to December 7, 1401, and the representatives approved it with an absolute majority of votes.

At the same time as the approval of this plan, Prince Reza Pahlavi released the video of Adrian Qomi’s speech in the French Parliament and wrote: “We appreciate and thank all those who support and stand by the people of Iran.”

According to the approval of the representatives of the French National Parliament, the government has been asked to work in the field of foreign policy and to expel the Iranian regime from the UN Commission on Women. Also, try to impose more severe sanctions against the Islamic Republic for suppressing people and violating human rights.

This resolution obliges the government to pursue an independent investigation on the murder of Mehsa Gina Amini by the European Union. Also, the government has been asked to submit a resolution against the Islamic Republic within the framework of the United Nations Human Rights Council and in order to create an investigative mechanism related to the violation of human rights in Iran, by France.

On the other hand, this resolution demanded the immediate release of the French citizens who were arbitrarily arrested and imprisoned by the Islamic Republic and requested the government that the French citizens quickly and according to the international obligations signed by the Islamic Republic enjoy their right to consular protection. .

Adrian Qomi is a representative of the French National Assembly from the “Renaissance” group, among the representatives of Iranian origin in various European countries, who has been following the events of Iran since the beginning of the national uprising against the Islamic Republic and has expressed sympathy and support with the people.

The UN Human Rights Council also issued a resolution against the Islamic Republic last week. The draft of this resolution was submitted by the permanent representatives of Germany (as a member of the Council) and Iceland (as an observer member) to the UN headquarters in Geneva on November 11, 2022.

This draft was discussed at the urgent meeting of the UN Human Rights Council on November 24th and finally it was approved as a resolution with 25 votes in favor, six votes against and 16 abstentions.

The formation of an independent international fact-finding panel by the head of the Human Rights Council to “completely and independently investigate the cases of human rights violations related to the recent protests in Iran, including its gender dimensions” was one of the parts of this resolution. Based on this, the fact-finding panel must “collect, consolidate and analyze” all “evidence related to human rights violations” in order to be processed in national, regional or international courts.

Coinciding with the approval of the plan to support the Iranian people in the French National Assembly, it was announced that on December 14, a decision will be made regarding the expulsion of the Islamic Republic from the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.
