تکمیلی: به گزارش سازمان حقوق بشری «هه‌نگاو» مهسا امینی (ژینا) دختر ۲۲ ساله اهل سقز که غروب روز سه‌شنبه ۲۲ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ (۱۳ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۲) توسط ماموران گشت ارشاد اسلامی در تهران مورد ضرب و جرح شدید قرار گرفته و به کُما رفته بود، ظهر امروز جمعه ۲۵ شهریور ۱۴۰۱ در اثر شدت جراحات وارده جان باخت.

این در حالیست که به کُما رفتن مهسا امینی پس از دستگیری‌ توسط مأموران گشت ارشاد اسلامی در تهران و انتقال به «پلیس امنیت» خشم شدید و واکنش منفی بسیار گسترده در افکار عمومی را به دنبال داشته که همچنان ادامه دارد.

مهسا امینی روز سه‌شنبه در بزرگراه «حقانی» تهران دستگیر و به پلیس «امنیت اخلاقی» در خیابان وزرا منتقل می‌شود. مأموران به برادرش گفته‌اند، این دستگیری برای حضور در «کلاس توجیهی» است. پس از دو ساعت از بازداشت ولی کیارش از پشت در‌های بسته پلیس امنیت اخلاقی متوجه می‌شود که خواهرش به کُما رفته و او را با ماشین آمبولانس از ساختمان وزرا خارج کرده‌اند.

مرکز اطلاع‌رسانی پلیس تهران «در خصوص بدحالی خانمی در مقرّ پلیس» اعلام کرده است: «خانمی برای توجیه و آموزش به یکی از بخش‌های پلیس تهران بزرگ هدایت شده بود که ناگهان در جمع سایر افراد هدایت شده بطور ناگهانی دچار عارضه قلبی شد!»

در ادامه توضیحات پلیس تهران آمده است:‌ «بلافاصله این خانم با همکاری پلیس و اورژانس به بیمارستان منتقل شده و تحت درمان و مداوا قرار دارد.»

این ادعاها اما با سخنان کیارش امینی برادر مهسا در تناقض است. او گفته است: «پشت در ساختمان پلیس امنیت اخلاقی ایستاده بودم. ناگهان صدای جیغ و داد بلند شد. همه در ساختمان را می‌کوبیدیم. از در بالا رفتیم. اما در را باز نکردند. پنج دقیقه بعد یک آمبولانس از ساختمان خارج شد. هر دختری که بیرون می‌آمد می‌گفت که یک نفر را کشتند. عکس مهسا را به دختر‌ها نشان می‌دادم. از میان آنها یک نفر گفت که مهسا در بغل خودش این مسئله برایش پیش آمد».

در شبکه‌های اجتماعی برخی از پزشکان در توئیت‌هایی با بررسی تصویر مهسا امینی بر تخت بیمارستان، احتمال شکستگی قاعده جمجمه بر اثر ضربه به ناحیه سر را داده‌اند و علائم تأیید‌کننده آن را خونریزی و تورم گوش مهسا و همچنین خونمردگی زیر چشم‌ ذکر کرده‌اند. یک پزشک در این رابطه نوشته است، «در سکته مغزی، اتوراژی (خونریزی از گوش) دیده نمی‌شود.»

خبرگزاری قوه قضاییه جمهوری اسلامی «میزان» گزارش داد، دادستان تهران دستور داده کارگروه ویژه‌ای برای بررسی ابعاد پزشکی پرونده «عارضه جسمی» برای مهسا امینی پس از بازداشت از سوی گشت ارشاد اسلامی تشکیل شود.

دادستان تهران تاکید کرده که می‌بایست مشخص شود انتقال مهسا امینی به مرکز پلیس، «از لحاظ پزشکی چقدر در وقوع این حادثه موثر بوده است.»

سردار پاسدار احمد وحیدی وزیر کشور نیز از دستور ابراهیم رئیسی برای رسیدگی به این پرونده خبر داده است. او به معاون امنیتی وزارت کشور دستور داده تا «در خصوص حادثه پدید آمده برای خانم مهسا امینی، علت حادثه را با فوریت و دقت به صورت ویژه بررسی و نتیجه را به اینجانب گزارش کنید!»

دایی مهسا به رسانه‌ها درباره وضعیت او که در بیمارستان «کسری» بستری است، گفته است: «مغزش که از کار افتاده بود. قلبش هم حالا دیگر نیمه‌فعال شده و کلیه‌هایش هم دیگر کار نمی‌کنند. دکتر‌ها گفتند فقط دعا کنید.»

دایی مهسا درباره برخورد نیروی انتظامی با آنها گفته که «دیروز فرمانده پلیس به همراه چند همکارش آمدند دیدار ما. هر چه پرسیدیم چه شده؟ قول دادند که تصاویر دوربین‌های مداربسته را به زودی به ما نشان می‌دهند. من بهشان گفتم که هرکاری هم بکنند بی‌فایده است. می‌خواهند صورت مسئله را پاک کنند.»

او افزوده است: «آمدند گفتند نگران نباشید، سپرده‌ایم ناهار و شام به شما بدهند! معلوم نیست چه کسی این بلا را سر مهسا آورده؛ بهش گفتم این مشکل حل شدنی نیست. امروز نوبت دختر ما بود، فردا نوبت دختری دیگر است. فقط صورت مسئله را پاک می‌کنید.»

خشم عمومی نسبت به عملکرد وحشیانه و خشونت‌آمیز گشت‌ ارشاد اسلامی به خصوص از تیرماه امسال با تشدید اجرای طرح حجاب و عفاف به دستور ابراهیم رئیسی رئیس دولت و «قاضی مرگ» بیش از پیش برانگیخته شده است. بسیاری از کاربران از تجربیات تلخ دستگیری‌شان توسط مأموران گشت ارشاد اسلامی نوشته‌اند که شامل ضر‌ب‌ و جرح، آزار کلامی، فحاشی و رکیک‌گویی، رفتار تُند و عصبی می‌شود.

مهسا امینی در حالی برای غلبه بر مرگ جدال می‌کند که مانند شهروندان دیگر انتظار نداشت هدف ظلم، نابرابری و خشونت سیستماتیک جاری در ایران قرار بگیرد. کاربران می‌گویند، تا زمانی که حکومت جمهوری اسلامی بر سر کار است، هر لحظه امکان دارد سرنوشتی مانند آنچه بر مهسا رفته، برای هر کسی رخ دهد.

جامعه ایران در ماه‌های اخیر هربار به سوگ یک زن نشسته است؛ زنانی که قربانی محدودیت‌ها، مظالم و فشارهای حکومتی می‌شوند؛ از سپیده رشنو، شلیر رسولی تا مهسا هرکدام در سیطره‌ی ایدئولوژی حکومت و در فقدان عدالت اجتماعی و استقلال دستگاه قضایی، قربانی می‌شوند.

کاربران با اعلام اینکه «همه ما مهسا امینی هستیم» می‌نویسند، خسته‌اند از بی‌عدالتی که هربار به نحوی خونبار بروز می‌کند. آنان می‌نویسند، از دیروز تا امروز گوشی به دست هستند تا از مرگ و زندگی یک دختر که به قصد تفریح به تهران آمده باخبر شوند

شماری نیز منتقد عملکرد منفعلانه جامعه شده‌اند و می‌نویسند، هرجای دیگر دنیا بود با چنین فاجعه‌ای خشم به فریاد تبدیل می‌شد و مردم به خیابان‌ها می‌آمدند و توجه جهان را به وضعیت ایران جلب می‌کردند؛ به صحنه‌های آشکار از نقض حقوق بشر و ستم‌ها و آزارهایی که دستگاه سرکوب در ایران هر روز بر مردم روا می‌دارد.

یک کاربر توئیتر نیز به کُما رفتن مهسا را با قتل زیبا (زهرا) کاظمی روزنامه‌نگار ایرانی- کانادایی مقایسه کرده و نوشته: «یادی کنیم از زهرا کاظمی فقید که به جرم عکاسی دستگیر و توسط سعید مرتضوی هنگام بازجویی به قتل رسید و اتفاقاً پیگیری پرونده هم به خود قاتل سپرده شد، نتیجه هم که واضحه: فراموش شد!»
